Week 5, its march 8 and still growing in the cold 😃 lets go guys

All the plants will be in the generative 3 phase of flower this week. I've updated the nutrients section for the week to show what the are being fed. I'm still feeding 3 gallons per plant daily. The number 3 plant is a few days behind the other two so it will get the Generative 2 feed, in the nutrients section for week 12, a few days this week.The two short plants have slowed their feeding way down on day 3 this week. The organic nutrients have a tendency to build up in the soil. Day 3 the two short plants got tap water. I'll wait til some of the leaves lighten up before I feed again. Day 4 the two short plants got fed. They didn't seem to be hurting for nutes but the leaves appeared to be losing color and the buds are still filling out. I had been feeding everyday until day 3. Day 5 and 6 the short plants got tap water and the tall one got the nutrients formula. Day 7 this week, the tallest and one of the short plants were fed the listed nutrient formula. There was no change in height this week. The tallest is 87.5 inches the two shorter ones 62 inches. I believe the two shorter plants will enter generative phase four/ripening next week. They are getting super frosty.

Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

What up fam, weekly update on these gorgeous ladies. Starting week 3 of veg, wow does time fly. They've progressed beautifully, and probably doubled in size the last week. This will be the last week of veg before that preflower stretch stage appears but over all I couldn't be happier with how they're doing. All in all Happy Growing

Update February 4, 2019 (Video and Pics actually taken Feb 1). So I have harvested the 3rd FastBuds BlackBerry as well as the Barney’s Farm NYC Diesel Auto. The Blackberry was very loose and airy with not much density to the buds. Made it difficult to trim without just putting 90% in the trim pile. I had a taste of one of the buds from Blackberry #2 and she was much fruitier/sweeter than this one is. I can still taste some sweetness in #3, but she also tastes bit more harsh than I remember from #2. I yielded 16 gr from the 3rd plant and never weighed the first two, they just went straight to my edibles pile, but I’ll guess they may have yielded another 16 gr combined, which would total 32 gr for 3 plants. The Barney’s Farm NYC Diesel turned out pretty nice. Got some pretty nice and solid buds from her. She definitely tastes and hits like Diesel. I’m very happy with this girl. She only yielded 18 gr dried, but I didn’t really do any training with her at all. And she survived through all of my soil and ph issues like a champ! Back to the living…. So, I’m figuring I’m about mid-way into flower now with the 6 girls I have flowering. Overall, I’m very happy with how things are going. The buds are coming in strong on all plants, they are stinky and sticky and I’m not complaining about anything really. But, I still see more yellow than I like. Last week I fed Recharge, Mammoth P, MegaCrop, and CalMag+. I don’t feed all of those at once, Recharge & Mammoth P one time, MegaCrop & CalMag+ the next, then the 3rd is usually straight water. I also seem to be able to go at least a day between waterings/feedings. Anyway, yellowing leaves during flower seems to be most common with a Nitrogen deficiency as far as I can tell. I’m tempted to feed in a round or two of veg nutes to see how that goes. One more thing… I transplanted my clones and seedlings into larger nursery pots today. They were transplanted into pots with soil that has been composting/recharging for almost a month now based on some of the tips from the books I have been reading. I’m excited to see how they react to their new environment.

Day 64, 22nd of November 2021: Hi there! Here we go..... so basically pistils are appearing stronger this is the 2nd weeks since they started producing pre flowers. The plants getting a bit light might be some air circulation problem? However they look good and of course closer to the end the gettin' older so the leaves also die. Set up and timing is the same since flower season started. ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the Red Poison & Purple Lemonade in my other diaries 😱 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Dark Devil Auto is otherwise healthy and starting show hints of colour in the stems 😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. It already has a solid skunky/hash plant smell on the fingers after adjusting them and it looks like it might actually be a tripod mute with three flower sites per node. Hopefully I can stretch it out and take advantage of the extra bud potential 🙏 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. June 9th - nutrient delivery on the 11th will also see a fence with 6” square holes, be wrapped around the 15 gallon pots for branch support. The 3 pots can then be anchored to the ground for Stability. - dressing the substrate surface (x 3) with a Mulch featuring Worm Castings. Then watering 14th - visited and fed, dinner posted above. 2nd feed in the feed-feed-water cycle. - plant continues to grow and continues to be beat-up by the high winds in that agricultural corridor. Shot a short video of how tough the winds have been. Weed is bloody tough. Then again its a weed - ea plant fed 1.5 gal ahead of this coming hot humid week ! 15th - last day of the week

She did well but the main problem was under feeding. She just wasn’t getting enough water from which she suffered tremendously as the growth through the vegetation was almost at a standstill. The plus side is that she is quite resilient.
