🌱 Eternity Grow Cup: Week 1 Report – The Journey Begins 🌟 First and foremost, a huge thank you to Grow Diaries, the incredible community, and all the amazing sponsors that make this journey possible. Big shoutouts to my core supporters: Aptus Holland, Pro-Mix Soil, TrolMaster, ThinkGrow LED, Future of Grow LED, and CannaKan. And for this special Eternity Grow Cup run, I’m deeply grateful to have Zamnesia and Plagron on board, providing seeds and the game-changing Green Sensation. Your support inspires me to put my all into this grow! 💚 🌿 Week 1 Highlights: Slow but Steady Progress This week has been all about resilience and careful nurturing. Despite colder-than-ideal temperatures, the Zamnesia Runtz seedlings are showing their strength and determination. Here’s how things are looking: Environment Stats • Daytime Temps: ~18°C • Nighttime Temps: ~14°C • Humidity (RH): ~60% • Root Support: Heating mat keeping the root zone warmer, ensuring the seedlings stay cozy even when ambient temps drop. Growth Update • All five phenos (labeled Runtz #1–5) have sprouted and are now showing their first leaves. • Growth is slow due to the low temperatures, but the Pro-Mix HP with Biofungicide and Mycorrhizae is proving to be an amazing medium—supporting healthy roots and steady development. • No nutrients yet, just plain water, allowing the seedlings to establish themselves naturally in this excellent soil. Faith in the Pheno Hunt I’m holding onto the dream of finding that special passion-fruit pheno I adored in the past. It’s still early days, but I believe in the magic of this strain and the promise each seed holds. Educational Focus: Germination to Week 1 Care The Importance of Root Warmth in Cold Conditions Maintaining a consistent root-zone temperature is crucial when growing in a cold environment. Here’s how I’ve adapted: • Using a heating mat under the pots to keep the roots warm while the surrounding air remains cooler. • Ensuring the soil stays evenly moist, as dry conditions can amplify the impact of cold. Minimal Feeding Philosophy For the first week, I stick to plain water—letting the soil and its microbial life do the heavy lifting. This allows the seedlings to establish strong roots without risk of overfeeding or salt buildup. Patience is Key Early growth may seem slow, especially in cooler climates, but this is the foundation stage. Each small leaf and root is setting the stage for explosive growth in the weeks to come. Visual Storytelling: A Peek Behind the Scenes This week, I’ve documented every detail through photos and videos to share the full story: • Photos: Close-ups of all five phenos, capturing their early beauty. • Videos: A general end-of-week overview and a behind-the-scenes look at my process, shot with my Sony A6000 on a tripod. • These visuals not only highlight the progress but also offer a deeper look into the tools and techniques I’m using. Looking Ahead: Building Momentum As the journey continues, I’m confident these seedlings will pick up momentum. Next week, I’ll be keeping an eye on root development and early veg growth while maintaining the same environment and feeding approach. Community Love & Thanks I want to thank Grow Diaries and this incredible community for making this journey so rewarding. To all the participants: good luck, and let’s keep learning and growing together! Let’s make this cup one for the history books. Stay tuned for Week 2, where we’ll dive deeper into the evolution of these amazing plants. Until then, keep growing, keep dreaming, and let’s make magic happen! 🌟 Genetics - Runtz https://www.zamnesia.com/6000-zamnesia-seeds-runtz-feminized.html Nutrients - Plagron https://plagron.com/en/hobby - Aptus Holland https://aptus-holland.com/ Controls - Trol MAster https://www.trolmaster.eu/ LED - https://www.futureofgrow.com/en LED - https://www.thinkgrowled.com Soil - https://www.promixgardening.com/en Germination - Cannakan https://cannakan.com/?srsltid=AfmBOopXr-inLXajXu3QFgKXCXXos4F1oEvScjMKIB5MR5dk8-GJ-F49 DOGDOCTOR 15% off As always thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all , this journey of mine wold just not be the same without you guys, the love and support is very much appreciloved and i fell honored with you all in my life With true love comes happiness Always believe in your self and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart , be a giver and the universe will give back to you in ways you could not even imagine so As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Divine Seeds 2025 Auto Contest 👉Sponsored👈 AK-47XL Auto W4V4 7/6- 12 I decided to grow AK47-XL outside to test the strain resilience.to fungi and mold since 2 plants this season have befallen bud rot. Genetically the strain grows in Colombia / Brazil / Afghanistan demonstrating resistance to imperfect conditions and a strong immunity to moderate temperature shifts. No expressed vulnerability to fungi or mold has been noticed with Auto AK-47 XL. I will put this strain on the real environmental test. I’ve changed the grow from inside to outside so hopefully the statistics reflect the change. Last week AK-47XL topped herself and she now shows 3 tops. Any further training will be LST and defoliation to see what happens on her own. I am giving water only for this grow since I have Supersoil as part of the base and will add Green Sensation during flower. As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the likes and most of all growers’ love and support. Stay green, growers love 💚🌿 💫Natrona💫

