Man, it must really suck to see that skunk apple plant doing so poorly. It barely grew at all, and those four points on it are supposed to make it look cool, but they're super tiny. It's looking more like a skinny stalk with a few weak branches.

Start of a new week, week 12! I was originally going to cut this morning but with using the flushing additive I am using it does contain sugar etc so just to make sure the lady uses up everything, I'll be doing an extra 3/4 days of just plain PH adjusted water to finish her off then pull her down and get her ready to dry n cure ✌️

Very excited for my first grow! There are so many great resources online, I was encouraged to give this a try even though I was intimidated at first. The Kush Grow Kit put together a lot of the items which made it easy to get started. I added the grow tent and the fans and we're ready to grow. The kit recommended no nutrients for the first 2-3 weeks, so I'm waiting two weeks to add their vegetation nutrients. If anyone has a good reason to add them earlier, please comment! As far as light schedule, I was planning on doing 18 or 20 hours, but my buddy was like "what the heck?" let's just do 24/7. If anyone has a good reason to do less, please comment!

So, what's new? water levels seems to be a pain in my assholes that hasn't had a great success, however it matters little becuase roots are very long now so no need for the levels to be even steven, great success. have had some mistakes were the LST was so strong i actually broke one stem and was about to break another but noticed in time and manage to save it been speakign with how weed grow in regards to the grow and so far so good, really recomend his patreon in cae you're seeking peace of mind with your grows. Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.

Happy Easter Everyone! Time for an update During week 10 NEW LIGHT installed!! ViparSpectra XS2000. So excited! I think the plants are a little shocked from the change in light but hopefully they recover just fine. This week 3 of the plants definitely started showing some issues I have never had before. I started noticing rust spots on the upper top leaves of the plants which I believe was the consequence of the following... A.Nutrient lockout B. Soil PH too low from over fertilization C. Soil PH being too low due to the peat moss in the growing medium. I have purchased dolomite lime as an organic alternative to properly balance soil PH for my next grow. I did do a light flush with PHd water at 6.5. Plan for week 11 Going to be adding some Calcium to the soil during next watering to see if that helps new growth on the plants (Tuesday) At this point I will be just keeping an eye on more rust spots forming on the leaves. I have backed off on adding more P & PK at this time because I think I over fertilized last time. I am learning a lot still with every week of this grow. I know now how to dial in the nutrients and better amending soil first. Since my soil has peat moss I think that had a lot to do with the acidity as it breaks down. Really hoping these girls continue to finish out okay! Thinking that they will take the full 14/15 weeks at this point.

I took the tiny plant out of the tent due to state laws. She is happily sitting in a window... we'll see what happens with her! Massive growth for both plants this week! They both doubled in size! I don't know whether to call my plants vegging, pre-flowering or flowering. I figured this was the last week of veg and next week is full on flowering!! They both stink! Gassy for sure! I'll need to turn start using my carbon filter soon... I caught a few cool time lapse videos this week. Especially after feeding them last night!! I fed them twice this week. The first time was at a third recommended dose and I jumped it to half yesterday. The leaves are clawing at the top of the plants... I think it is a lack of phosphorus due to me only watering them the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts out there? I'd love advice about defoliating... I have a couple massive fan leaves I could remove to open the canopy for flowers... I just don't want to stunt the plant or rob the main cola of a major energy source... Thoughts are definitely welcome! I tried my hand at LST... I think a few are working and a few aren't doing the job... Definitely need to figure this out! Again advice is welcome! Today two of the plants going to stay one week without water. I cut them all leaves and we waiting for harvest. This is my first grow and now when i see those flowers i'm really dissapointed that auto they are so small. Xd Anyway better then nothing. The smell is really strong,can't wait to taste them

Another cold wet week. Witnessed the spiderlings band together for a few days, web making at night. Then one day the wind picked up and they all disbanded, stretched out their silk and flew away all over my yard. It was such an incredible experience to watch! I should have an army of Orb weavers come flower time. Did another top dress of compost mixed with 70/30 Gaia Green AP/PB, maybe 20Tbsp. When I pulled back the mulch I got to see all the soil creatures and roots consuming the material, this really does help build extra root zone over time. Minor defoliating, I'm keeping nodes 1, removing 2 and final top at 3 (next week) to keep her spaced, then let her stretch and trellis. Should all help fill in the canopy.

I went away for a week and forgot to switch the lights over to 12-12. They had an extra 5 days veg! Things are getting too big for my tent now! I’ll top it and see how it goes.

Marching through flowering! She's doing very well all things considered. Last week I said I broke a few branches? Last picture this week is a close up on the area. She has repaired herself and it's as if nothing has happened! Nature really is miraculous. I honestly expected to loose at least 2 branches!!!

Hello, Both ladies doing very well now. Wheater changed for now, and there is much more humidity in the air, as less dry burning sun. Had a quick communication with Dutch Passion about the leafs that tend to fold up. They are never nice flat out. But they assured me there is nothing wrong going on. And the plant looks very healthy!! Working on the lady in the greenhouse-ish shed, i wanted to bend the top of the plant, but its allready very stiff. So i managed to break it. 😅👈🤪👈😒👈 There was luckely allready a support attached. And it didnt break all the way. See pics. Its a FIBI, fuck i broke it. 🙌🤣 So its restoring good and the top hasnt started to faint down. So, all good!!! The lady outside is doing very good now, she starts to bush-up. Shes free to grow so, i only did a few chiroprac on the main stem, she can flourish as she supposed to by nature. Thats about it, for this week. She growing nice and healthy even with some cold nights I had forgot to turn the heat on still had the ac on and it was like 65° in the house lights off no bueno but she rocking got the budtrainer bud clips on her and topped her

So it has begun... I've had to start utilizing string to hold up branches by tying them to the ceiling rods and surrounding equipment. These plants are healthier and happier than my first grow, so I wasn't quite expecting them to blow up like they did, therefore my single-layer screen was not enough to support the branches. Not to mention the net used was store-bought and kind of sucks. I prefer my double-layer from the first harvest. The Mimosa is packing on some major frost, followed closely by the Glookies. American Pie trichomes seem to appear and ripen much closer to the ending stages of flower.
