Honestly not much to say about the dry and trim, which is definitely a good thing. 12 days hanging in the tent, and the plants were ready to trim. me & the Mrs. absolutely sailed through it. Stores like a dream, and smokes the same. Not a crazy amount of flavour, but the aroma that it has is lime and cream. And the taste is more earthy and spicy. Loving and savouring every bit of it. Sorry I’m very late with this, but I’ve been busy getting my next plants started! You should see them come up soon, as I’m quite behind in my posting. I’m very happy! 🤟💚

This plant was quite bushy and I had to get rid of a lot of lower growth, leaves and mini shoots, gave it a pretty aggressive stripping and half ass lollipoping. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. This bushy beast is just staring the preflower stretch and making lil flowers. So much foliage. Im gonna do a defoliation after lights on and watering at 5 will update. Alls well tho gave her a dose of myco+ might give her low dose bloom boost tonight. Had the lamp a bit too close been raising it an inch at a time trying to keep about 15 inches distance to canopy. I started these seeds on Friday, January 29, 2021. Planted them on Sunday, January 31st in Happy Frog soil in a manure pot. I've struggled with keeping the temp below 80F while keeping the humidity up. It was around 57%. I had to turn my exhaust fan on medium and the temp is currently 75.7F and the humidity is at 49%. This is with 2 cool mist humidifiers in a 2X4 foot tent. I do have 2 other small fans blowing as well. One inside and one at the intake vent outside the tent. This is my first grow so any advice will be greatly appreciated!! I'll post the end of week one pics later this weekend!

Was a kinda busy week kinda lapse on #1 got a bite of spider mite prob from a near by tree...also breed a branch will see how successful that was #2 is jus doing her thing can't complain no issus

So These girls are doing great in my unprofessional opinion lol. they all look like they could use a cleanup but man if I come at them again like Sweeny Todd I don't think they will make it haha. This is rolling into week 3 so I'm going to wait just a couple of days and then I'm going to hard Lolipop and defoliate just a wee tad more. I'm just worried I could herm one out and I don't really know what to do with that situation. I've been playing around with Great White and that's been fun but aside from that, I'm just weaving these tops through squares. those corners could be a problem but let me know in the comments if you think I need additional light in the center or your thoughts. OH, I ALMOST FRGT LOL! so I mixed microflora and aqua flakes B together and the plants might have sat in that while I cried for an hour over the hundreds in nutrients I just ruined lol. Another week done, finished up week 6 of flowering, week 10 of the whole grow. The buds are continuing to fatten up, inching closer and closer to harvest. Noticed the first few Amber tricombs on some of the upper buds, going to be leaning off the big bud and switching to overdrive to help aid in ripening and the final bulk. I’d like the run them another 4 weeks giving them a full 9-10 weeks in flower. But will judge harvest on a near 45/55 or 50/50, Cloudy/amber tricomb production.

Day 135. Girl stinks a hell, cant move her to smaller tent and my new fan is delayed, so is new diary. Still in doubts what to do, dont want to postpone next run deep into summer, too hot at mines ... Day 137. Girl was moved to new home, humidity was at highest 50, hope during night i wont get bud rot, have no outfan still... Day 138. Girl was fed with last nutes, from now just phed water, hope she will last 3 weeks minimum. Have a feeling that she dont like it, but got humidity in mid 40ties maybe we will make it ;) Day 140. After filter instalation i created negative presure, plus inside fan moved air and tent was too small for this girl, her walls were breathing, so one head rubed heavily, all glued to flat ;)) Had many budrot cases and they were starting from a lot smaller incident, prevention is the key, plus i want to try out that stinky beuty ;)

Not really happy with this week. I expected a lot more stretch from the plant, but there is sadly almost none. Also not happy how some of the leaves are looking (turned down). I thought that it might be light or water stress but I tried to reduce both factors and it didn't really change anything. Also tried to lower the vpd but also nothing changed. There are a few gnats here and there, but I can't imagine they would have such an impact, so my last theory would be the pH of the water, but I just ordered a pH meter and it will take some time to arrive. I you have any ideas, let me know.

Trust me, 1Right_Angle grew it into a absolute monster, But it began to autoflower very strangely being a regular photoperiod & then produced very strange flower. Going into this stage of production it is important these first few grows are not at all wastes of money in any aspect & that product from these pheno hunts will be sellable. I am only going to take a couple clones off of the ragekiller & not fill an entire 5x5 with it until we have confirmed its genetics as being stable & strong. Start in to week 7 As usual, she lost again some Fanleaf's 😏 She's getting really sticky and she's developing a stronger fruity smell in the last 2 days👍 Trying out a CO2 Bag.... And she gets another watering with 2l with 1g/l BioEnhancer Day 78. Day83 Trichome's are most milky and some few Ember at the Top's. Still few clear I think she get another Week and she will be finish👍

New flowering continues to develop on this lady, she seems to be swelling up day by day. Yellowing of the fan leaves has started which usually means it's time to flush, I need to check the trichomes to see how amber they appear before I do just in case the flavour or yield could be effected.

When I began the contest I had only grown Magic Melon once before (last winter), it grew in an 18 litre pot, became around 4 feet tall, and completely filled a 3'x3' tent. A friend of mine successfully grew a seed I gave them this summer in a container about 4 litres and the plant was considerably smaller. The fact that it can be successfully grown in less than 250mL is astonishing, I have buds from the one grown last winter that are bigger than the can I grew this one in. Harvested 91 days from sprout.

Second week I did a mild pruning taking off big fan leaves, so that I can allow more light to the canopy. The girls took well and bounce back, still dancing.