Preparing to yank out top shelf and rejig things. I can only gain 4” but it will be needed as this thing is running hard. Closer than 8-10” to the LED light, and she WILL get cooked! Next Gen grow box gains almost 8” in height with same dimensions, so problem solved. I may have to cut CO2 until stretch is over or just cut altogether. I got a close eye in her. Day 44: She's looking good, and stretching at a rate of 2"/day in her tin can. I did a light defoliation and cleaned up training wires. I'll leave her be from here on out; less some selective defoliation to keep sites open. I cut CO2 (which would have been helpful a bit earlier), and may turn back on at the end of week 8, time will tell. Day 46: She looks like she is 4+ days behind when compared to the other 4 autos I have grown. She will either catch up, take longer to mature, or I'm screwed because of the heavy defol. Flower development seems slow/odd. 10pm and she’s now 22” tall and too close to the light. Flower productivity accelerating for sure. Maybe she will just catch up, and finish late? Bummer I had this one in quarantine. Day 48: leave symptoms developed further into dark rust spots very suspect to a calcium deficiency. I flushed for a few hours, cut Gro out all together and bumped Micro and Bloom. Increased CalMag from .8ml to 1.5 ml/gallon. Now observing. Day 49: Another day or two will tell but it feels like the deficiency is slowing as the progression on day 47-48 was an hour by hour progression. Throughout the week, and almost everyday, I have taken a dozen or so leaves throughout the canopy and the undergrowth. One day I defoliated her pretty good, but not super heavy. Massive leaf production and has crowded the plant/bud sites out in a matter of a day or two. Day 52: Looks like calcium or possibly potassium deficiency back in check. Newer leaves look good and no progression on older leaves.

Will try this strain again, I wish I had it covered with better light coverage. I was hoping to add another light but never could get to it. Each grow I notice I’m learning more being more consistent. I work as a chemical formulator and goes hand in hand with growing, going to keep trying for better yields. Happy growing!

Happy Easter Everyone! Time for an update During week 10 NEW LIGHT installed!! ViparSpectra XS2000. So excited! I think the plants are a little shocked from the change in light but hopefully they recover just fine. This week 3 of the plants definitely started showing some issues I have never had before. I started noticing rust spots on the upper top leaves of the plants which I believe was the consequence of the following... A.Nutrient lockout B. Soil PH too low from over fertilization C. Soil PH being too low due to the peat moss in the growing medium. I have purchased dolomite lime as an organic alternative to properly balance soil PH for my next grow. I did do a light flush with PHd water at 6.5. Plan for week 11 Going to be adding some Calcium to the soil during next watering to see if that helps new growth on the plants (Tuesday) At this point I will be just keeping an eye on more rust spots forming on the leaves. I have backed off on adding more P & PK at this time because I think I over fertilized last time. I am learning a lot still with every week of this grow. I know now how to dial in the nutrients and better amending soil first. Since my soil has peat moss I think that had a lot to do with the acidity as it breaks down. Really hoping these girls continue to finish out okay! Thinking that they will take the full 14/15 weeks at this point.

Week 13 for Gigi! Fifth week of flower: Buds are fattening up and trichomes are becoming milky...Guys if you try to grow this genetic, keep in mind this thing: use a good filter! This plant smells a lot and amazingly good 👍 Day 86: Watered properly with all the nutrients. Rh is about 50/55% and temperature 25°C. Day 90: Watered again with half the nutrients. She drinks a lot. Guys, now it's time to talk about the disaster happened with the lamp 3 weeks ago. The lamp crashed on the main branches snapping them...but Gigi simply doesn't give a s*** about it and flowered. See ya next week and don't forget to love your plant!

Hey 👋 I missed to upload week 3. In week 4 I tooped the gorilla zkittlez and FIM the wedding glue. The plants recover fast and nice. I didn't know what to look for to see in the fiming proces but the plant looking good and width. I don't know if I should make another FIM or top to them. One time is enough? They'll start flowering soon.
