Day 16 week 3 of flowering. Wow this girl has really stretched!!! She is up against the light & I can't raise the light anymore as the fan & filter is above the light up against the roof. Had to super crop the tallest branch & have tried to open her up some more with some serious bending & tying down carefully as the stems split pretty easily. Defoliated her & some more lolliepoping, she is going to grow some really nice big buds 👍

Beautiful looking ladies, after 17 days from seed no issues at all, great performance by this 2 ladies, let's see how they keep developing and how big they get before flower! 💚❤️💛👨‍🌾

The buds were super easy to trim, packed with trichomes, and just from the smell, I already know it’s gonna hit hard! 😳😳

started to flower this week i dont think im getting a big yield but at least i nailed the nutrients and the plant didnt show any deficiencies (yet)

They ended up getting too tall and if I had let the cola's develop where they were, they would've outgrown my tent so instead I did some super cropping and bent over most of the top branches on pheno's 3 & 4 (left & right).

Growing very nicely. I've not added any nutrients at all. Using miracle grow organic soil (no nutrients added to the base soil at all by the manufacturer)

Week 4: Growth Spurts and New Challenges Continued Growth and Health As we move into the fourth week, the plants are showing impressive growth. Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. Woche 10 Langsam kommt sie in Fahrt. Sie streckt sich etwas und auch die Blüte ist deutlich eingeleitet. Mal sehen was da kommt. Zur Stabilisierung des Ph- Werts nutzen wir zu Blütebegin etwas Phosphorsäure. Da das mittlerweile optimal überwachte DIY Zelt Grundgereinigt bereut steht kann die Dame dann auch in nach einem kleinen Haarschnitt ins neue Zuhause.

Hey there! Welcome to this diary! I made it easy back in 2021. Sorry in advance for the Spanish audio. For my germination method I always use both the glass of water and the paper towel. Let me explain, the glass of water only goes for 6 to 12 hrs, it's just a soak that also contains 3-4 drops of hydrogen peroxide, this way we kill all pathogens that the seed may have on the outside. Then to a warm, moist and dark place with the paper towel, this seed sprouted pretty fast using this method. Then, once it has that tiny mouse tail of it goes to the pot, I keep it moist by putting a transparent cup upside down. Just to keep the dates, it just took from the 17th to the 19th to go from the cup with water, to the paper tower, to the soil, AND SPROUT!!

My biggest mistake of this grow was using peat pots (pictured above) for the seedlings. They are advertised as though they are to be put right in the ground. Unfortunately, they don't decompose fast enough. This bound the roots and made for a very stunted grow. I finally tore them off and put the plants directly in the soil and things have improved dramatically. I used them last spring for my vegetable garden and had horrible results. I assumed it was a soil problem. Now, I know the pots were the issue. The big news this week is the soil. Two of my plants are in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend. The third plant is in Fox Farm Ocean Forest. The two in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend look so much better than the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Plant.

Week 9: Still coasting, but on the last day of this week the plants showed some major signs of being both thirsty and wanting some more nutrients. Not only were some leaves dried and shriveled, but others were limp and some new leaves started showing slight loss of green. I'm attributing this to our delay in watering the plants this week and it being time for another round of 444. This will be their last full Veg fertilizing, before we flip. In 3/4 weeks we will feed half strength 444, half strength 284, another round of bloom boost, some recharge for the soil and we will hope for the biggest, densest, dankest mugs possible! Idk how I forgot to mention but at this point our babies are mothers! We let some of the branches get a little longer than we should before snipping and voila.. an opportunity for a new plant and maintained genetics. A little behind on the scrog net, getting 2 plants out this tent, and feeding extra silica.. but I think our babies are gonna push through.
