The plants are doing really good! I made a first light defoliation beginning of the week and continued the LST day by day. So far I broke no branch. I planned to switch to 12h/12h schedule beginning of next week but the plants grew too big already so I decided to switch a bit earlier. Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Gorilla Cookies : 40cm Purple Lemonade : 32cm Wedding Cheesecake : 44cm

Apparently the plants have stopped growing taller and now the buds are going fat which is a really good new :D:D:D - The buds are developing good amounts of resin too The smell is stronger now , i don't what is the smell like but it is definitely nice . Day 72 and according to seed vendor it will be ready between 70 and 80 days from germinating so this weekend i will move it outside the tent to observe the trichomes Day 73 - I moved the plants outside to see how it goes and i have decided to remove plant 1 from the tent(is wich i did the topping) due to small size which made nearly impossible to develop buds. The others are great and the 2 where i super cropped multiple times are mora than 100 cm each so i think their real height should be 120cm in a bigger tent. Buds are going heavy everywhere

This week was very hot. They stressed a lot some heat stress and some fan stress that came up to uptake look down. The weedding cake was that must sofer. Shr was still recovering from that led issue...and she gets direct sun light in the hottest hour. Black cream in the other hand sofer a lot with fan stress bleaching the leafs in direct contact. I also made a few upgrades in the bloom tent and moved a few of the cultivars into bloom under 12/12. Also, I realized my BlueLab Conductivity Meter has the option to switch to EC. Since EC is the most accurate way to measure the nutrient concentration in a solution, I will now be measuring and reporting EC readings rather than PPM. I am honestly super stoked about every single plant in this run. That said, I think I am probably most impressed by the 🍭🎅🏻 COTTON CANDY CANE lady from Emerald Triangle Seeds. She is incredibly vigorous. She was started nearly a month after all the others (except the 🦍🍪 GORILLA x COOKIES) and has already caught up to some of the taller plants in the run. Special thanks to those guys for sending the freebies for me to try out! Definitely want to try more from this breeder! She is almost a month behind the other plants and is almost as tall as the tallest cultivars started on 8/10. All in all, everything looks great. Each stake goes to the bottom of the 12" pot. All transplants have nice solid root balls due to being slightly rootbound. I knew I'd likely run short on premixed soil, so I decided to transplant the largest plants first. Of course, I ran out of soil after 11 plants were transplanted. It seems like I used a lot more soil than usual with this method and in tgese pots. - I mixed a new batch of soil using the same recipe. I will give the five smallest gorls a few more days to grow taller. That will give this batch of soil a little time to innoculate. - I moved the 11 transplants into the 96" x 48"bloom tent under 12/12 lighting schedule. 🚿FEED DAY!🚿 She received approximately 1 gallon of solution. Day 43 - Had a full water change and now running RO ( Reverse Osmosis) Water. Not topped up any nutrients yet just straight RO water as I've defoliated the girls and took off a lot of the excess foliage and sites i thought won't be getting much light. The reason for not adding nutrients straight away was because they have already had a bit of stress due to defoliation and them trying to uptake nutrients at certain temperature ranges and pH will add to it. So just RO water pH'd to about 5.7/5.8. After 12-24 hours have passed I'll add nutrients again. Smells very strong in here now and getting paranoid lol. They grow by the day and get frostier each time i open the tent. Until the next time people. Day 45 - close up bud shot of one of the girls lowers and a few colas. Girls seem to be happy with the RO water which makes me feel as though i should of been running it earlier for sure. EC has dropped, so i know the girls are feeding uptaking nutrients. Day 78. Humidity keeps very high, all fans on max, extraction exhaust is on 70%. Day 83. Found maybe WPM on one plant, so now all air movement on max of all maxes ;)))) Happy Growing !!!

Week 9: Flower - The First Harvest & Final Countdown! ✂️🌿 THE BIG CHOP IS DONE! Gorilla Z #1 has been harvested, and we're officially in the drying phase. Meanwhile, the remaining ladies are marching toward their own finish lines. Gorilla Z #1 - HARVESTED! 🎉 She's down! After weeks of growth, recovery from overwatering, and pushing through to the end, this girl finally got the chop. Trichome Check: Mostly cloudy/milky (peak THC production ✓) A few amber trichomes starting to show Minimal clear trichomes Harvest Timing: Honestly? I was in a rush—ran out of flower to smoke! 😅 But the trichomes were in a good window, so it worked out. Sometimes necessity makes the decision for you. Could've waited for more amber for a heavier effect, but she was ready enough. What's Next: Drying phase begins now Aiming for slow dry (60°F, 60% humidity if possible) Then comes the cure—patience will be tested again! The Relief: Finally got some homegrown coming down the pipeline. The timing couldn't be better!

It is officially time to admit they are women now !.... Seeing all the little white pistils and the "starfish" look to the tops shows hope. They have been spreading out nicely This week with even the Ghost OG gaining more vertical and lateral growth. There are easily defined differences already between these 3 ladies and having the variety to train together is always a challenge. I am hoping the Ghost can fill put in the next bit of stretch to get her canopy level with the others. The wedding cake is Thickening and growing daily so well now. She shows no signs of slowing yet either so I think she will dominate this NGT tray if not kept under manners !!. GG#4 is setting herself up nicely for some fruit bearing and I look at her skinny arms and wonder how thehell this strain can hold such dense buds without a total collapse but know from experience they can too. With these ladies being the last to officially become women , we are now in a full flowering room. Roll on harvest time in a out 8 weeks for these girlies now. stripping out at day 21 will help fix the final buds.
