Seems all good. Not using any growth technique, just letting the bushes to take form (yield not the biggest objective here). Also not adding nutrients as so far the growth is ok. Added a dehumidifier as the grow room was mad humid. Now stabilizing to 50% RH. Looking forward for the auto to starting flower so I can enjoy some nice high in a 4 weeks!

Week 12 (Flower Week 8): Pure Diesel & Top Service The Plant The Original Bruce Banner by Dark Horse Genetics is looking incredible in BW8. The buds are dense, sticky, and completely coated in a thick layer of frosty trichomes. The "Hulk" is showing its true power now, with a massive swelling of the calyxes. The Terps The smell is absolutely intense! A heavy, pungent Diesel aroma dominates the whole room, backed by those classic sweet undertones. It’s definitely one of the loudest strains I’ve grown so far. Equipment & Support I had to swap my carbon filter this week due to the extreme smell. A huge shoutout to Vivosun! Their customer support was outstanding—super fast response and very helpful. The replacement Vivosun ACF arrived quickly and is doing a perfect job keeping that heavy diesel scent under control. 10/10 for their service! @VIVOSUN @Hanfgarten @ViparSpectraLED 👍👍

This one is the runt of the group, but she is still kicking. Started getting some yellowing on the lower leaves on all the plants. I increased the maxibloom a little today so hoping that makes them a little happier. I also changed the setup where the plants dont sit on top of the reservoir. This will make it easier to adjust the nutes if needed. I also hooked up a valve to adjust the water flow because I had a couple overflows last week. These cups are just packed full of roots. This "little" grow has become a lot of work. Chugging along though....

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. Again another steady week, some additional nutrients given right after some defoliation and LST maintenance. The new PH And TDS meter seem to be helping a lot with give her what she needs! Thanks again for reading! Happy smoking and of course happy growing 😊✌️

3/23: I flushed the shortie for the first time today with about 10 gallons of warm filtered water and Sledgehammer. I'll flush her again in several days, let her dry back out a bit and stick her in the dark for a day before I sneak up on her with my lopping shears. I had let them go totally dry for a few days, so I fed the taller one with about 3/4 gallon including terpinator, signal, sweet & sticky, cal-mag, armor si, cha ching, tiger bloom, big bloom, and humic acid. This was her last feeding with any nutes, but I'll probably water her with some sweet & sticky and terpinator once more before flushing. 3/27: She wasn't completely dry yet, but I went ahead and flushed the shortie again today with about 8 gallons of warm filtered water. That's it for her....I'll give her another few days in the 'sun', and I've put a 12w MiracleLED blue bulb about 4 inches away from her, along with a 22w blue panel above her and the other shortie to make her think it's wintertime and maybe get her to put on a thicker coat of trichomes before she finishes. I gave the bigger one about 3/4 gallon including sweet & sticky, signal, terpinator, cal-mag and a little bit of cha ching. She'll get flushed for the first time once she's dry. This strain smells amazing!

