Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. Heavy defoliation reduced a lot of yield

Jackie is getting huge supercropped her branches as she was getting to tall bent her tops down and spread her out removed silicon and calmag and gave a small flush then started feed again with buddy at 0.5ml perl with a and b hopefully her stretch will slow from this week but shes got good structure and can see her being a big plant thanks for reading happy growing guys

Day 87 - Feeding day today. Removed Acti_Vera completely. She´s really starting to look mature. Tomorrow ill check trichomes. Also slightly defoliated dying leafs and to get more light at lower buds. They´re also developing well. Day 90 - Still see some clear trichomes. Will keep the plan i had in mind, ill feed her one more time and start flushing at the end of this week. This beast is really getting beautifull, love this fruity hashy blueberry aroma. Fingers really get sticky. Day 91 - Last feeding today. Day 93 - She´s really getting mature, so today i will start flushing. At the end of next week i´ll harvest. Flushed 3L of pH´d water (around 6)

Another round of topping. Tied her all back to spread out for LST. Going to flip to flower next week. Used the Kushman technique and Supercropped all her stems every inch on the way up, without bending. Gives her muscles to flex <3

6/12 Thunderstorms turned to sun Plants are growing substantially. The ones that were damaged from the sun have pulled out of it. I checked the fim I did on a gmo that later burned and it has five tops! I took a couple videos bur I'll have to wait until tomorrow to upload them. Despite the weather severity and inconsistencies I'm in a really good spot. I'll upload the two videos tomorrow when I'm in a better area. Wifi is far to slow. 6/13 Rained yesterday before turning to hot sun. Supposed to be in the 90s today. Due to the rain and storms we've been having I hacebt had to water. Soil is still moist. Plants seem to be growing at a great pace. With all this rain they've gotten a hearty dose of the nutes in my soul mix and then when the sun comes out and they bask for a few hours they look considerable bigger. Another storm coming up but other than that weather is good. Plants are happy and doing well. 6/14 Plants are loving this hot weather. Rainy then it will clear up and be sunny. All plants have recovered from the shock of the weather and are growing like crazy. Ice started some lsting. I haven't even had to water. 6/15 Medium is still damp. I don't think we'll get much rain the next few days but we've gotten a lot lately. I'll continue playing it by ear. The water lasts much longer with the smaller plants in lather containers. Later in the summer I could be watering daily. If there is no rain I'll allow the bags to dry out and I'll water them. I may start them on a small nutrient schedule like the fox farm organic one you use for the entirety. I've hesitated though because my soil is chock full of nutrients and they show no sighs of deficiencies. I'll keep an eye on it. They look great though. 9/16 Watered after church. 3 1/2 gallons so approximately a half gallon each. Iys been really hot and i dont see rain in the forecast. Also broke the gmo that I fimmed right at a topping point. It wasnt wilted, and I ran and grabbed duct tape and fixed it. I've had good luck in the past this way. Hopfully I will this time as well. Still sucks though 9/17 The plant that split at the V that I taped up seems to be doing just fine. Looks just like the other top next to it. Thank God. Things seem to be going well. I'm wondering if I should start giving nutrients but I don't see any deficiencies and I know this soil mix lasts pretty much through veg without showing signs of deficiencies. I think it might be a case of "if it's not broke don't fix it." I'll look back on diaries and I'll do some research. 9/18 It's overcast but it's been in the upper 80's. I checked the plants around 11 and they looked good. They'll need water but I'm holding off until the morning. The plant I broke at the crook shows no signs of wilting or any negative effects. I assume it will come back stronger. I was thinking about watering tonight but at 12 there was still a little moisture. They will be fine until morning. Plants seem bigger every day.

This has been such an incredible learning experience, back in December a friend and I got bored and decided to build a tent with some scraps in my garage and a single CFL in a reptile heat lamp 🤦‍♂️and try and grow the seeds I had been sitting on for a few years. The cfl broke almost immediately and poor little lato spent the first few days of her life in the dark waiting for a cheap led from Amazon. At the beginning of this grow we had no idea what we were doing and honestly no faith we could grow anything but mid bud but it was just abt the experience. Both of us spent most of our days researching and learning about cannabis and organic growing. We ended up deciding on a small company called Dragonfly earth medicine and used their full line of bacteria based nutes/supplements (radiant green, fat flowers, brilliant black, lush roots and natural Mystik) to make teas with worm castings and molasses. I wet trimmed a couple nugs just to see what I prefer seeing as I’ve never done this before. Got everything hung up in her tent with the exhaust fan on the lowest setting. Hopefully everything goes well. I know I started this diary late but thank you guys for all the support if you have any questions or feel like I’m missing anything feel free to reach out.

Day 1 Pink Wafers (Biscotti x Pink Champagne) The next journey has just begun and I'm looking forward to this one ✌️🏻 Update: We lost one on the way due to an amateur mistake 🤦‍♂️🏼 I didn't feed them or fill humidifier up and was a hot day so when I got back it was face down in the soil 🤦‍♂️🏼 hopefully won't make that mistake again while they are this small 🤣

Watering every two days this watering was a plain water with calMag other than that I give a couple of the plants 2 weeks then I'll see if they ready for the chop.

Week 31/07 - 6/8

Weather has been rainy and windy so she has been living under a shelter at nights and most days. The climate is getting moisty here so i decides to remove some fanleafs again to keep a good airflow. Buds are getting bigger and they make me wanna sing ' I like big buds and i can not lie..'

7/14/23 - Day 32 - Switched to flower today. It will get its first dose of 12 hrs. of daylight, 12 hrs. of dark. This will tell the plant to start budding. I'm excited to see the bud's form. So far everything with the Leaf system is going great. I'm excited to show the next few weeks as they happen! 7/16/23 - Day 34 - The plant is bushing out big now. It's getting tall. I'm a little worried we waited for a little too long, but who knows? We shall see. 7/20/23 - Day 38 - She is a few days into flower, and she is sprouting up like crazy. I bought another Scrogg net. I'm going to try and double Scrogg? is that a thing? Lol I just know that I need to keep these buds from hitting the lights. I think I'll be able to get all of this to work well, but I am nervous about the height. I can see some pistils starting to poke out! 7/21/23 - Day 39 - The lights turn off at 2am and back on at 2pm, so right now I'm waiting to open the box up for the day. But I was looking back at the pictures and trying not to freak out about how big she is (I'm worried about the lights, they don't move, and Shes is MASSIVE already) One thing I noticed about the pictures is that I have not had a single leaf turn yellow, or get spots, or have curling leaves, or have any issues with the plant. I would expect some sort of dying leave somewhere, but no. Not one single leaf has been less than perfect, I mean PERFECT. It seems like this LEAF growing box is literally the perfect environment.
