New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. Rainbow Melon is a total superstar! It's easily the biggest plant in the whole tent. I find it really interesting how the leaves get all droopy in the morning, then perk right back up in the afternoon. It's like it has its own internal clock. I'm curious to see if this pattern continues as it grows. Last week was awesome! I finally got around to giving all my plants a little upgrade – I repotted them into some bigger homes. They're all looking so happy and healthy now, it's crazy. I can't wait to see how much they grow this year!

This little plant is turning out to be some really pretty looking stuff with a great fruit smell like pinnapple and some skunk smell on the back end. The pics don’t do it justice the colors in the calex of the buds is super strong

She starting to stretch

Auto Maxi Gom is growing well this last week. She has moved more into a preflowering phase. Looks like she is getting ready to start stretching. She is looking really healthy. I am just a little on the heavy side for feeding. I am switching her to bloom nutrition on her next feeding. So I will have to guess the strength since this is the first time using Xpert in blooming. Vegging was about half the recommended dose as the chart listed for a coco grow. Everything is going really good. Week 7 and all is going very well with their transition to the tanks. They have begun to weave roots into the matting now so are well anchored. The C Banana has been streching out well and I am continuing the bends and squashing her stem to create a decent knot to hold her down where she is quaded. It always looks so rough but the end results can be amazing for repair strength. The monster zkittelz is a little.more busy and robust. She has some nice thick and hardy stems building and i expect she knows her fruit weight to come . Using the squashing and bending does add a little more recovery time each session but the punishment is no worse than nature would throw their way if wild. Always worth remembering a little stress can work wonders. Dont be afraid to control your grows , YOU put a lot into them , you deserve a reward for the comittment. Guys. Holy shit these genetics are fuckin fire.. assuming the next 4 weeks go fine. Day 27 of flower These trigger so damn fast, stacked so many bracts from day 21 to day... we’re not even to day 28 guys. These look like day 35 shit. Oh my goodness this is impressive if I may say so. Now the main thing is gonna he not fucking up the feeds. These are tiny containers and we are having salt build ups as a result of the quick dryback. Flushing tomorrow with light nutes to cleanse any of that BS These all look amazing. What amazing genetics! The trunk on this hag at 21 days could support a huge cola right now! Underneath the lateral growth is happening without any sun, the giant fan leaves from this obvious Indica dom are preventing any light from getting down there. Once we flower I’ll use those branches for clones and keep that central kola going. This is a rare plant, I feel fortunate to be working with a powerful plant like this.

Well, as it's been 8 full weeks now it's time to change to flora, today the 24th of July 2023 I'm changing the time from vega to flora so they will take 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness thus starting the flowering phase, today I should have watered with top bloom from top crop but it ended up that I watered only with water and I'll wait for the next watering I'll already water with top bloom from top crop and let's see what these beautiful girls do, I was going to leave another time in vega another two weeks apparently i'm going to move so i don't know if i'm going to have much time left in this house so i'm going to take advantage of the time i have and already putting them to bloom

Overall Grow Experience This run was smooth and rewarding. The plant responded well to training, Gaia Green nutrients held up beautifully, and the structure stayed strong all the way to harvest. Nutrient Line – Gaia Green Organics Organic, easy to use, and very forgiving. This line really impressed me and delivered healthy growth and solid flower development. Will definitely continue using it. Training Technique Mainlining worked great on this strain. Created a clean structure with even canopy and solid colas. Timing could be improved, but overall worth the effort. Final Thoughts I’m satisfied with how this grow turned out. Learned a lot and already planning how to improve the next run. This strain is definitely one I’d grow again. Thank you all for following!

Harvested Z1 (Zkittlez 1) at 95 days and Z2 (Zkittlez 2) at 90 days, At week 11 the trichomes were 90% milky with 50% orange pistils. They both received a minimum 2 full water flush, what I mean by that is a good 20% runoff to get all that built up out of the fabric pots. Note to self. 7 Gallon pots were unnecessary for these autos, 5 Gallons would be more than sufficient possibly even 3 Gallon. I believed the yield would be more considering how dense these buds are. I had forgotten Z2 had been massacred throughout this grow, unintentional topping as she was starting to flower and the carbon filter which fell on the plant damaging the top bud and other smaller bud sites. Taking these into consideration and after weighing Z1 I am very impressed by Fastbudz genetics especially under 13 weeks! I added a video of Z1 & Z2 dry weight to show transparency of my end results for this grow. I think better internodal spacing could allow for better bud development hence a better yield. Overall extremely pleased. Z1 = 97gr Z2= 61gr Density of Buds: 10/10 Resin: 9/10 Smell: 10/10 Dry Time and Cure for Smoke Report: 6 days (are now placed in Masson jars open lid for the next 2 days then 30 min x2/day) at Relative Humidity 60% // Temp: 72° F Smoke Report : High THC can be felt but not overpowering. Easily tell its heavier on the Indica side - will only know for sure once I try Zkittlez pheno 1. Curing will take some time. Generally I find 8 weeks minimum tends to give me a good quality product. I will be burping the mason jars twice a day for the next 2 weeks or so and add a 58% Bodeva pack. I prefer 58% vs 62% because I tend to use a Pax vaporizer. 00
