Gorilla Glue Auto Day 89 This week I continue watering with 1.5 litres of water and nutrients every other day. I continue to remove leaves that are obstructing the flowers. The flowers continue to swell. When I look through the magnifying glass the trichomes are some 50% clear, 50% cloudy, 0% amber. Next week I will change the watering schedule and reduce the nutrients!? Gorilla Glue #4 Week 10

4/8 - They are doing great. PPFD at 800. Debating if I want to do CO2 this grow, because I could easily get 1000 PPFD out of this light. That means adding a dehumidifier to keep a sealed environment, but don't think there's enough of a cost benefit. Might just add more far red at lights on and lights off to try and get a little more vegetative stretch before I switch over to 12/12. Clock is ticking. Mother-in-law shows up 6/15, and I'll want it chopped by then. 4/8 - on further calculation, I'm switching to flower today. Never switched this early before, but we'll see how it goes, eh? 4/9 - prepping for vacation. Bought new 10 gal Roughneck storage container, mixed new nute mix 2:1:2. EC 1.40 with 0.3 tap water. 11ml of pH down to get PH from 6.4 to 5.8. Ditching the auto fill. Too high risk for flooding without flare fittings. Don't trust cheap-ass quick connect push fittings. 4/10 - turned off "seedling vpd mode" which kept humidity artificially high. Turned on 2nd bank of LED lights, so system is pulling about 370W with lights on, still significantly dimmed down. Turned on light cooling circ fan, which is a sealed aluminum labyrinth tied to two 4"vents. Although, almost all the heat this lamp generates is from radiation, not thermal loss of the LEDs, so the heat sink is barely warm. Lights up to 16" over canopy to allow growth while on vacation. Ppfd at canopy 800. Room temp 81, humidity 73. Auto water time is 30 sec per pot.

Glookie Bomb did great from Bomb seeds. Very sweet earthy smell. Lots of frosty goodness. I cut her, and will be hanging for 24 hours. Then I will trim fan leaves off, and put her in the cannatrol for 8 days. Once done I will do a final trim, and be back with smoke report. She grew great with the Spider Farmer SE5000, and in the Athena blended line of nutrition. 08/05/2024 Lights On! Dark Purples & Pinks! I wasn't expecting Forgotten Haze to have these hues in it! Amnesia White & Vanilla Haze cross! 09/05/2024 Lights On! During her Lights Off period, she consumed 8 liters of water. I noticed a significant increase in the size of the buds since yesterday, and they appear much frostier. Honestly these buds look bigger to the eye I smoked some early under buds last night!

Day 69: As you can see, lucky the buds gone bigger but because of these intense feeding to fix the grow, they start to get nutrient burns. So for the new week i might only give water until the end with maybe some Regulator, enzymen, humic-blast... They also don't drink fast anymore. Another indicator that they having a hard time taking all the nutrients and that they are at their end of their stage. Some smaller plants, that finished growing and flowering faster, are already done and will get cut down in the comming days. These plants are some Gorilla's and some are cherry cola's. As you see, some have been foxtailing because i had to raise the lamps everytime. I personally don't like fox tail buds but i know some people that love them, pure flower to smoke. I really liked to make those photos in the dark, It shows many flowers and thc.

So for this week the training comes into play . So 1 ogkz was topped, 1 ogkz was broken , * note on the brake it was the best brake I have done , not because I am getting better at it mostly because the outer skin of the plant with the OG kz was much thicker and stronger than I'm used to so it broke quite easily. My guess is the correlation with the autoflower plays a big part in that. And 1 ogkz I just left it be . Green crack 1 kept as a mother 2 were broke 2 topped

The plants are doing amazing! Both are producing more and more trichomes, and the buds are noticeably thickening up.🌱 #1 (the tall one) continues to impress—it’s now giving off a strong tropical mango scent! The aroma is so sweet and fruity, it’s crazy. Meanwhile, #2, despite being so small, has developed a surprisingly large main bud! The smell is completely different, though—leaning more towards a hazy, complex scent that’s hard to describe.🤔 Super happy with the progress so far—let’s see what the next weeks bring!😊

This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy

Not much to say this week , she’s doing really well, last week I noticed which seemed to be nute burn she didn’t like the 1/2 dose of bites so I’ll go back to 1/4 dose on next feed but last feed I just gave her plain water which was on the 8th, She’s due a feed tomorrow going by the soil and the days since last water , I have also done some defoliation today , removed some of the larger fan leaves which was blocking the lower foliage, I only removed four leaves don’t want to stress her to much , Will up date next Sunday !

