Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is over, so let’s see what it looked like last week. Watermelon Auto reached 61 cm, meaning it began to stagnate in growth. It is nicely branched and wide, it is full of leaves so I will need to do a little cleaning soon. I have yellow-brown spots on the lower leaves and the leaves are totally decaying, since I give her nutrients like her roommates Purple Punch, I’m not sure what the cause is. It could be over feeding, but also a lack of some element. All in all, the “Farm” is now a real jungle, along with Watermelon, there are also her two roommates, Purple Punch, so each of them is fighting for as much light as possible. The humidity in the Box is still lower than I would like, the temperature is good. Let's see what the week looked like: 24/02/2021 - Day 29. Watering. She is looking beautiful and her Smell is so intensive you cannot unsmell it. Its Loud! Has Some Fruity (Plum or Tangie like), Soapy and Floral Notes to it. I cant wait for the smoke.

I think I’ll let her flower for another week and then I’ll flush her out so I can harvest her. I’m ready to start another seed soon.

Now in week 5 of flowering. Increased the LED power to 420 W and watering about 3 L per day. The strains from Fast Buds are really fruity and aromatic.

Plants have recovered well from the cold snap, Small calcium def still but it isnt getting worse. The buds are large and fairly dense already. Smell is amazing like citrus and melon.

Day 50 of flower, 20 days till I harvest. Checking the trichomes daily. These nuggs are some of the best I’ve grown so far to date. They’re chunky and frosty as hell. They’re dense and shaped like golf balls. Patiently waiting to give these ladies the chop! Catch yall on the next update ✌️🏾

Found out the mediums levels were below normal and causing some issues. Guess I forgot to top dress with dry amendments in the mess of the twin plant disappearing. Gave them a top dressing this week with some Acti-Sol as I also ran out of Gaia Green. I think I am going to get the big bags of it and store it in my locker. 10KG-20KG each of bloom and Grow. Can use that in my garden as well not just for cannabis should be good I like the product and how it performs overall. Still no word on the missing plant, As the "Show Us What You Got" contest comes to a close I was reassured by @Dynomyco that my progress thus far would be used for the evaluation of how I place in the contest. I will miss out on how the buds and yield compare but I can get this none Dynomyco plant up to speed and even inoculate the medium with some Dynomyco just in time for flowering. A tad late, but on Dec 20th we started flower! The pics and video are all from dec 20. To kick it off we did a small feed (1tbsp) of veg nutrients and over the next few weeks will transition to flower blend. So far she's taken well to the training and looks very strong overall. CALIFORNIAN GOLD DWC 19th April 2024 8 Weeks of flowering finished and I have emptied the rez and refilled with plain rainwater . I don't know how important ph'ing the water is for the flushing week but just to be sure , I dropped it to 5.7 👌 She sure smells good and the harvest window is fast approaching .
