D8 - The start of the second week of vegetation. D10 - Today, the small tent was finally empty, and the girls could move in under the Kingbrite light. They are getting around 170-200 PPFD. I also watered them for the first time by giving each one a small splash of water @ pH 6.7. D11 - The girls were getting a bit cramped, so the humidity domes came off today. I set the Inkbird controller to an RH of 85% (+/- 2%) and hooked it up to my larger humidifier. Even without their domes, the environment in the tent should be nice and humid for the seedlings. Week 10 Not so bad. I switched the light to flowering mode: 12h/24 end of week 9, just after the plants recovered from the stress period caused probably by a nutrient excess: lot of burned leaves. Green Punch was seriously injured, already weakened by Aphids. Treatment: sprayed Fertiliigène (Rapesseed oil) to eradicate this pest. Did it when lights off— 12h in darkness is better. Defoliation, cutting some low branches. Want to be sure that the grow tent and the room will be clean to start the seeding of the next session in 10 days. Light Ts 1000 x 2 — 85% Watering: 2 weeks without nutrients except Cal/Mag and Enzymes yesterday. AK47 and Bubble Gum are the most developed and healthy 👌with a regular canopy Sour Glue is stretching since few days, developing lot of blooming sites 👍 Royal Gorilla look still stressed 🤞 CaliFunk is still short, solid and bushy, look vigorous 🤔 Green Punch, always the last: injured and attacked by pest, recovering slowly but surely 👎

Day 34 she’s a little droopy and upset with me. She would have preferred to be watered last night. Oh well she will perk up in 15 mins. Looking beautiful and started to flower now she got defoliated a tad bit she’s looking wonderful. Very happy with how she’s chugging along.

The VPD range for this week is set to 1.0 to 1.2 kPa Day 22 / 22.04. Here we are at the start of week 4 of veg. The plants are all doing great, just the Super Lemon Haze is showing some signs of Ph fluctuation, which I cannot explain. Now everything is smooth sailing as nearly all of the work has been taken off my hands by my mycodo system and the autopots. The autopot reservoir has about 10l of 1.1 mS/cm EC solution left in it, for the next batch I will bump up the EC to about 1.7 mS/cm. Day 23 / 23.04. Well, turns out the Super Lemon Haze tried to tell me something important. Today I noticed, that my cheapo pH pen was off by about 1.5 pH, which means my reservoir was way too basic for the plants. I hope, that I have corrected the pH and that this little mishap didn't affect the plants too much, because right now, growth is really popping off. Day 25 / 25.04. I started to do some LST to the plants and I also removed the huge top leaves of the Fullgas because I was worried about airflow. Day 27 / 27.04. Today I had quite a big mishap. I was in a hurry and tried to adjust the LST of the plants and accidentally broke off one of the top branches of the FullGas. Shit happens I guess

It is visible that one of them is delayed by 4 days, but everything is going well. I apply 500ml of water per week to this plant per plant. I'm taking it easy and they seem to be enjoying it. when I complete the 3 week I will do the top pruning and start preparing for the SCROG.

19/07/20 (Sunday) 7AM - Set 4 seeds to germinate in cups of water (Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica, Columbia) 7PM - St. Vincent and the Grenadines seed shows taproot 9PM - Trinidad and Tobago seed shows taproot 10PM - Seed from Jamaica shows taproot 11PM - Set the 3 germinated seeds into individual half gallon pots filled with promix. 20/07/20 11AM - SVG seed rises to the soil level 8PM - Jamaican follows suit 11PM - TT also exposes itself 21/07/20 The weather and forecast for the week show scattered showers and the seedlings are showing early signs of stretching so I decide to build a makeshift grow tent to supplement their light cycle while bringing them outside for a minimum of 4 hours every day to acclimate them. I decided on a 75W output LED bulb with a temperature of 6500K and 1055 lumens while using my room fan to simulate wind for healthy stem growth. 22/07/20 The plants show slowed stretch symptoms but still not to the level I want, so I revamp the 'grow tent' with reflective material (crumpled aluminium foil for more reflective surfaces) and upgraded the bulb to a 100W output LED with the same temperature and a higher luminousity of 1350. One cotyledon on the SVG strain was broken but not completely sheared off, but I'll leave it to its own devices. 23/07/20 Columbian seed has yet to germinate so I added another from my backups. 24/07/20 Seedlings have shown normal rates of growth so I think the current grow tent is sufficient. When I took them outside they endured light gusts and rainfall for a half hour during their sun bask. I decided to add foil to the door of the tent to trap more light in. 25/07/20 Tropical Storm Gonzalo may make landfall today and the skies are set up for thunderstorms so I decided to keep the plants in their indoor setup for the full 18hrs of their light cycle. Since both Columbian seeds still show no signs of germination, I decide to go collect another strain. I got my hands on a 21 day old Dominican Republic strain that was grown in a seedling tray and left there; It was fed once with 20-20-20 and calmag. The cotyledons were white, the stem red between the top nodes and yellow the rest of the way down, the leaves a light green, and it was no taller than 2 inches excluding it's 1 inch sq root cube. I immediately transplanted it into my remaining half gallon pot upon returning home, dampened the soil with my spray bottle and left it to sit with the others and finish the light cycle.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. This was the runt of the bunch from the beginning and started flowering a week before the others. Seemed like in veg it didn't have enough nitrogen (yellow/green leaves) and in flower it had too much causing the bottom new leaves to grow kinda mutated and dark green. Even with those issues she still packed on solid dense buds covered in trichomes. pulled off 253 grams wet after trimming and 57 grams of trim will update with dry weight when ready