So It's week 7 of flowering for my Supafreak Girl and let me tell you, she's looking absolutely stunning! I can't help but feel proud and excited every time I check up on her progress. It's been a bit of a wild ride getting here, but it's all been worth it. The Supafreak strain definitely lives up to its name - this plant is a freak of nature in the best way possible. As we are in the maintenance phase, I'm just admiring her beauty and keeping an eye on those trichomes. It's amazing how much can change in just a day or two. I find myself constantly checking in on her, like a proud parent checking in on their child. I don't know about you, but I can't help but make jokes about how great these plants look. I mean, have you ever seen anything so green (now changing) and luscious? It's like they were born to be in a Pantene commercial. All in all, I'm just grateful to be on this journey with my Supafreak Girl. It's been a fun and rewarding experience, and I can't wait to see what the next few weeks bring. How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. This is true of seed starts or clones made from seed starts. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. This is due to light spectrum, temperature, and/or photoperiod changes. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. On many occasions in the last few years, it has been observed that when pest and mildew issues were affecting other plants adjacent to in the vicinity of Freakshow plants, for unknown reasons the freaks remained entirely unaffected. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Starting to stack up

Day 85 all looks good. Got a new phone, so the pictures are definitely now doing her justice... As you can see, she has amazing bag appeal and she smells as good as she looks.. As you can see I have cannabis guttation which is that bubble of sap that you see in the close up this sab just exudes from the plant, it has no thc. Or any cannabinoids or terpens in it, it's something that happens at night, and if I didn't have this new phone I wouldn't have noticed it.. W phone .. it's no big deal at all. It's kinda cool to see as it's somewhat rare.. No big deal.. Kinda cool, there's a first for everything for us new growers ..

