This balance ensures vigorous microbial activity without tying up excess nitrogen (immobilization) or losing it as gas or through leaching (mineralization). Anthocyanin production significantly increases in plants experiencing nitrogen shortages. Low nitrogen conditions trigger the up-regulation of both structural and regulatory genes involved in the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway. Carotene is a pigment responsible for the yellow and orange hues in leaves. Chlorophyll is the engine of photosynthesis, while carotene acts as a supporting system that expands the engine's fuel range and prevents it from overheating. Without carotene, the photosynthetic system would be far more susceptible to light damage, but without chlorophyll, the process of photosynthesis as we know it would not occur. Anthocyanin synthesis is a visible marker of a plant's response to unfavorable growth conditions, including low nitrogen, phosphorus deficiency, high light exposure, drought, and low temperature. We are nearing the end of this grow and so far everything is taking shape very nicely. I did a quick 2 day flush with some florakleen from GHE and then got back to the bloom nutrients. I did this just to clean the roots a little and get rid of any unwanted salt build up. This will hopefully set us up for a strong finish. Really impressed with the marshydro fc3000 thus far. For next week i will push the EC levels quite a bit, remove any unwanted popcorn nugs and try set it up for a strong finish.

Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

En cuanto a las plantas me están dando algo de problema con carencias que soluciono y se bloquean por exceso de iluminación, ahora ese color de una de las puntas es debido al bloqueo luminico, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Las flores se están llenando de tricomas y van hinchando, por el momento todo correcto, empezamos aportar mega pk y thor de Agrobeta. This is the beginning of each week. So I flushed them and switched nutrients. They were mag deficient, nitro toxic. Not PH actually. I'm adding co2 next week after I seal the room. I think I need to back the PAR down to 800 but they are still alive and it's over half way done. How any more weeks? I thought this was a 65 day auto. Hydro in a 5 gallon pot could add up to three weeks I heard with Autos. could these go 12 weeks total?

Had great results, especially when i upgraded to RO water.. if theres one thing i could of changed it would of been using the reverse Osmosis water sooner. The rest of the grow was pretty easy, didn't even plant train as this was suppose to be a hassle free run. It was just that. Some good genetics from seedstockers too. Good stuff!

harvest was 4 days ago. she ended in 107 days of life of that 57 days in flowering. This girl grew some big and beautiful buds, the biggest buds of the tent. She grew stocky and short and smelling on forest fruit and of course that dank cannabis smell. buds will be in a dry box for 5-7 days. and then I will know the result of wight and taste. other info will update in a few days whit dry buds

I’m very happy with the buds. I really didn’t think she would fill in the runs from her stretch but she has almost solid colas and an awesome calyx to leaf ratio.

In the penultimate week, the buds are dense, resinous, and most of the trichomes are amber. The smell is surreal; I believe this will be a very significant harvest... In these 15 days before harvest, I start watering only with RO water and a pH of 6.2. At the beginning of the last week, and around 3 days before harvest, I flush with RO + Cleanse 10mL.