End of Run – Karels Herer Haze: The Final phase & Hash Project! 🌿✨ And last but not least, we turn our attention to the regular Karels Herer Haze (by SSSC)! We are cruising straight into the final week of this nice-to-have grow. Originally, this run was planned purely as a pollen-collection project. However, since the two plants ended up performing amazingly well in the system, we’re putting them to prime use: the main portion will be processed into top-tier Dry Ice Hash, and a few selected buds will of course be put aside for a direct test smoke! Current Parameters: Lighting (PPFD): Dialed down to a cozy 600 PPFD for a smooth finish. EC Level: Now sitting at a stable 1.2 and being gently tapered off. Status: We’ve entered the home stretch, trichomes are cloudy-to-amber, and this project is wrapping up nicely. A great bonus outcome for this run—let’s see what the dry ice hash yields at the end! Tag 28 meiner Ladys sie wachsen gut - heute früh wurde das Netz eingesetzt. Die Lady‘s sind noch gut feucht, werde heute nicht gießen- gestern zuletzt ( 7.10.25 ) 5/6 Liter (Tap-Water). Habe LST letzte Woche bei allen 3 unternommen - und Leaf tuck in ( Blätter runter gesteckt ) Licht wurde auf 80% gedimt. Werde die Tage Updates von den Pflanzen (zu dieser Woche) hoch laden und spezifische Veränderungen, falls welche entstehen sollten. Bleibt Gesund und viel Spaß beim Grow Update selber Tag : ( 8.10.25 ) / 6 Bilder LST + Netz angezogen. Nicht ohne Verlust leider wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann. 7 Feb: Watered with a tiny bit of pH-Down, also 0.5ml Acti-Vera + 0.5ml Bio-Heaven. I plan to feed her 2L of this mixture (total of 1+1ml nutrients) for the remainder of this week. I will feed more if I have given all feed and the soil is still dry, otherwise no. I just now calculated that it would mean around 285ml of water per day for 7 days in a row, I think that is a bit too much. 8 Feb: I asked a grow question regarding if I should trim (defoliate) my flower. Thanks to everyone who took time to answer! In conclusion I will not defoliate my flower. 9 Feb: Watered 10 Feb: Today I started using nutrients and I deliberately decided to use the minimum amount possible. I will then see how my plant reacts and either continue with nutrients and slowly increase to "correct" dosages, or switch back to plain water for a little while longer. Also, if you look at the text above after "7 Feb", you see that I used nutrients there as well. The feed ran out in just 3-4 days and the plants seem to like it so that's why I had to refill my watering can today. 11 Feb (Day 29): Today was my best performance yet when it comes to mixing nutrients. I measured the pH-levels of the water, added one nutrient, checked the pH-levels again, then repeated until I was done. I also used two different meters since I believe they're both not really a 100% working. I am thinking about investing in a better one, these two were like $15 each and I heard that they can break after a while. Anyways, I checked the soil using both meters and the green one show 6.9 and the red one 6.9-7.0. I'm quite sure it's at 6.9 and my feeding mixture is about 6.5. I am hoping to be able to report a lowered pH-level in a few days (if that's how it works hehe). 12 Feb (Day 30): She is getting wider and bigger, her leaves are erect, she responds very well to nutrients and pH is 6.8-6.9. The green pH-meter is saying 6.8! 13 Feb: Damn she grew 7cm last night, a bit more than 2 inches.

I love how fast this cultivar finishes! I’m in a humid basement. It takes a ton of effort to keep it below 60 rh. So far, no signs of mold or powdery mildew. I harvested her mother about a month ago,she made it through with no problems.

Back to moving the plant in and outside. Bad weather coming up😕 This week was average, a few good sunny days but also cold nights. Started up with the green sensation and alga bloom. There are fan leaves that are showing a pretty quick yellowing. Not so healthy and green anymore now 😁This is maximum week 5 of flowering so it's a bit too soon to be losing leaves like that.. I'm Thinking she has a N defenciy because I barely gave grow nutrients since it was in the soil for the first 6 weeks. Second thing is a lack of light for those leaves. the Alga Bloom has N in it so I hope they revocer it a bit. The leaves on the buds themselves look good so it's probably the plant using the leaves for nutrients in this stage. Let me know what u guys think....? Update, look at the video, dirty bugs😠😠😠 caterpillars I think🤔 took away some infested leaves. And some of those fuckers. Hope it doesn't get worse Buds are starting to thickening, she has a little smell on her too by now. They already have some brown pistils on them. Nice plant but I hope the yellowing doesn't go to fast. 1,5L water with 4ml alga bloom and 1ml of green sensation was given this week. Will continue to give this for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Another solid week of growth!! The two big plants nearly doubled their height and both had a lot of undergrowth this week! I plan on trying my hand at LST tomorrow. I added more soil into the pots yesterday. I still feel it is too low but I don't want to shock the plants too badly. I watered after lifting the plants up some and adding the soil. I plan on feeding them tomorrow night. The first white pistils have sprouted and there is a distinct aroma of marijuana in the air!! I hope they hold off another week before really start to flower. It's amazing how fast a month can go by! I may not keep the little plant past this week. We'll see if she makes it that far... Here's to another week of healthy growing!! Peace!