5/24 Woke up on payday to find that my father is in the hospital. My house was robbed a few days before so I guess the hits keep coming. The plants are doing good though. I'm glad I kept them in as we had a frost last night. I moved my cage yesterday onto the asphalt and put the big pallet in. I just need to sanitize the others before they go in the cage. I'm being super cautious. I think tomorrow will be the day I make the switch to the garage while they fill out these 3's.OK. 5/25 Plants were all moved to the garage with the door open for indirect light. It's 54 degrees. At night I'll pull them back in and give them a few more hours under the hps which will also help with heat. Knocked a stem sideways but it'll pop back. Feels good to get things moving. HST seems to being going good. UPDATE: Went back over at one and noticed that the plant I hit with a wire (or something I didn't see what happened) was almost sideways and really loose. I had tied it to a clip with flagging. That didn't work. I asked a friend and I ended up pinching off the first true leaves then mounded happy drug up around it to keep it upright. It LOOKS much happier. Of course that shit happens to your biggest healthiest plants. Oh well all the 10th planet are doing phenomenal. Can't wait to move these girls to there final homes. Plants went under lights at seven. I'm acclimenting them to the right light schedule. I don't want to jump from 18/6 to 15 hours. They did really good in the cold Temps and wind. The big one I had to fix looks like it's doing great. Once they are hardened and fill these pots they go in their final home. 5/26 Plants did great being in direct sunlight for a few hours and staying in the garage at night. They look super healthy. I'm planning on watering tomorrow. Wondering if I should start to add some silica to strengthen the stalks. Also wondering if I should add more soil to some of the pots like I did to the other one as the stretched a little. This is something I may do tomorrow before I water. Went back over to switch the lights on and pull the plants back and lock up at 7:30. Forgot my phone of course and these girls were looking amazing. I have to water tomorrow. I coukd add more soul to some of the pots but I'm reluctant due to stem rot. They'll get buried much deeper in there final homes. Don't want to mount up soil and then water and promote rot. Anyway plants are adapting amazing. Dialing the light closer to normal here. This is a great transition place for them to he. I've noticed a few wrinkled leaves but thats to be expected. Oh, I got my free pure Michigan seeds from premium cultivars!!! 5/27 WATERED EVERYTHING TODAY WITH HALF A Powerade BOTTLE APPROX. 16OZ. Plants are in direct light in the mornings and I haven't seem any burning yet. I noticed a small spot on one of the first true leaves but I think it's just a bite from an insect. Everything is green as hell. I'm wondering if I should add fresh soil to the pots but I didn't want to do it on a watering day. Plus the plants will be going in there final homes shortly. Very happy with progress this far. UPDATE Went over at 1230 and everything looked great. I sanitized the cage AND the pallets. Also bought 3 more 30 gallon grow bags. Once they go in there they will explode! I can't wait. I'm considering ordering netting for moths. Depending on price i might get some. If not I'll keep using the BT. UPDATE: Went and checked around 430. Temps were in the 70's and they had a few hours of direct sun. No burns evident as of yet. Pallets fit in the cage like puzzle pieces. Now I need to sanitize my grade stakes bamboo and trellis and setthat stuff up. I'm going to screw the grade stakes to the pallets and attach garden rods and bamboo with zip ties and I'll have a horizontal trellis. Once branches are a little bigger I'll begin LST. The plants that I topped AND the ones I FIMed are doing great. The FIMed ones with at least three colas some have four. Hoping the plants took that time growing roots. 5/28 Plants are all standing up tall. They loved that water. Haven't noticed any burns and they get direct sunlight in the mornings. Soon I can put them in the cage and start setting up my trellis and supports. Fan leaves on soms are bigger than my hands. These girls are probably the healthiest plants I've grown. I usually do clones and end up starting with problems. This is great starting with seeds and have no problems. UPDATE: Went back around two because Temps had reached 92f and rh was only 20%. Nights cool off greatly so it's a dramatic temperature shift. Plants looked great. All standing up looking great. Put plants in at 7:30 ,and continue the light until 9 and have it turn on at 4am. Then they are out by sunrise. Did notice some burning on one of my plants a large fan leaf. What can I say? It was extremely hot. I'm surprised they did as well as they did. 5/29 Everything standing up perfectly looking great. Plantscget an extra hour of sun at night and morning and are on 19/7 with the extra added light. Trying to acclimate and finish hardening off this week. I'd love to be able to at least put them in full sunlight for the day. I think they'd be fine. I'm really impressed with how they are growing. Second guessing not HST all of them. However I think I might light dep a couple. We'll see. I've still got work to do. UPDATE: put the plants in around 7. One of my lights shit the bed. They are just 150 watt hps but I was using them to finish hardening off my plants and slowly adjust them to the natural light. The on/off switch fell off. I'm sure my cousin can fix it bit the one is pe9bably fine as I'm only going fir a few more days. The thing about having this many plants to choose from is that I can pheno hunt and put the VERY best into the final containers and if I decide too I could light dep. 5/30 WATERED EVERYTHING TODAY WITH HALF A POWERADE BOTTLE. My cousin can probably fix the other light but I don't think it will matter. Within a week I'm going to have these girls in their final homes. I just need to sanitize the trellis and posts and then screw them to the pallets. I'll have this all taken care of before the plants go in the hole. I did notice another burn on a leaf. Def glad I'm taking the time to do this right. UPDATE: I put the girls in the barn around 7:30 and flicked the one 150 watt HPS light I have working on. I added a half hour more of darkness to try to acclimate them quicker. Light stays on until 9 qnd came back on at four but i changed it to 4:30. I'm usually there by 5. I'm looking through my surveillance cameras and it doesn't even look like the light is on. Of course its super bright out but I should be able to see from that image. Luckily the building the go in has massive windows up top to let light in and windows on every side so the light is probably unnecessary. However due to my bullshit luck last year I'm being as cautious as I can. Tomorrow is supposed to be extremely hot again as is the next day. I think I'll leave the door down a little, open the other and move the plants back so they have no direct sunlight and adding a fan. That way they can continue to recover. They seem bigger everything I see them. 5/31 Another hot day. I figure a few more days (under a week) and I can transplant these girls! Supposed to be 85 today and 90 tomm. It was 45 when I got here. These girls are doing well handling this bipolar weather. UPDATE: IM AN IDIOT AND THIS IS AN 8 DAY WEEK lol. Maybe I'll do a six day week next time to get back on track. Went back over at two and noticed some burns. Sent a video to a friend andcwith the sun we've had and the weather in the 90's he agreed the damage was minimal. However there was someone there working who opened more doors which let a lot more light in. It's supposed to be in the 90s tomorrow too. I may leave the doors shut. There are windows on everyside and an enormous cone at the top so the get plenty of sun. He also grows and I've been careful to not let anyone that grows go around my plants. I'm going to have to talk with family about this. To be honest I'm kinda pissed. Next watering I may add some kelp me kelp you and start a small nute regimen. UPDATE Went back over at seven after having a panic attack. Half stoned half asleep. Stupidly I was looking at a plant and thought "shit" the FIM must not have took but in reality I was just stoned and tired so I topped a plant that had already been fimmed so we'll see how that goes. Purple punch is so far behind everything else it's not even funny. There might be one that's doing pretty well and that of course is the one with no HST. Branches on the other strains are thick and ready for LST though. What I think I'll do is transplant the 10th planets and the blueberry cheese ones that are ready and hold off on the rest for a while. Hopfully I'll be able to show plants in final homes next week.
