🌟 Week 6 (Second Week of Flower) Progress:
Day 36-38: Bud Development and Stretching
• Auto Fast Pete: Our speedy queen is showing remarkable bud development. The buds are swelling, and the plant is stretching, reaching for the light. The aroma is becoming more pronounced, filling the grow room with a delightful fragrance. 🌿🌸
• Auto Northern Dragon Fuel: This resilient beauty is also stretching and forming dense bud sites. The pistils are multiplying, and the buds are getting thicker. The structure is strong, supporting the growing weight of the flowers. 🌱✨
Day 39-41: Focus on Nutrition and Environment
• Nutrient Strategy: Sticking with our plan of using only the organic nutrition in the soil, supplemented by regulator and CalMag in the reservoir. The Autopot system is working wonders, providing consistent hydration and nutrients. The plants are thriving under this regimen. 🌿

D61 (21/01/2021): First day for week 5 of flowering. It's incredible how the buds are forming and getting bigger. It easily doubled (if not more) in size in the last 7 days. Since beginning of bloom, I normally gave water every other days. I make sure the soil is dry and the pots feel light when I lift them before giving any water. But it's not ideal cause it means that the plant drank all the water at his disposal and maybe it missed some. I will try a different watering schedule by giving water every 36 hours instead of every 48 hours. I will still make sure the soil his not wet and the pot not heavy (soil full of water) when I will give water. At this stage, they need a lot of nutrients to produce big buds. I will give nutrients every other feeding and only Max Minerals the others. Today I gave 1/2 of the recommended dose of Max Minerals.

D65 (25/01/2021): I'm at day 65 and base on the website I bough the seeds, they are close to harvest. They say 65-75 day from seed. My girls are not ready. I guess maybe 2 more weeks. The trichomes are all cloudy for Glue Gelato and 90% cloudy 10% clear for Banana Kush. I think it is time to start flushing. I will only give tap water at proper PH for the next 10-14 days and keep looking at trichomes. I consider also reducing air temperature and humidity for the rest of the grow. We are getting close! 😍😎

D66 (26/01/2021): I decided not flushing today. I gave only full dose of Max Bud. Glue Gelato is getting very frosty! She has approximately 50% white pistils and 50% brown pistils but she keep growing new pistils. Banana Kush is less frosty but thicker and look a bit behind in maturity compared with Glue Gelato.

D67 (27/01/2021): The electric breaker where all the equipment of my tent is plug tripped. It took me around 20 min to notice it. During that time the relative humidity % went up around 75%. I don't think it will cause anything bad but I wanted to document it. I started the flush today by giving tap water at proper PH. The tap water of my city is around 130-140 PPM. I always let it sit in a bucket for 24h.

June 29: watered with compost tea. The bacteria in these teas help to retain water in the soil and I don’t have to water as much.
Misting leaves frequently to make up for low daytime humidity. Did foliar spray of potassium silicate and soluble seaweed extract. Looking really nice and green and healthy.
June 30: forecast for the next week is hot and the week after is a bit hotter. Plants should be ready for a strong vegetative growth phase with the nicer weather.
July 1: Happy Canada Day. Was some rain yesterday and overnight but still doing at least an inch a day vertical growth.
July 5: she’s doing great in the warmer weather. Looks like she grew 7 inches this week so that’s in the good “inch a day” range I want to see over the next couple weeks.
Will start force flowering (12 h darkness in the garage) in about two weeks.

Started low stress training this week a long with the first proper defoliation to provide more airflow and light coverage.
Continuing to bend the main stems down everyday to help even out the canopy as much as I can before adding scrog net next week.
Will switch to 12/12 soon.

Voilà dernier jour avant de couper .
Demain la plante aura 14 semaine j ai pousser la flo et le flusch un peut plus que d habitude (histoire d avoir le plus de chance possible d avoir se goût et odeur de chewing-gum à la fraise après curring) voilà voilà encore un grow qui c est super bien passé (chose abituel chez fast bud mais qui mérite d être sous ligné !!! Leur plantes sont vraiment assez simple à faire pousser et surtout elles autorise LES ERREURS DE DÉBUTANT. ...du style ph non ajusté. Excès d engrais ou trop peut ...toutes ces chose font que même des débutant arrive à avoir une weed d excellente qualité après 10..15 semaines (je rappel qu une photoperiodique devrais pousser presque le double de temp!!! )
Et au final l herbe est souvent aussi forte voir plus forte que les strain photoperiodique !!! Et pour tous cela merci fast bud
On se retrouve pour smoke test !!!! J ai hâte

Added 2 videos on preparing a nutrient solution and pH balancing the solution.
This week saw aggressive topping (mid week 4) and some serious leaf damage. Not sure if the leaf damage is from the topping, nutrients, etc. I did a flush and solution swap, cleaned the air stone and inside of the jar etc. Built the trellis and started training. I'll cut away whatever trellis doesn't end up getting used once flowering starts.
Creepy Don Santa is watching this grow closely. That cat of his is trouble.

I have continued the diary as have a orange sherbet ff still on her 5th week and would like too document her at full potential.
Unlike my other she did not preflower early and has thrived doing very well compared too the other orange sherbet who unfortunatley at the end did not go so well come harvest.
I will show both harvests once this girl has finished.
I expect her too be flying into forming buds this week hoping all sites give generously as it seems they are all thick with pistils as can see 🌱 lollipopping has benefitted from what I can tell.
Intensity of light reduced hopefully no issues to come from that as I seen leaves tips burnt slightly so changed light 💡

Day 63 F: Well here we are at the end of a brilliant grow that has seen totally different mixes of heights and genetics successfully completed under the Mars Hydro fc3000 and my own mix of supersoil. Rhe light managed to keep them all at full tilt even though they were at big , differing canopy heights. If inhad used the middle of the room , I could have covered the canopy a lot better and the light would have easily reached the whole canopy despite their odd height differences. I have a Mars tent that will be perfect for this light to totally fill out with 6 plants once I am back at full production and over this slight delay upcoming.
The soil has been brilliant from the off , even the small Mexican airline #1 that seemed to struggle with the start up and strength of the mix has finished well. I only added ecothrive , eco life cycle and biosys tea throughout the grow with a couple of grams of Megacrop in flower as a booster. The watering in the beds has been very easy to maintain and keep moist and the more shallow depth has helped check at root level and bottom easily. The immobile nature of the bed has meant that using different strains as the 3 is maybe not ideal , workable , but not ideal and needs some forward planning next time out . Besides that , it has been very simple to manage.
The strains have been perfect throughout the weeks with little to no signs of any deficiency. I did remove a lot of fan leaves over the past week to really open the lower parts of the plant to more light for the ripening time . It will also help with the drying time and harvest. There is a lot of really nice colas on these ladies and I cannot recommend the genetics for autos from Fast buds enough. The Strawberry pie finished beautifully and with 2 phenos ro enjoy once dry , I am really looking forward to hitting that one. The six shooter look deadly for the unweary too with their frosty and kush looking purples and reds.
Mexican airline have done a nice job on fattening their buds at the end but the #1 is way less bountiful than her sister. Let's see what a drying period does to their overall yields now. They look so big when 1st hung to dry but it is so disheartening watching them shrink to tiny versions of the originals. The dark period has made them a little more tacky without a doubt and their smells are so obvious going through the plants cutting. Temps are at around 10°c in the room with no lights on so this will be a long ,low and slow dry . I do have the dehumidifier on its highest setting to avoid these fat buds developing any bud rot but the low temps will also be a huge help. I have a nice mix of aromas among these with lemon , fresh cut fruit , candy cane sweet and a spicy fuel . Roll on the harvest and cure now. Hopefully a harvest report will follow within 10-14 days. Res was empty. 2 Gal, there was a LITTLE Sol’n in the bottom of the res BUT Chiller Pump DRY. Chiller pump wouldn’t work for a couple of hours. After it cooled down and was re-submerged, it started cranking. These little Synchro/magnetic pumps are pretty resilient. The Little Giant as Feed Pump is awesome and pumps from the bottom 1/4”. The Synchro needs 2“ of water to submerge, with is 1/2 - 1 Gal, sitting around for ballast.
