Ok the problem was twofold. Soil was wet and my nutrient dose was too low. I was also a bit busy and my peat soil shop closed so I have yet to source it from somewhere I had some deficiencies in this week that are fixed now. Growth was stunted and some leaves yellowed a bit. The problem is I couldn't water them quickly because the soil stays moist for so damn long under this purple crap. Don't get one folks just build Citizen or whatever COBs if you want cheap good led. The pots are pretty thoroughly rooted so I started to feed 700 ppm dose when I could. All the pics are lazy and after spraying or watering cause these were some busy weeks I culled one plant with really thin stems, after practicing my abuse skills Anyway they are going under the CMH later

Neither has blown me away with their growth but, the conditions are far from optimal. RH is too low. 10&15% of fan leafs removed, 24-36hrs apart from pheno1 "topped" & 10% from Pheno 2 on Day 28 DIET Has been kept on a 3:1:3 / G:B:M Ratio. 635-670ppm feeds. 5.9-6ph. 15-16c temp. And once a wk. They get enzyme feed(s) each. Both are kept on the exact same nutrients and ppm/ph/sol.temp At the moment, I'm dealing with fungus Gnats aka fruit flies. Yes, they are somewhat harmless but the young feed off the fine root hairs, that and their disgusting. Hammering the shit out of them with Fruit Fly traps. Just waiting for all tops to dry. And will dose with DE "Pesticide version" is very fine and cuts into and kills larva without causing any damage to your plant or its roots. It's 100% organic and washes into the substrate.

This week they'll start growing pistils I hope :p The peyote criticals already started showing pistils, but the Ayahuascas are waiting a few more days I guess. I will try and update daily Germination requires 3 things - Darkness , Warmth , Water One thing i should mention - Growing autoflowers, is difficult to do well,why? because from the moment that seed sprouts, you have a finite amount of time before she is finished, so any fucking about with anything ( repotting,pests,nutrient issues) , will lower yield.You can sometimes get them finished in 10 weeks on 20/4 but unless you have a controlled environment its hard to go more than 18/6 without heat and humidity issues.Autoflower breeding has come a long way in the last 10 years,Fast Buds is one of the pioneers. Day 1 - Tuesday 16/10/18 Put into wet root it cubes , then into the net pots with the clay pebbles, then pots into my rooting dwc boxes , placed a dome over the top to increase the humidity . Day 2 - Weds , nothing happening yet ! Day 3 - Thursday , I think she has popped , not quite up yet , see pink picture Turned light on 17/7 , why ? because I think this is best @ 13-15,000 lux Bestva 800 (150 watt draw) Led approx £100 , I would buy the dimable cob version if you can .(900 or 1200) Day 4 - Friday , looks a little distorted , has she got three leaves ? night time took a pic on the G7 .... Day 5 - Saturday , definitely three leaves , might just be the first node , fingers crossed she will be fine , was quite worried she wouldn’t make it , gave her 20 ml of room temperature water , with a syringe onto the root it cube , Day 6 - Sunday , looking ok , nice and green , I’m hoping the roots will be into the reservoir by now , you have to love fast buds , the germination rates are almost 100% , I have included a picture with the rest of the pots , for reference , there is a gorilla glue and a tangiematic, two of my favourite Fast Buds strains , which I started around the same time , IMPORTANT- do no let the root it cubes dry out before the roots are into the reservoir , make sure the bottom of the net pot DOES NOT touch the water Day 7 - Monday , I checked the water level and the ph , it has lost a little due to evaporation , root is well into the reservoir , I will add some nutrients tomorrow, seed on top right has pushed up but no leaves, this is NOT a fast buds seed, just shows u,... i have also put more pebbles in to cover up the holes, it would be nice if they did a pot that didnt have holes all the way to the top !!! Building DWC - you can build a DWC quite easily , out of cheap items , the ones in this week , were made by a friend of mine (Kev) when he spotted the box at Poundland for £1 - all you need is a black plastic box ( black so no light penetrates the roots ) with a lid , a 127mm hole cutter , air pump with tube and air stone , 140mm net pots to go in holes , some clay pebbles , and root it cubes , I will make a little instructional video , the reason I put them in here is because I will transfer into my IWS oxypots , which are too big to go into the tent ,and as the led is better with small plants it’s much easier .

