Wedding Cake Auto is a vigorous growing strain with strong genetics. Do not forget your Cal-Mag. Caution on overfeeding I got lazy and didn't check the runoff the last month and the Ec reading was 2.8. Yikes, not good but lesson learned and quickly rectified with ample flush. Took to topping very well but I'd recommend some training as well to ensure an even canopy as I just let her grow resulting in me harvesting in sections to allow the lower nugs to firm up.

Here we are day 55 for our Runtz F1 Hybrid. I would immediately like to say, do you notice anything by any chance? I said day 55 and we're pretty much ready. The leaves are turning yellow regularly, I have removed the fertilizers, the pistils are ripe, the resin is out, there are all the signs for a harvest which should take place towards the end of next week. Here we still have a few more white hairs of Wurlz and Watermelon candy but it's just a few days old. The plants were born on April 6th, I repeat on April 6th for those who cannot grasp the concept. Most certainly Watermelon Candy and Wurlz will be harvested around June 6th, guys...8 weeks...not even 9 or at most nine weeks. Runtz has a great main cola and regularly grown satellite flowers that are not bad. If you're good at math, you do it otherwise I'll lend you some fingers. For topping lovers it means that if you want to do topping on autoflowering plants they won't finish in biblical times, according to my calculations even doing topping shouldn't go beyond three months, like an autoflowering from the previous generation. Why am I talking about the previous generation? Because these have certainly moved forward with speed, I have seen them grow and above all swell the flowers like I have never seen them do. As for the rest of the resin and pistils, everything is really in place. I want to do a terpene inspection soon and evaluate the ripeness for the harvest. Day 46 of Flower, 93 since germination. Starting to check the trichomes with my new wifi microscope. Looks like Lemon Extract has a scattering of amber trichome heads, but only in bud nearest the light. All other look milky and glassy. I'm thinking Lemon Extract might harvest in one week. The others, maybe two weeks. Gave the ladies their last feeding today. Just PH balanced water from here til harvest.

overall i've learned a lot fro mthis grow. Had fungus gnats, a little mold on #2 (discovered during harvest) and also experienced what its like to grow in pure peatmoss. amended to little at times, amended too much at other times. three completely different grows. Plant #1 was by far the best one. Most resin production and overall most stable in terms of nutrient uptake and deficiencies. overall i will probably not grow a lot of sativa's inside this fridge anymore. its just not good to have them all foxtail and stress out over small things. Time for more indica's! 😇

Puestos en oscuridad y con una manta térmica que va entre los 20 24°C. A las 32hs se observa que 3 de 4 abren su cascarón, a las 72hs ya estaban con radicula de 2cm +-. Puestas en jiffys de turba hidratados con 50%agua desclorada a 20°C y luego de exprimir el exceso de agua al jiffy fueron colocadas en un tupper propagador con ventilas muy pequeñas.

Started germination June 2nd, fully popped June 6th. Going quite well.

Day 49 today and after yesterday's watering (just 1 watering a week atm) the gorilla's seem to be buffing up slowly. The Zambeza SSH auto is looking so big so early, I'm curious how much fatter the buds are gonna get, seeing I'm just over half way... Its looking more mature all ready real nice find! (not many seed banks have it I think)

August 1: These clones are now next to the motherplant and august 3 will be the start of flowering when the light goes off. The nutrients are now just calmag, micro and bloom at 500ppm untill they hit week 3 flower August 10th: the clones are now at day 7 flower and they just got trimmed (lower branches and biggest leaf on top of the plants) i dont go too agressive on defoliation with this strain, on the last short video of this week u can see what i cut off at this stage, this was done at day 7 flower

Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

I thought I should add, with the way I lst, I like to get as much defoilation out the way before flipping to flower that way all she does in flower is just get fat and lovely. Seemed to work well coming from only doing Autoflowers so just using that knowledge and implementing to my photo grows and tweaking it

Week 5 on these amazing girls. They're full into the flower stage and the smells are starting to come through super strong. I've switched over to bloom nutes and they seemed to never skip a beat. All in all excited to see what the coming weeks have in store. Happy Growing.
