After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Day 50 since seed touched soil. They overgrew everything !!! Cookie is nuts, so stacked, always happy, leaves are on healthy part, but could eat more ;))))) . I think i was late with top up, they developed fast and used a lot. I check run off for ppm, but thought 800 still ok, it was not. So big last top up !!! ALL NUTRITIONS ARE GRAMS TO POT LITRES !!!! Neutralise is in real measurement only. Great White - 3 g each pot Biosys - 3g each pot Charge - 30 g each pot Life-Cycle - 60 g each pot Bio-Blend - 100 g each pot Watered straight after, 3.5 liters went in. Some girls are almost brushing Mars Hydro TSL2000 and i see no issues if air is moved and temp with humidity allows it. Great light, plants grow very well, too well ;)))) will do new clearing after two waterings, want girls to eat first, make bigger roots, then i will resize again to concentrate more on tops. MARS HYDRO TSL2000: 300W, Flower 2'x4', Veg 3'x5' It's recommended for beginners. Low-budget & high-efficiency. Took down first time ever LST while still growing. Ok start of week 5. Done a big defoliation on all 4 plants. Last weeks topping and fiming seems to have gone well the plant didn’t react bad to it at all. The fiming seems to of given me at least 4 new main trunks per plant and the topping 2. Going to make this the last week for veg then next week flick them over to 12/12. Happy growing all 🍻

Was showing signs of nutrient lockout so decided to start flushing process.. amazing smell but this will be the last ever diary of disco biscuits as she has outstayed her welcome. Not as fat as I’d like her to be but still 2 weeks remaining before chop.

Nov 12th Grow went absolutely stunning, these Sherbet Auto flowers from NOS are the bees-knees, you can do whatever you want to them training wise and they will thrive, as well as stay compact. Ideal for micro grows, or people who like small plants and thick, dense, frosty nuggets. I see about 5-10% amber trichomes as of November 12th, today or tomorrow I will do a final water, and turn the lights off for 48 hrs before chopping and hanging to dry in the same grow space. I'm drying in the grow space because of the aphids, I need the plant material to dry, and the aphids to die, before I take them out to trim or cure, because my other Mango Runtz tent flying under the phid's radar so far. So a major reset is gonna take place before I plant more autos. One is turning pink and pretty quick I like that it fits the sherbet theme!

Been slacking at updating this. Putting in a lot of OT at work and the diary has fallen to the wayside for a bit. Had to put the trellis netting up. The two Lemon Haze plants are getting chunky and falling over under their own weight. Looks like they only have a couple weeks left where as the two Grandaddy Purp on the left side look more like they have 3 to 4 more to go. Hard to tell as they don't seem to be swelling up as much as the other two. Getting so close I can SMELLLLL IT!!

So far so good with this watermelon zkittles from barneys 😁 no issues and responding well to the topping and lst, I am making 3 litres worth of food for the week and will up it as the plant needs it. I will post more pics and a video later of the room. The purple lemonade and runtz are doing well, they look lost in there big pots 🤣. Pics to come. The orange sherbert are on day 3 of there 2 week flush with molasses and phed water, hopefully there fill out, on the plus side there getting purple on them now 😀. Marshydro tsl2000 is doing a amazing job and is really nice and cool, my hps light use to cook the plants this led is perfect can achieve good temps even cold temps to pull the colour out at the end 😀. The ac infinity with digital controller is a must have and a real game changer for a grower, I love it my mate loves his and trust me it helps, easy to use and set it up outside your grow area, dangle the thermometer cable at canopy hight and your good to go. Day 29 day 2 flower, the watermelon zkittles is starting to start her stretch I think she is going to be a nice plant, iv had no issues in the last 4 weeks and never have with the barneys seed selection.

[ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

Have her a big defoliating to allow light to the bud sites and to reduce humidity in the tent , she took it well and is growing really fast still. The smell is very old school skunk type smell at this point

📆 Semana 10 La Mentha de Croco entra en su recta final. Los cogollos ya no engordan apenas, pero sí maduran: los tricomas muestran mezcla clara de lechoso y ámbar en las puntas, marcando que el punto óptimo está muy cerca. La resina se espesa, la textura se vuelve más pegajosa y el aroma mentolado gana profundidad. Los pistilos siguen oscureciendo y la planta empieza a mostrar ese “tono final” típico: menos actividad interna, más concentración en rematar terpenos. El riego baja al mínimo, manteniendo solo la hidratación justa antes del lavado final. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!
