Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

The plants are ready to be chopped and hung for 3-5 days. I removed all the fans leaves and left them all branches on the main stem. The ladies smell so strong I can wait to see how they turn out when they are dried and cured. 1) I plan to hang them for 3-5 days @ 71 f and 50-55 RH, 2) Do a final tight trim 3) Than I will move them to jars and cure for 2-3 weeks I will update the diary with harvest pictures & weight before I move them to the jars for curing. I think the seeds might have got mixed up when packing because these three plants were all supposed to be the same and you can clearly tell from the pictures that they are not.

Early lemon berry might not be early (har har har) but it sure is gorgeous and the scent is 100% lemon berries. This is about to be the best smelling fruit strain I've harvested to date for sure. Ample flower caked in trichomes. Ethos is one of the best and this is proof. 1 bean popped, 1 keeper cut found.

This week went really well ! Today we are at day 79 from seed an looking beautiful! One Forbiddin Runtz got chopped an hung to dry out an the rest are still flushing out through the rest of this week! Very nice looking fades coming along on the fan leafs from purple to green , so beautiful ! So happy with these genetics from @fastbuds_genetics! Super sticky an smell is so amazing, room full of purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz the smell you can’t beat, so many berries!!! Well stay tuned for next week! Cheers y’all

Hello 👋🏻 Readers, Triplets had a trip out of the grow tent in the middle of the week due to a major power outage, until noon in the spare bedroom and then my bedroom (facing west)on the afternoon, with a 12°C temperature in the house, bet they got more purple 😂 Luckily the power was out only 25 hours. Other than that, all went fine this week. I checked the trichomes with my jewelry microscope, even tried my best to take pictures 😅 The base of the trichomes are so cute to see as they are purple and fading into the clear milky form( not showing on pictures) purpled all the way✊🏻😄 This week I started using the supplement Diablo Monster-K Which is the last supplement to be use on the end of flowering, as I started with the supplement Monster Flower, week 2 to 5 then Monster Blast, week 5 to 6 then Monster K, week 7 to 8 ( ya ya ya i also used the supplement BIG BUD week 2 to 4 just because why not? i had too i couldn't help myself😅 The endgame is soon to be! but only the trichomes will have the last word on it. and of course I gotta flush them so i need to pay close attention to the trichomes 🤨 Thanks for stopping by and taking time to check out my weekly diary updates. The plant started off good. Unfortunately the environment wasn't the best to begin with but overall I think with the deficiencies still present. It turned out okay. This was grown with just the standard grow micro bloom. Due to covid, I was unable to order additional macro nutrients. Yeilds suffered as a result but overall happy for my first grow.

🌸 Week 1 – Flowering Phase Begins After a solid preflower prep, I’ve officially flipped the grow to flowering! I’m now running 3 phenotypes in bloom: 🔹 #36 🔹 #38 🔹 #45 Pheno #40 has been isolated due to potential signs of hermaphroditism — nothing confirmed yet, so I’ll keep a close eye on it over the next couple of weeks before making a final decision. Structurally, things are getting interesting: 🔸 Two phenos are showing a tall, US-style stretch, with wider internodal spacing — just like what I’ve seen in modern cultivars I’ve grown in the past. 🔸 The other two are more old-school in structure, shorter and stockier, with tighter node spacing. 🌱 All 4 phenos have been successfully backed up in a DWC cloner for preservation — the hunt continues! Really excited to see how these girls develop over the next few weeks 🙌 Let’s bring out those peachy gassy terps !

Gorilla Cookies is stacking now. She is looking really good considering the prior issues. The leaves are dark green from the neem oil treatments before.
