Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music Videos Grow Diary update 27th Feb 2020 The preflowering Stretch has well and truly begun with every branch that wasn't tied down , shooting upwards a few inches. The plant itself looks very healthy and content. Once flowering starts I'll begin to add P+K to the feeding regime. We have had bugger all sunlight here for over a week and also we have had lots of rain and wind. Daily max temps have been around the 24-25 celcius range and the minimums around 15 c. RH has been high 67% on average. That is about it for this weeks plant update . Now for the weekly Music videos. ** Last week I posted the links to three different artists who were picked by fellow growers thru the Grow question that I posted asking for requests. ** This week is back to just the one featured Artist from Australia. This week's artist is Mr Paul Kelly who is an Australian rock music singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has performed solo, and has led numerous groups, including the Dots, the Coloured Girls, and the Messengers. He has worked with many other artists and groups and is considered one of the finest singer songwriters to have come from Australia. Once again I couldn't narrow it down to just one song as he's had many great tunes but I have chosen the two with the best Music video as that is the main criteria for my Diaries Theme. One bean was badly mutated still produced an ounce of decent bud. The normal gorilla cookies started off strong then turned out quite small but produced very pretty dense buds thickly covered in trichomes.

During veg I gave it urine for nitrogen one month after sprouting. Than I gave it a top feeding of compost, and epsom salt. During bloom I gave it a top feeding of epsom salt and a liquid feeding of raw coconut water 2 weeks into bloom and again 4 1/2 weeks into bloom and now I am only giving it water ph at 6.2. Also if u want to keep it totally organic use apple cider vinegar as ph down and baking soda as ph up.

Some more training nothing special. I can really see the difference with one of my plants as its less dense and has some yellowing on its leaves, so I added Bloom and Top-Max to the nutrient mix as I suspected a Zinc deficiency, but to be safe I went with the full spectrum. The soil was probably depleted of nutrients anyway,

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

I was getting kind of bored with Autos, so I decided to try out my first Photo Run. I had 2 autos going when I got these beans in the mail, so I gave them away because I couldn't wait to try a photo. I started her in a glass of water, and then transferred her to a solo cup. I am planning to transfer her to a 5.4 Gallon Airpot around day 21 or so. I am also hoping to build my first Mainline, as I have only been running Manifolds on the autos due to time constraints. My plan is to only grow one plant and spread her out and try to fill a 4X4 tent with fat sticky colas. I will use super-cropping, LST, defoliation, and lollipopping in addition to building the mainline. I learned alot from growing autos, but now I feel like its time to try out Photoperiods.
