The Apple Betty babies have gone through a lot this week 😬After a couple of days of LST, I let them recover for a few days. Once they were looking perky again, I decided to top all three. Day 31 - topped the girls after some deliberation. I had been undecided, ultimately figured that it was best for my situation, whether or not I decide to use my DIY scrog screen. For those unsure of when to top, 5 nodes or true leaf sets seems to work for me. Find the shoot at the very top, make sure it’s got some small shoots on either side started, and snip! It’s that easy. Topping will disrupt the hormones being distributed through the plant instead of the top, and force your plants energy and growth to the lower branches. Not to mention you will now have two main tops growing instead of one 😎 Give the plants some time to recover before doing anything major again, and you should he able to see your plants get bushier instead of taller. Once they were topped I bent and worked all the stems and branches between my fingers making sure to get all of them. As you can tell from the main stalk, the twisting and bending works, she thicc already! I also put their wire ties back on and bent all three over as far as I could get them to go comfortably before feeling like they would snap. This was a lot of stress for these girls, but they have shown they have a great stress response, and recover quickly. The cultivation was very easy and relaxed. I just watched the insanely fast growth and did LTS. 😄 But by my mistake, the plants received a small nutrient burn, at the moment when the plants were at the end of the peak of maturation. This did not do much damage to the plants, but after that the plants were watered with clean water and washed with FlashClean. The inflorescences are dense and have a large number of trichome crystals 👌

This is my second growth in a suitcase, I got 30 grams of dry flowers from the first growth, but this growth together with FastBuds is obviously much better than the first one :) although the girl's leaves burn from the light, which is only 10-15 cm from the flowers, but the girl copes with it perfectly :) good luck to everyone.

Week 8 of flowering: Managed with only water this week. It's noticeable that this is a slightly slower strain: it's maturing slowly, with compact buds turning golden hues. The aroma is old-school, earthy-sweet, very promising.

Noticed some yellowing tips. I think I need to dial back the nutrients a bit. I increased them last week to see what they could handle. There is a lot more growth than I expected this time and I've let them veg longer than I usually like to but it was necessary to let them recover from my previous mistakes. Tomorrow will be a good day to defoliate and start the flip into flower. If it isn't nutrient burn, then what is causing the yellowing leaves and tips?

5 more weeks left on the schedule for the veg cycle, growth has been amazing with no signs of stress. I am also using recharge at every watering at (1/4) strength.

Temperatures were quite high this week, 29-30 with the lights on, 27-28 with lights off. Humidity was ok, around 50-55%. Otherwise, everything is going smoothly. 24/03 watered AGAIN after 2 days with 1.5L 5.9 PH 1.5 EC, 5ml/L of Terra Bloom. So far im really happy with plagron. Just one bottle for grow and one for bloom and the plants look healthy and show no signs of deficencies. really happy with the product. Moreso than biobizz, where i used Grow, bloom, calmag, activera and topmax and still fought deficencies here and there. I also am conflicted about the trellis net. I like what it does but i think my tent is too full with plants or too small to really enjoy it growing-wise. I cant move the plants and its hard to reach them during watering. So i removed it again. its an on/off relationship with us :D I also did some more defoliation, PROMISE ITS THE LAST TIME. i took out the plants of the tent for it to better reach the insides of them and made some nice videos of their progress so far. ALSO: Tent smells really good and overwhelming when i open it! sadly, it escapes pretty fast so ill put "normal" smell on here. but its decent! 5 week have already passed since the start of the flowering stage. The stunned auto is healed and growing happily and strong with 40cm Both green poison are already really sticky and with lots of the good sugar. The smell is getting really strong too and the buds are going big and fat. Plant height: 40cm The critical + 2.0 are the ones with the strongest smell, but the shortest too with 35cm. The good thing about them is the 14/16 tops they have Finally the skunk 47 wich was an offer and at the beginning, the slowest growing but became the tallest with 45cm. Strong, fruity smell and long and dense buds. Just did the last defoliation on every girls, nothing too heavy and introduced the Plagron Green Sensations. Tell me what you think guys! Thinking a week more growing, my microscope is too powerful i think pain to use saw a couple ambers but i think most are still cloudy if not see through. Should i lay off nutes this week or?

Girls got topped this week. I decided to only top once due to the herming last time. But they are growing well after the transplant last week. I'm happy with the growth and we'll look to flip in about three weeks. That'll put trim time around Christmas which I have off.

They are developing well and the smelling started to be a bit strong with gas terpenes from both strains. I'll keep following the EC and their development to ensure they won't have any blocker. Day 42 - 15/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd ⏫🌡️~28°C 💧~49% 📏 40cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry, what it seems the watering cadence based on the pot size. They are going very well. After talk with some friends and reviewing the plant status, I decided to keep follow the nutrient schedule and keep looking at them. Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 stopped stretching and should started the bulking phase, that's why the smelling is so strong. On Strawberry Cola 1, I just remove some leafs that were covering the other branches. I, literally, removed 5 leafs. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.8 PH 6.0 On Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, that was nothing receiving light and probably consuming plant's energy. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 6.1 PH 6.0 As Strawberry Cola 2 is one week later than the others. So, it seems going to finish the stretching bloom phase. As Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, also some ones in the middle, that wasn't receiving light and ambushing the middle overlapping the middle nodes. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.9 PH 6.0 The defoliation on them also was done to improve the air circulation because my tent increased 1,5-2,0C. degrees with the season changing. Hopefully it can help to reduce a bit. As the previous EC on them were between 5.1 and 6.1, it means that they are ok, consuming the nutrients and not blocked by high EC. Happy news!! Day 45 - 18/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd 🌡️~26°C 💧~49% 📏 ⏫45cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry and they are going very well. I'm keeping the strategy this week in order to levelling the EC on them. Seen they sucked a bit their development and some burns started to show on the leaf points, I decided to flush them a bit to correct the EC and continue the nutrients schedule correct. I flushed them with 6L of RO water with PH corrected, each one. They reduced the EC to 2.0~3.4 and I added another schedule nutrients solution. All water schedule below is after the flush. Mango Cream I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK.
