Day 1 - 03/31/2022 Hello, World! 34th Street AK-47 Autoflower from OCS.ca germinated in 1 day after placing seeds in the freezer over night before planting. This was my 3rd attempt and the freezing method seemed to have done the trick! Sprouted on day 4. I placed the seed in the Aerogarden sponge pod and didn’t press it down too much. When the tap root started, it had nothing to grip onto, so I solved this by cutting a small portion of another sponge and placed it above the seed securing it in place with a loose “lid” on top so the sprout could easily push through. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 3 - 04/02/2022 Hygrometer is in. Was drier than a popcorns fart in the closet so I got the humidifier going and it’s looking good. Went from 22% to 38% humidity in ~1 hour. pH, water temp and EC/PPM all seemed high so I added ~0.5 mL of pH Down that brought the levels to 5.4 (too low). I added ~2 cups of Brita filtered water (water was getting low anyway) before I went to bed from the fridge that helped raise the pH, lower the EC/PPM, and the temp by a few degrees as well. In an attempt to cool the water down a bit over night, I took the “cap” off of the Aerogarden reservoir to let the water ‘breath’ while the light was off between 2 am and 6 am – that did not work... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 4 - 04/03/2022 Water temp remains high at around 28 c. I replaced about 1/3 of the tank with new water and added ~1ml of Miracle Grow. Didn't effect the water temp at all. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 6 - 04/05/2022 Levels appear the same. Tomorrow I’ll change the water out and start adding FloraMicro, FloraGrow and FloraBloom with some CaliMagic. Might pick up some Root inoculate of sorts or at least some preventative root rot formula – better safe than sorry. I’ll have to start seriously taking care of the water temp as well. Having it always around the 30 degree mark is not good. On a side note, I inadvertently found a great way to bump up humidity and air temp quickly: add boiling/hot water to the humidifier. My humidifier ran out of water over night while I was asleep. At 6:30 am I was lucky enough to notice since the humidifier rattles when empty. Humidity was down to 38% at that point. I went back to bed, woke up at 8:30 and it was down to 28%. As luck would have it, there was some left over boiling water on the stove in a kettle and I needed something easy to pour with. I checked back 30 minutes later and the air humidity/temp was up to 60% / 30 C respectively. This was also the first time I added nutrients other than the NutriGrow formula. I mixed everything together in 16 cups of water. NOTE TO SELF: 16 cups is not enough for 1.1 gallons! I had to add another 5 cups of water/nutrients to get the water volume right. I added a bit of NutriGrow only in the last 5 cups with ~1mL of pH down (didn’t measure; kept applying in small doses until pH was around 6). I'm going to give her a few more days still, we're not quite there yet. Doesn't look like I'm going to pull much off of this one... but we'll see. There are a few really nice dense nugs.

They looking good, but temp is a little too high. It is what it is One of the plants (In front to the left) is more frosty, with less amber pistils. But overall the trichomes are starting to go from crystal to cloudy. On day 1 the PH of the reservoir is 6.1. I changed out my reservoir. My tallest cola is 3.25" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. I'm still getting runoff on my right plant at night maybe the low humidity drying out the pots too quick? I decided to lower the flow rate by 1 carrot (total of 2 carrots tightened since first runoff event). The leaves are starting to produce more trichomes :) On day 2 the PH of the reservoir was adjusted the PH from 6.2 to 6.1. My tallest cola is 3.25" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. I'm starting to smell terps when the leaves are rubbed it and smells good :) On day 5 I raised my reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. I increased my blumats flow by 2 carrots. I dropped my new light on my plants splitting the trunk of the right plant. I used duct tape on the wound and the plant seems okay so far. I smashed a few top colas accidentally and hope they will be OK. I have decided to install the new light after this run when there are no plants in the box. On day 6 The reservoirs PH is 6.2. I installed my new AC infinity carbon filter and increased inline airflow to keep up with smell and humidity/transpiration.. The plants are smelling very nice. The trichomes are increasing and the buds are growing in size. So far the damaged plant shows no negative consequences 😅 On day 7 the reservoirs PH was 6.0 so I adjusted it up to 6.3. I increased the flow rate of my blumat on the right plant by one more carrot bringing it back to its original state before there was a runaway. I turned off my dehumidifier and will monitor my humidity/temperatures going forward.

Week 10 is been magical.. Sour D is showing really good smell, different one.. similar with one I smoked from the streets.. plant is a bit smaller than gelato just beside it but man, they both are reaching the stars.. my biggest plants ever.. so far Barneys farm is showing really good genetics in my hands.. let’s gooo I will cut off silicon and big bud from next week on 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Finally got my buddy to come out and add in a 20 amp outlet so I can fire up a better light. Still using quantum boards but with a 4500k spectrum. Got in a foliar with the Growzyme from green buzz liquids. Fed them right before I took the pics they look a little sad but hopefully they bounce back quickly. Not much else going on. Day 8 - I topped off each of the solo cups with a little more soil. Might just be my lighting but the leaves are looking kinda light in color to me. Other than that everything seems to be going well. Day 9 - Leaf color looks fine now, probably just the white balance in the photos. I picked up some free worm tea from my local hydro shop today and gave most of it to my outdoor garden (no cannabis) and a small portion to the ladies in the tent. It's looking like they're almost large enough to transplant but I still haven't set up my larger tent yet. Soon! Day 12 - Finished setting up my new tent and transplanted the ladies. Tent is 100x100x200cm and I now have 2 300w 2nd Gen Roleadro LEDs. Going to see if this Cellmax Rootbooster makes any difference in the transplant. I'd noticed the 3BOG was looking kinda droopy lately. It was also the only transplant that didn't go smoothly so hopefully it will make it through all this stress. Not sure what was causing the drooping originally though, all plants have been cared for the same until now. Day 14 - Noticing some light curling on the leaves. I'm thinking it's just the low humidity but I moved the lights up a few inches just to be safe. I haven't given them a full watering yet in the new 3 gallon pots so maybe the humidity will rise once they get some water. (Humidity up to 34% a few hours after watering)

2 ever differing plants here. #1 I think is very much ready to cut and will be doing so over the next day or two. Foxtail mad plant. #2 is gonna be another week I reckon. Still very leafy and starting to foxtail more so won't leave too much longer. Could be a very heavy one depending on how much needs to be trimmed.

So I harvested the top half of the canopy at day 58 while leaving the bottom half to finish up for another week. Looks like the best yield so far running for my runtz muffin grows. Also dropped the water temp at night to promote colouration of the buds which seems to be working very well.