The zipper material is a little cheap i think. Some of the black fabric from the zippers are fall of… lot of light leak. The velcro from the fabric tape to hang of the front door are to short.

Without a doubt the best bud I‘ve ever grown! I have nothing but positive things to say about the genetics of this plant. This was my first mephisto grow so very impressed. Buds are sticky and dense after weeks of 90-100 degree weather. No signs of stress or slowing. The plants tackled every hint of def or toxicity with ease. Got a little less yield than I expected, but not complaining as quality is incredible!! Buds dryed for 6 days and cured for 7 as of review. Very dense and sticky. Yielded 5oz dry A-bud, 2oz dry fluff, and 15oz of wet trim. Pressed the fluff with a 11% yield. Rosin is budder-like and smooth. EDIT: Later edited on aug 17 to provide cure update. —-smoke report—- The finished cured bud reeks intensely of diesel, raspberry, and hash! The smoke itself is light on the lungs and heavy in texture. Smoke hints at flavors of raspberry and caramel with sweet notes. High produces strong headband and couchlock effect. Potency is high without a doubt. Smoking a few under 30 day cured bowls produces a high for a solid 3-6 hours even at a high tolerance level. As of mid-august, the cure is complete and stone has intensified. Feels waaay more indica this time. Fully cured bud can knock a seasoned stoner the fuck out. Blew my expectations out of the water This was my first mephisto grow and it made me a diehard fan. Can‘t wait to grow more later in the year!

⚜️👑🌱 Double Solo Cup NO Contest 🌱👑⚜️. ➡️08/10 I know I'm extremely late to start a Solo Cup with only a few weeks left. But I still want to try this experience, I've never grown plants in such small pots, I'm sure I will learn a lot from this experience. I will use a Honey Cream seed for this new adventure, the smaller of the two born, the other will follow the Autumn Cup contest in the pot by Royal Queen Seeds. Well so, Yeah! ➡️09/10 Honey Cream seed grows, has come out of the seed and showed cotyledons. In the meantime I fell in love with a Dos si Dos 33 Barney's Farm clone. It has such small leaves that it makes me scream as stupid as when playing with a puppy XD I bombarded it with photos, as you can see it already looks like a small bonsai, the largest leaf measures not even a penny. Well so, Yeah! ➡️10/10 The bud I will use for the cup is about 1 inch tall. Dos dos 33 clone is regaining color, I think I will transfer it to a smaller jar than I have, maybe a coffee cup: p ➡️11/10 The two little ones were poured into their 0.47l jar for my future tests. I added water until it drained from below and they were put back under neon. Well so, Yeah! ➡️12/10 Nothing to add today, all regular. Well so, Yeah! ➡️13/10 Wet with 0.2 of fertilized water vegetative pattern. Well so, Yeah! ➡️14/10 Nothing to report today, Well so, Yeah!

Gorilla glue is growing well. Have a few minor issues like the light burn wet spot, and a slight magnesium deficiency I believe. She got heavy training today with lst and defoliation. Just spreading the case out more. The spider Farmer G3000 is on about 25 percent. Very strong light. Everything is moving along. Another 2 weeks, and will be looking for maturity signs and going to flowering around then. Going to attempt the hyperactive highs grow competition 9/3 taproots on 2/5 9/4 taproots on all, only 1 seems smaller or behind in size. 9/5 planted in peat pellet with some organic soil lightly packed 9/6 theyre popping above the soil. off to a great start already 9/7 they all germinated and all have popped above soil. ps. i used the paper towel between 2 plates sprayed with hydrogen peroxide diluted to 1% or a 1:3 ratio of 3%h2o2:
