Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

Everything is going great. These girls are doing well, six shooter #2 is a little behind in flowering. I may be forced to harvest her prematurely as my grow area is doubling as my drying area. This week went pretty well, but I don't have much time for an update as I literally spent all day trimming up the wedding cheesecake, and now I am heading out of town to coach a baseball tournament. She is growing some nice thick colas, and I am still feeding her the same. Alright growmies 🤙🏻 so week 9 of veg been a lot longer than I expected but due to situations need to be adjusted. So we’re going to repot the runtz into 20litre pots this week and start flowering next week latest. All clones have successfully rooted and will be going into another smaller tent for the time being of flowering the rest. Few absolutely beautiful plants in here so far can’t wait to see what next few weeks look like, hopefully don’t run into hight issues due to stretching 😂👌🏻 well see

Partially drained the tank at the start of the week and topped up with ro water and 1ml of final solution per Litre. Last 2.5 days were in darkness. I trimmed the majority of fan leaves before hanging up to dry in the tent today. Started out trimming with the plants in the tent and soon realised it would be much easier to just cut them down whole, hang them upside down outside the tent and trim them up a bit. I have a small dehumidifier and a small fan heater setup in the tent and they have been keeping a humidity level of about 60% and a temp of 16 Celsius for the last few days while the lights have been off. I figure that's a good starting point for drying and I can increase the temperature if needed, that will drop the humidity also. Intake fan at the bottom and extract fan at the top are running constantly as they have been since the grow started (low power 4" fans). I might add back in a fan for circulation depending on how the drying goes, or maybe even trim or hang the plants better to get more airflow around the buds

7.9.24 I had to some major jungle patrol! Everything is going crazy! I was adjusting the plants around to maximise light exposure. One branch bent. FBP1, the branches are getting heavier. I had to add my last 2 stakes. I used duct tape and some imagination, tying with string, for the rest of it, too. I'm not going to be able to move them again, so tick, toc ladies! I added 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2, containing the following nutrients:- ♡1ml per litre of Ecothrive Flourish ♡2ml per litre of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. ♡2ml per litre of cal-mag. After watering each pot with 3 litres in each, with the above nutrients. FBP3. She has again spilled out, run off. I might have mixed my soil, and used less perlight or coco. I've overwatered that plant twice now, fairly recently I'll only give her 2 litres in future. Continuing to give the others 3 litres. I've continued to defoliate. The leaf in the photo was the only one and it was like halfway up the plant. Not sure what it was, so if you know, tell me in a comment please! 8.9.24 Have not needed to adjust any ties. I watered each plant with 1ltr of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.2. With the following nutrients. ♡1ml of Ecothrive Flourish ♡2ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡2ml of cal-mag I don't want to overwater, I also need to not let the soil dry enough to kill the microbes. I'll keep an eye on it, and adjust it as necessary. 8.9.24 I had to adjust ties and support for several branches. The fruits are getting heavier. I really hope they get done before anything breaks under the weight. I keep checking the trichomes daily through the jewellers loupe, each plant, and different bud sites. 9.9.24 Dijons birthday 💔 Ok, today another branch on FBP1, Branch wasn't snapped open, just fell under the weight. I tied it back up. I have some potash, which arrived today. I was going to top dress, however I've decided to cut all nutes now. I'm just watering with dechlorinated water PH'd to 5.8-6.0. "Final flush". I will continue this for next watering or so, then switch to straight RO water. Also I'm slowly lowering the temperature of the water, to about 70°F. When I see any amber, I will throw into the dark period for 48h. 10.9.24 After having my last question answered, I have decided to go ahead and call it a day on this grow. The plants had a final watering last night, with regular dechlorinated tap water PH'd to 6.0. This evening I have put all equipment inside the tent, like the dehumidifier, tower fan. I have split the stems, I mean why not? 😅 I will leave in the dark period for 48h then chop the whole grow, to dry together in the tent. FBP2 I am satisfied with the readiness. FBP1 and FBP3, are mostly glassy still but they need to come down too. I need to get it done and dried, if it's not the best smoke, it's my fault for being incompetent due to inexperience. I just don't want to risk messing up my FBP2, due to waiting on the others. So it is what it is I guess. We'll have to wait and see. This was quite possibly the worst time imaginable to do this run. I've had so much personal tragedy and upheaval, (of course we never know when these things will strike); combined with the unexpected conditions, including temperature and humidity throughout the grow. This being my FIRST grow of any plant at all, and these being autoflowers was particularly stressful. Fingers crossed that it works out in the end. All I'm concerned about now is drying in the closed conditions of the tent environment, and avoiding mould issues. The finish line is in sight. I'm so glad, now I can get back to my life. Will update, when I harvest! 🙂

CAFE RACER 22/4---->13/8 Everything was fine until week 4 when i brought her to my garden. The changing environment slowed her down. Week 7 starts to appear preflower. Streching lasts for 3 weeks(streching x2) Week 4 of bloom starts to smell ( weak) Week 7-8 of bloom: rains a lot so the humidity is high so i harvested her by week 8 of bloom. Anyways I have been very busy recently so I couldn’t post a weekly update but I will be posting some more pictures later this week as I will be manipulating the plant a bit more to maximize my cola potential but beyond that nothing much is happening just watering her on the Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule and letting her grow!

Hi grow Buddies. It has been a steady week while watching them swell slowly ( never feels fast enough !!) . I have switched to the Dragon force to feed them extra during the last 2 weeks. it boosts the final phase instead of the starving out or flushing myth robbing the final yield.lol I began taking the branches that were very ready off the #1 lady at 8 weeks and have used about 15g from week 8. not a bad start but I rush dried it and did lose a lot of terps and potency as I expected. I also took most of her tops put to encourage the lowers to boost to a finish with the extra light available to them. I got approx 17g off the 4 mains I topped and that's not too bad for the 1st batch at 9 weeks f. I now have bud to smoke again , yippee. been a sparse month or so .haha. The rest of the girls are still going towards a finish but swelling nicely so I expect they will bring a good yield on the whole. Another week at least I think. until then , be safe and well. love the world and the people in it regardless of their feelings !.

I’ve kept almost all the fertilizer, light, and environmental parameters the same. I did a good defoliation to improve airflow, since I was having a bit of trouble lowering the humidity. This also helps the light penetrate better through the buds, allowing them to develop more fully.

"What you get for a bag seed" week - I've stopped using the Nitrogen reach nutrient. Bloomax is 1.7:14:14.5 NPK, by the leaves it seems like they have a slight nutrient burn, so it feels right to reduce nutrients. - I've done some really low stress training on PE, just opened a light space for lower buds And............... - 'I think I saw a pollen sac', indeed suddenly something green appeared on the top part one of BD's biggest colas.... I've decided to use tweezers and get it out - Now I imagine hermis everywhere, I've read about them a bit, mainly looking for images.... Something about PE doesn't feel right. Just spoke to friend and he also thinks PE has many pollen sacs. I'm going to try to save it - problem is I can only see the bastards when I take a picture with extra zoom... at least she's not huge. I guess BD is pollenated by now.... will update..... EDIT: I've transferred PE outside, week 6 of flowering starts today, so I think I'll harvest her in 10 days. She originated in a bag seed, so I'm taking it easy, learning a lot!!!! My first grow is kind of a rehearsal - the feminized seeds arrived couple of weeks ago and I hope to start a new diary soon :)

Auto Opium is just finishing up. She will go to ph water tomorrow. Then next update will be her harvest. She took a long time to grow and develop. I am glad she is finishing out. Then I will clean my area good, and start 4 new strains. I will be back next week with the harvest if gd ever gets that fixed.
