The canopy is holding its uniform structure above the Scrog line, and the stacking is looking tight and intense. 📈 ​Trichome development has accelerated massively over the past few days, coating the main bud clusters and surrounding sugar leaves in a frosty layer of resin. The pistils are incredibly dense and long, forming thick, hairy white crowns on every single top. Cant take my eyes off my plant. This is my second round of growing and I am the type of person who learns through failure (not gonna upload the pics of the first round plants lol). The buds are thickening up very nicely. Hoping to get between 3-4oz , the strain is high yielding but I have a smaller tent. My auto yielded 2oz with the same space (2 plants in one tent splitting the space), but the buds definitely didn't develop as well as these buds.

Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

I feel the light being only 100w has contributed to some of the extra stretching between the nodes and this would not have happened under brighter settings. I'm finally ending this strain and for a minute I had posted the last 2 weeks as a different name... I'm an idiot. A good week for cheese. No dramas to report which is great. She has done her stretch for now it seems and the height works for me this run. Feeds are up to 1.4ec alternative feeds if npk and just beneficials. Not much else to say. I like this girl. Love me some cheese.. Happy growing 🇬🇧💚🌿👍🏼

Big tops! She's got a lot of rocket colas thanks to the training techniques that were applied, she smells exactly like her sisters, very sweet and floral, I'm starting to feel the cherry 🍒 notes on the smell of the buds, very good strain to grow, only 2 of the 5 phenos are 100% percent purple but tje other ones show purple on the leafs like this one because of the cold temperatures

Day 65 : officially 1st day of flush . Changed the reservoir with fresh water and 1.2g/5 gallons of Yucca extract and 5ml/gallon of Cleanex from Botanicare . Day 68- I did some defoliate. Few more days until harvest.

16.4.25: I have retied the fabric ties again, as they're growing like crazy. Trying to open up the plant, to grow out as well as up. This will also create new colas. At this stage, I'm trying not to over fertilise like I did with the last grow. Focusing on Cal-Mag amino acids and Mega Crop Part A. The medium is my custom super soil, which is already fertilised with Ecothrive dry amendments. So I could just add water. However, as we've already run into deficiency, that would be careless. I find it easy to keep an eye on the plants and carefully inspect them daily to act quickly when issues arise. Learning how to determine the issue is what I'm still learning, which is the hard part 😅 It's all fun though, and I'm really enjoying this grow with all the toppings and FIMs. So far so good! 21.4.25: Hope everyone had a great 420! Northern lights is absolutely beautiful, great structure. I'm determining when to relax the LST as we are now in the beginning of week 3 flower. I do have height. However, I'd like to keep it reasonable. You never know when they will stop growing. I'm not really adjusting any ties since the last time, but I have added an LST clips as one of the middle tops was much talker than the others. I am trying very hard to exercise some much necessary self restraint here! 😅 it is becoming increasingly difficult! I have also noticed that there are signs of Nitrogen excess. Maybe 2 leaves have very thin overlapping blades. Instead of Mega Crop Part A and Cal-Mag amino acids, I will use Bud explosion PK booster with the Cal-Mag. This will make the N5 the only Nitrogen being given. It still may be too much, but will monitor closely to see the effect this change will make, if any. Balancing the nutrients is very important for me to learn, and it's going to be an ongoing process. I watered today with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients: ♡ 1/2 Tsp of Bud Explosion PK booster by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients 23.4.25: Plant seemed to be drinking heavily, so I watered again with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with;- ♡ 2.5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients, and ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 1/8 tsp. I removed the plant ties and retied the plant after watering. Less ties are necessary as the plant has moulded and stayed in that structure. 25.4.25: Northern Lights was much overdue for a retie of the fabric ties. After this session of LST, the plant is absolutely huge. I really could easily fill the tent with just her. The fact that this plant could fill out a 4ft² space absolutely proves that autoflowering strains can outdo photoperiods. 29 - 5 Octubre Finalizando ciclo el banco recomienda de 7 a 8 semana se dejó las 8. Después de 4 años sin poder cultivar pero con la fe siempre de que lo aprendido y lo vivido no se olvida.

So I didn't give her the ideal growth conditions to shine but I am very pleased with how she looks and smells. I did grow two of these cake bomb seeds the other being in a 3 gal fabric pot which turned out to be a beautiful male that i did not keep for lack of space purposes. I kept this plant however in a 2 gal clay pot during its entire 6 month life cycle that included roughly almost 4 months of veg followed by 70 days flowering time majority of her life was being cramped in a 3x3 with 6 other plants back when i only had 3 tents. And I wanted to cut her down a few days sooner but my drying tent was behind schedule. A few of my plants were effected by spider mights due to a clone that i had brought home and did not properly Quarantine. I was however very fortunate and lucky to eradicate the problem once and for all 5 weeks after noticing. With weekly ipm treatments of Organisheild (killed mights before flipping to flower with foliar sprays in-between to wash away any contaminates. so now that we have that out the way. But cake mlbomb actually fought the infestation off within 2-3 weeks This plant is very easy to train and responds extremely well without hesitation. Seeing as how thick the colas were for her small stature i would recommend a Scrog style training.Usually seeing tops turned up within a few hours. Stacking is very solid and tight all the way through. No visible stem structure on most tops even lower buds are round dense balls. I did not do any cold flush on this plants night temps did drop to 66-67°f on few occasions and she has a very visible and vibrant purple tone to her buds and leaves a very beautiful hue of royal purple a deep forrest green bud (taking more visual notes when final cure has finished) around day 18 of flower I was noticing trichome resin surfacing and by day 27 tops were full of white pistols and and frost covered definitely indicating the power punch she would soon deliver. Scents that began to develop were of cream and pound cake like aroma which than later developed into a jelly flavored gummy bear when trimmed before being cut to dry. The girls have been very busy making golf balls this week! The cookies are also starting to frost up 🤗 At the beginning of the week there was not much to do, the girls had stopped stretching and were settled in. In my 2x4 tent, all I had to do was tuck fold the leaves to open up the bud sites. I basically did the same for my big tent. Simply moved some leaves from blocking sites, and plucked just a few that were rather large. They are still needing to be watered every 72 hours or so. I have been keeping to a feed, water, feed schedule now that we are into flower. I just started to notice that some of the tops are showing some nutrient burn, just a little, and not every plant. This tells me I have hit their limit with the nutrients, somewhere between 700 and 750 ppm. The last watering I did, I watered to about 10% runoff, trying to make sure that there are no salt or mineral buildup that can cause lockout or other issues. At the end of the week, day 21, I defoliated both tents, not too much, but enough to open up the bottom growth a bit. Also tidied up the lower portion below the trellis, as this just wastes energy and yield from the main colas in the long run. No real issues or problems so far, Happy Gardening Folks! 🇨🇦👊❤️😎💨

Big change as they go into big pot and three stay as solos. Re potting wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped and the roots got messed about but I was as gentle as can be 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

This run went a lot better than expected. There were lots of problems while in a rush to get the new grow going. But once everything was dialed in, everything started booming! The next run should even put this one to shame with the much healthier plants in the veg room.

This week went by well, I will start checking the trichomes on the Runtz at the end of this week. It should be ready for harvest in the next 2 to 3 weeks The G13 is still smelling like magic, looking majestic. The GDP buds are starting to put on weight

here we see how the girls are advancing, the buds are becoming clearer and clearer which makes us feel that it will be a decent harvest at least, we cross our fingers.
