well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

Big Bud Autoflower grew great till right at bulking in flowering. I misjudged the feed, and was light causing her ph to swing up and just happen to be right during bulking. So lost some bulk. I will revist her one day. She has a great smell, and layer of frost. Still gotva lot of bud that smells great and looks very potent. Will be back with results once she is dry, and processed. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering her daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and she stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is! 1/23- I watered/fed today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. She's looking fantastic and I'm really looking forward to Week Five of flower where she should really start to strut her stuff! 😍💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! It's safe to say she was reacting well to LST so far. It's time to stop pinning down and let her grow vertically as now she is showing signs for pre-flower. I lowered the light's position a little and cranked the DLI value up to 30. Also, dropped down the humidity to 60%. From this week I will give her 2.5L of water.

Photos take a ton of time, and really leaning into the autos now. I've harvested two auto flower grows in the time it took to flower these girls. overall the end result was really good, but not sure if it's worth all the extra time and resources. Time will tell when the buds cure up! Really loved both of these phenos!

This grow was pretty simple ! They went a total of 103 days from seed! Very trichomy dense buds with the smell of Berries vanilla and skunk ! This is a must try for you all Fastbuds has the greats!!!

Royal AK: Buds are still somehow small, but I see their promise. Hopefully, they will get more forsty after I cut the quick one and move the light further. Quick one: Buds are maturing quickly. I started flushing already on day 50

You walk into the back yard and it’s a straight face punch of smells. Looking like some indoor rn moved all plants to safer place in case storm hits so now I atleast have a wind break

Day 85. One day they look so nice, other too thin ;)))) Found out that my center led lost almost 50% of light output, will check after this grow. On other hand all is bright , SuperStacked Zkittalicious is making my heart sing and it should be lovely small run .... Day 88. Girls got water and BioBizz FishMix, very light, just 280 ppm. All looks very good, see some waxy leaf beginning, so next feed is BioSys and Great white with BioBizz WormHumus rubbed into top soil and at least two pure water goes after it. Monster Zkittalicious looks insanely good, like 20 stacked colas in max 1.5 feet square ... Very lovely plant. Happy Growing !

********Week 1 Flower - Sept 19 to 25, 2020******* We switched to flower this week and put in the first SCROG layer.....been busy😃These girls have been pretty happy this week given they have grown quite tall and buds are setting and moved on to stacking already. Great signs so early on😎🤞 I had LST on the girls and then decided to remove the ties since they were topped and under a net so maybe stretch wouldn’t be too bad.......ties went back on at the end of the week😃💪🤪 Pheno 4 has on branch that had HST done and knuckle formed, still growing up so had to keep it tied down as well. Down side to running a 9 week veg, if they want to get big, they will😂😂😂 Pest maintenance this week as we are getting the last days I am able to comfortably spray the girls. Lost Coast Plant Therapy to keep the gnats, aphids and thrips in check😃 Keeping the waterings up and getting a fair bit of runoff from the feedings but that is best for Coco to avoid lockouts and pH issues. There were only three feeding days this week. We switched to bloom nutes for base and added silica for supplementals. Vitamin B and Kelp coming from B52 and sweetener for the microbes from bud candy, Bud Ignitor doing its thing as PK boost. As well as Sensyzime to let the enzymes clean up the root zone because they have been in the pots for a few weeks now. Little more detail: Sept 19/20 - Day 1 - Plant Therapy @ 5ml in 1L water. Ph to 5.4. - Folier spray applied to whole tent half hour before lights on, used 3/4 of mixture - Feeding mixture was Sensyzime @ 1ml only - 25ppm and 5.2pH......missed it a bit. - each girl given 3L - SCROG put in Sept 20/20 - Day 2 - Sprayed the last of the IPM mixture on the tent tonight. - Noticed several small shinny spots on leaves later today.....suspect from Folier spray on leaves. Sept 21/20 - Day 3 - Nice full strength week 1 mixture applied today - Rhino Skin, Cal Mag @ 2ml, Sensi Bloom A&B , B52, Bud Ignitor, Bud Candy @ 1ml. - 625 ppm and 5.7pH - 3L given to each girl.......not enough runoff.....bump feedings up to 4L going forward. - silica added today. Sept 23/20 - Day 5 - CalMag @ 2ml, Rhino, Sensi Bloom A&B, B52, Bud Candy, Bud Ignitor @ 1ml. - 850ppm and 5.9pH - 4L given to each girl. - better run off amount That wraps up the first week of flower........The net is in and the lights flipped. The girls were ready for flower and now we just need to keep giving them what they want for the next 6 weeks and then coast from there👍 These are some strong and fast growing girls.....keeps a grower on their toes! I expected the heights to be where they are but must admit I was hopeful that was the end of week 2. Issues will come in when trying to ripen the bud around week 8. They are growing so well right now.....keep them happy and in the end everyone is happy👍❤️👍 Such a solid strain @Sweet_Seeds......a great hybrid you should be very proud of!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Girls are looking great so far! I added about 2ml/g to the reservoir and the plants responded well. Got a good explosion of growth over the last few days. I was able to start LST training the largest of the 4 today and the other 3 will be a day or 2 until they will be ready to start LST. Had some Ph issues during week 4 because my pen decided to go wonky. I tried to calibrate it again and had a hard time. So I busted out an older one and decided to calibrate it and see if it worked still... calibrated in a few min and sure enough res ph was well bellow 5. So water was changed as it was time anyway and ph’d proper just before lights out so we will see what happens tomorrow.

