Day 72 - 07/01/20 This one was the only survivor of my 4 x RQS diary. my blueberry auto, jack herer auto and GG auto didnt sprout but the diesel did and here is her harvest! I added some nice photos of the plant and the yield was 325g wet weight. Should be over an ounce once its dried. Update - Dry weight was 30g although much of the bud is small :) Ive been curing for a few days and its insane how the flavour and burn changes throughout curing :) Update - Day 78 - 13/01/20 The sweet diesel smell and taste is coming through. buds are becoming more and more enjoyable to smoke as days go by. :) il post a few pictures later tonight! Added the photos of some buds and a video so you can all have an opinion on how my buds turned out visually. let me know in the comments :) Il do a few more curing updates to let you know how the second week of curing goes! Day 86 - 21/01/20 I finally finished the NYCD after about 2 weeks of curing. It smokes fairly well and is definitely the best thing ive grown so far :) Buds developed quality and a sweet earthy diesel flavour/aroma over the 2 weeks of curing. one major improvement i would make is to source high quality soil as i really struggled to flush this properly. even still without lab quality conditions ive never felt so depression free since ive been taking this medicine regularly. to finish up i will say that I liked the NYCD diesel taste but i still preferred sour diesel. The plant grew to a reasonable height around 60cm and produced an ounce of average bud. and I might not have won any GD competitions, but im still a winner! :'D Lucky for us I just started an Sour Diesel Auto from fastbuds so you can check that out to see what i thought of it compared to this one :)

Well, I've confirmed through sources that we officially entered the flowering stage as of last week. Time for some adjustments. Just prior to confirming flowering, I did one last trim, removing the larger fan leaves at the top to allow more light to the bottom. Good thing I did this now, as any later I've been told will shock them too much. With confirmed flowering, I switched over from both blue and red lights to just red. I also lowered the lights closer to about 9 inches after being assured that they won't burn the leaves any. With the transition, I gave the plants one last watering with the N-P-P mixture.

I set up a scrog net at this moment of time I wasn’t sure how to set it up until I watched a couple of videos. One of the bag seed girls started showing which was amazing. I was still waiting for the other bag seed to show. The female gorilla cookies started to show which was also amazing

DISCLAIMER START As already stated in previous week comments my EC reading was totally off, this includes CF. It showed about 1500µS/cm when it was actually about 3000µS/cm. I did not calibrate the EC probe since I've bought it and used it 18 months ago, because I thought EC calibration is not really necessary, I was wrong. correct EC/CF values are from 2025-04-01 on wards. (no april fools joke) DISCLAIMER END Moved the plant from the 120x120cm tent to my usually used 120x60cm tent since the plant will not grow bigger anymore, that is also when I noticed the false EC value due to the monitoring setup in the 120x60cm tent showing the high value after I moved solution from one tent to the other, which I double checked with EC calibration solution. Drastically reduced EC from previously about 3000µS/cm to ~2000µS/cm Plant is growing just fine now but the damage is done, looking back at week 2 when I did "1700µS/cm" which pretty much equaled real 3400µS/cm it is kind of crazy that it even did as good as it did, would have imagined worse with a value this high. This also rules all genetic, light etc. etc. possibilites out for me, I was pretty sure the error was on my end that I missed something and I am very confident to say it was the super high EC value. I already set up a new system in the 120x120cm tent and will transplant the small "Permanent Jealousy XL Auto" seen in the timelapse in to that some-when next week, a "Red Gorilla Girl XL Auto" is also going to go in there but as seen in the timelapse these seeds kinda don't want to, the first didn't do much beyond sprouting and the second one is also super fragile and slow, stay tuned for that diary. Perhaps I just HST´d by accident Day: 32: Some of my autoflower GSC already started to flower Day 32: 3 OG kush plants are weak, one has a weak stem, second one had a problem since seedling (grew into the ground), third one i cut off main stem by accident Day 34: OG kush plant was removed after many tries of getting it back to its feet

