I'm more than sure now that this is a photo seed rather than an auto seed, it's still continously growing rapid and big but no sight of flowering at the moment, I may have to give it another week or 2 before I switch the light to 12/12 to start her flowering stage. But so so pleased with her progress.

Week 6: Plants are heading into full flowering phase. Still no problems at all - Plagron Allmix Soil in sufficiently large pots and Calmag will get you very far, if you don't use lots of wattage. Along with the flowers I start smelling more and more. Looking forward to the next few weeks. Approaching the end of this week, I started giving Bio Bloom. Future difficulty might prove to be adjusting the light accordingly.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. QUESTION TO EVERYONE READING THIS: My tap water is pH 8.3 (yes I know right ?!) Adding the BioBizz nutes brings it down to pH 6.2 - 6.4 depending on the amount which is great. Now, I dont really care about runoff pH that much, doesnt tell me a lot imo but I measured it twice, last time it was 6.8 this time it was 7.1. Is there anything to worry about or is that just irrelevant? Thank you guys :) Day 48: Watered the G13 Haze with 650ml Water and 2.8ml / l BioGrow, 2.8ml / l BioBloom, 0.7ml / l TopMax which is the equivalent biobizz week 7 feeding schedule with 70% strength on BioGrow & TopMax and 90% strength on the Bloom. Therefore, dont mind the leaves hanging down, I just watered before taking pictures. Also redone some of the LST by changing the "angles" of the side branches to use up space more evenly. Tied down a bit more aswell to even out height differences. Looks great so far, but the G13 Haze is quite a bit behind in budding, the Liberty Haze is throwing Pistils everywhere, the G13 Haze just started showing the first noticeable preflowers with pistils on the nodes. Day 45: I really wanted to try serious and "professional" training methods. Defoliation was obviously needed, I couldnt even see what was going on below the plant. Removed all leaves except on the top 2-3 nodes of each branch. Then I did some heavy LST to move the side branches to the outside for filling up space. I hope the center will grow some branches at some point. MOST IMPORTANTLY, since I wanted the main branch to slow down growth a bit, I twisted and "mashed" it between two fingers until I could hear a snapping noise and the stem became weak like gummy. It takes a lot of courage guy! A LOT. But it seems to have worked, the stem is not broken and I managed to tie it down without bending the whole plant. I am so excited on how this is going to turn out. ~Watered 600ml today Day 44: So yeah, definitely stretching ! The internodal space is way bigger than I'm used to from growing short indica quick ones. Funnily enough, the G13 Haze does'nt give off any smell at all apart from typical "green plant" smell (Just noted that because the Liberty Haze smells quite strong even though it doesnt form buds yet). Did some very very careful LST which looks good for now. I want to remove a lot of leaves and little side branching from the bottom as soon as the plant grows a bit bigger so I can access the bottom part better.

Last week runned into some trouble with them as they were showing signs of some deficiency and turned out to be rootbound. I transplanted them to a bigger pot and they got happy&healthy again. Now just a few more days before i switch to flower.
