Week 7 Flower – Roller Coaster Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) The Final Push Begins Here we are, Week 7 of flower, and the Roller Coaster Haze girls are standing tall, magnificent, and absolutely covered in white hairs and swelling calyxes. These monster plants have truly lived up to their name, a wild ride from germination until now, and this week marks an important turning point in their journey. This week they received their last feed with nutrients, watered at pH 6.0 and EC 1.42. From here on out, it’s pure water only. The soil still carries enough reserves to sustain them as they finish ripening, and I want them to cleanly express their genetics all the way to harvest. ⸻ Environment Control – Heat vs Balance Outside, the temperatures are brutal — reaching 45°C (113°F) — but thanks to the combined ecosystem of TrolMaster and Spider Farmer controllers, the room remains stable: • Room Temp: ~28–29°C • Humidity: ~65% • VPD: ~1.3–1.4 Even under pressure, the system holds strong, giving the plants exactly what they need to thrive in these final weeks. ⸻ Lighting Adjustments – Simulating the End of the Season Light is one of the most powerful tools we have, and this week we began shifting the spectrum to signal “end of season” to the plants: • Whites & Blues: slowly being reduced • Reds: increased to 100% • Far-Red & Deep Red: 100% • UV: 100% This spectrum mix encourages ripening, resin stacking, and terpene expression while mimicking the natural transition of sunlight as summer ends. The plants respond by pushing their energy into the flowers rather than continuing vegetative growth. ⸻ Plant Development – Giants in Full Force The girls are absolutely towering now, monster plants with stacked colas and pistils shooting out everywhere. Their root systems are so strong that some roots at the soil surface are even thicker than the stalks themselves. By the end of this week, Pheno #3 was harvested, though I will dive into the full harvest details later. Pheno #2 remains in full bloom, swelling, and shining bright. ⸻ What to Expect vs What Not to Expect Expect: • Continued swelling of buds and trichome development • Pistils slowly beginning to darken and curl in • Leaves showing natural fading as stored nutrients are consumed • Stronger aromas and denser resin production Not to Expect: • Any more vegetative growth or stretching • Heavy feedings, the focus now is ripening, not building ⸻ Final Thoughts This week feels like the beginning of the final push. With nutrients removed and the spectrum shifted, the Roller Coaster Haze is entering her true finishing phase. These plants have been a wild, beautiful ride, and it’s only a matter of time now before the final chapters are written. Looks like she's getting close! Buds are nicely plump and dense! Plenty of cloudy trichomes. I'm looking for the first amber trichome to harvest. I want this to be uplifting not couch lock.

Flower sites on all plants are growing and multiplying, LST to all plants, full Canna nutes feed for all these this week at 2L per plant per week at the moment. Pink Kush plants are definitely smaller. Red Pure plants are growing well, the bigger pot seems to be the bigger plant which was what I'd hoped for. Lighting from the Phlizon LED Light is mostly on the Max setting with the COB LEDs on and the plants seem to be loving the intensity. Thanks

Still struggling with humidity. But I have really good airflow and ventilation. Continue to defoliate plants. Stretch is over or at least almost. Due to previous lights one plant is about 3 days behind the other 2. Already smells great/loud. Girlfriend hates it. Not a smoker.

After 11 weeks, I harvested the plants in two stages. It went faster than I thought, and the yields are impressive. The yields are much better for the four plants that I was able to keep shorter in height. They developed more dense, firm buds than the taller four plants, which is why I harvested them a few days later. I only watered with water during the last week and lowered the light to 600-700 ppfd. I'm drying now at 20 degrees Celsius and 55-60% relative humidity until the first stems snap, then the herb goes into hygrometer jars for curing. This time I trimmed wet because there were some really thick branches, and I didn't want to risk mold. All in all, it looks like a good harvest. I misjudged the height with this strain. I thought I could keep the plants relatively short by using topping and LST (low-stress training). This only worked for half of them. One of the plants was about 3 cm below the light, which is really suboptimal because I have no space above. I might have chosen a smaller pot size and swapped the plants' positions more often. I was also a bit too cautious with defoliation and pruning, but this was planned as an experiment to grow bushier plants, which didn't make me as happy in my application. Due to the high CO2 content, the cannabis grows exceptionally bushy and leafy. It requires regular pruning. The buds themselves have turned out really well. They are nice and firm, some quite large, and covered with many trichomes. The smell of the strain is less intense than I thought but still very pleasant.

They start looking very dense now, i flushed a day ago and instantly fed 8liters per pot with 650ppm ripen so the runoff is also in the 600 range. Now there is 9 days left with this feeding it will kick in hard now. All buds are rockhard there is no fluf anywhere in the plant as these are small plants and can only focus on nice marure buds. I love this strain i think this has a very good leaf to bud ratio and fattens up really fast also not much stretch diring the preflower. See u next week at the harvest day.

What a beautiful strain! This pheno came to me from a 3 pack and has got some strong OG Kush resemblence: long and weak branches, light green leaves in flower, thick buds with little leaves and a strong smell of lemon, earth and cleaner. Skunky flavours from critical mass are not noticable. Very nice palette indeed. A pretty straight forward grow: I already knew the cultivar and was able to give her just about what she needed at each point of the grow. The end result is a plentiful harverst of very aesthetically and psychoactively pleasing cannabis buds.

the weather conditions are getting better and she loves it. Not many Bugs on the Plant. Salt Stones protect the Pot from Snails.

Had a little flush issue this week. Needed to leech the soil of any buildup from my soil grow. Plants are responding well. Large amounts of trichomes everywhere. Just hitting with the micro nutes and a few more tricks before we wrap up this grow. Running out of height in my closet these baby's are still stretching to the lights. Enjoying the grow and watchingy lady's do there thing.