Since week 7, I have used some sewing string and tape with paper towel pieces (so string doesn't imbed) to slightly pulled down on main stems to open up canopy in middle and 3 or 4 fan leaves snipped. The bottom buds in 2 days became like the top buds. Ppfd is like 600 at 13 inches away causing sun Tan on anterior part of stem, or its genetics. 2nd pic is today, DAY 58...... P.S. I journal everything in a book since my 1st grow. Helps me look back on what this strain does not like. Also will upload diary of nothern lights and trainwreck. 1 of each survived out of 4 total. 1 - 03/27 - Starting up week #2. New light is installed, will be monitoring the set up now since the new light is 800w. Tent temperature peaked yesterday at 85. Added a big fan in the tent and an additional fan for circulation outside of the tent as well. Going to need my air scrubber sooner than later to help keep my temps in check. Likely need a cool mist humidifier as well now. Woohoo. At least they are all still standing! 2 - 03/27 - The new LED at 800 watts is far too much. The tent was heating up uncontrollably past 86, so I decided to take it back and grab the single 400 for the time being. That way at a later date I can upgrade to a secondary 400 and still pull equal wattage. Also added a 6in inline fan to help keep the tent cooler. Sitting around 76 -80 now so I'm pretty happy with it. The 400 run quite a bit cooler than the 800 does. The 800 brought my tent up another 10 degrees whereas the 400 unit sits my tent up at 3 degrees. All in all, feeling good about the swap and new lights. Time will tell if I need anything additional come first week of flower 03 - 03/31 - Almost nearing the end of week 2. The girls are doing amazing. Candy Cane is finally catching up and everybody is filling out now. Super cool to see what a week does! 🌱 Each of the ladies received some very light LST last night. Light pull on the leaves downwards to pull the top open and create some more developmental growth. I also decided to run a really light liquid nutrient cycle. Still getting slightly thicker.. insanely dense buds. Smells like Minty-sweet funky Gas. Definitely a very minty dominate smell which is exciting and interesting. Also compared to other strains that ive grown I like her fiery-orange pistils vs brownish color. Looks very appealing. This will be the last week of feeding flower nutes.. next week I plan to give her Cannazym and some boost(sugars). Last week will just be enzymes and or just plain water.

This week we are only in cruise control, we did the last irrigation with fertilizers and we are planning the flushing for the next week. We also had problems with humidity due to the weather. We don't have a dehumidifier, so we try other homemade techniques to solve the situation. The flowers have gained some weight and are changing the smell. We are excited for the harvest.

Only one plant is not got fire ant in it making the plant stress welp there go my year I learn every year about hit the chop it what waste of good Genetics

So alot has happened since the beginning I had to keep them longer than I wanted in my small room as my previous grow still wasn't quite finished, so to help with this I topped both strawberries and tried abit of LST on the others, generally happy with how things are going so far will be moving them to there final home next week

They grew pretty well. Obviously 1 had alot more veg time and extra training where the other 2 had no training. Could have been better if I had both arms and didnt have the one bad feed where my meter was off and burnt the tips. Easy strain to grow I highly reccomend to any level grower.

Doing not much… checking the vpd und water that’s it. Ladies looking good so far.

On the home stretch! Should see some decent bud swelling this week (at least that’s how this strain develops in DWC ... haven’t flowered White Shark in coco before 😬). Trichomes starting to cloud up more, as are the pistils browning and curling in.

Start of week 7! Week 6 went really well. This GG#4 lady is looking amazing, with her purple colors and plump buds! This lady is also on an 8 week schedule, removed big bud and added overdrive to the nute lineup.

2 plants made it to harvest. Small nugs, about an ounce per plant dry. A lot of frosty trim and small nugs I’ll be using for hash later. I had rooting issue when I flipped to flower that definitely negatively effected nutrient uptake. Small yield but quality is good. Smells almost like a sugary jelly bakery. Cured for a week, tastes sweet almost.