09 May 2021 Today starts the 15th week of my grow, and the 6th week of flower. Just over a month till the scheduled harvest, and today the nutrient amounts change according to my feeding chart. So today feeding went like this: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraBloom 15ml. Today we aren’t using any of the FloraGro, and won’t be for the rest of the grow. I chilled the water again, but not as long this time and the temperature of the solution was 56.3 degrees F. I thought it odd that the website doesn’t allow for entries lower than 50 degrees in that block, but oh well. The initial pH was 5.89, and I added pH UP 2.5ml which adjusted the pH to 6.53. The runoff pH was 5.63. Lower than I want, but still within range for a healthy plant. Temperature in the tent was 81 degrees F, and humidity was at 53%. The plant looks great, and is maturing quite nicely. 11 May 2021 Today was a busy day! My DarkStar Kush is doing very well! The smell is starting to get stronger and the buds are fattening up as well. I’ve noticed some mild nutrient burn on some of my leaf tips, but nothing terrible. I’ll keep an eye on it to make sure that they don’t get worse. I haven’t really made any adjustments to the nutrients lately with the exception of increasing the FloraBloom by 2.5ml’s, and stopped using the FloraGro in accordance with my feed chart. Feeding today went as follows: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, and FloraBloom at 15ml. The initial pH was 5.85, so I added 3ml of pH UP to increase the pH to 6.52. The runoff pH was 5.65. I finally received my TDS meter today, so the TDS reading was 1070 ppm. My feed chart says that the ppm range in looking for is 1050-1400 ppm, so 1070 puts me in that range. I chilled the water again today, and it was 46 degrees F. The temperature in the grow tent was 81 degrees F, and humidity was 40%. So far so good, and I’m starting two new diaries today for some clones I was gifted by Buddabud, so check them out. 13 May 2021 Just when I thought I was on cruise control with my baby here, she throws me a slow curve. The question is; will I hit it, or miss it? The light nutrient burn that I noticed in my last entry on the 11th has gotten just a small tad worse, but nothing terrible. I believe it’s not from the feeding, but the build up of nutrients in the soil. I finally got my TDS monitor as I noted the other day, so I tested the ppm in the runoff and it was over 4000. Then, as I was shaking the excess water off the end, the end cap for the battery came off and the whole monitor plunged back into the water completely submerging for a moment before I could get a hand free to grab it. It’s been sitting in a bowl of rice since yesterday. I just hope it dries out and keeps working. I need to see what the TDS of the soil at this stage is supposed to be and then either keep going and damn the burn, or maybe feed with pH’ed plain water for a feeding or two and then see how it reacts. I’m still deciding, but will research first before making my decision. For today I kept to the feed chart. I gave the following: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, and FloraBloom 15ml. The initial pH was 5.92, so I added 2.5ml of pH UP which raised the pH to 6.47. That is what I fed the plant. The TDS reading of the feed solution was 1036 ppm. Runoff pH was 5.63. Tent temperature was 79 degrees F, and humidity was 40%. I have just about 4 weeks left in this grow till the scheduled harvest. 15 May 2021 Today is the last day of the 6th week of flower, and I’m going to try and arrest my mild nutrient burn on my baby. I’ve decided to just give water and CALiMAGic today properly pH’ed to see if it does anything to improve the situation. I wanted to have a significant amount of runoff today so I fed 1.5 gallons of water with 7.5ml of CALiMAGic. The initial pH was 7.60, but adding the pH DOWN is much different than adding pH UP! I initially added just 0.5ml to the gallon of water which lowered the pH from 7.60 to 4.9. I was like, “DAMN!” 😳 so I had to pour it all out and start over again. I learned through research never to mix pH UP and DOWN in the same solution. If it’s wrong, you need to start over;!so I did. After 3 tries and lots of wasted CALiMAGic, I finally got it right by only adding 5 drops (gtts) of pH DOWN to get it to 6.64. The TDS meter dried out and still works, so the TDS going in was only 403ppm. Like I said, I wanted a lot of runoff to try and clear out some of the nutrient buildup in the soil. The runoff pH was 5.58, and runoff TDS was 3803 ppm. Daytime temp was high today at 86 degrees F, and humidity was 31%. She looks good. She smells good. I hope she stays good! A few weeks left till harvest!
