Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. 1st Week of Flowering! 28 Aug - first 10am-10pm (12hr) cycle today, having had a shorter light period yesterday to adjust to 10-10. LST’d most plants - reminding ones tomorrow will be done. Drying out pots as felt like was overwatering - will monitor wilting and water tomorrow evening but hopefully won’t suffer too much. High temps with LED’s at 60% intensity today. Turned to 70% tonight as need to lower hanging height having LST’d but didn’t want to upset plants in dark cycle as too late (lights off). Will turn back to 60% and drop to 45cm having seen canopy adjust to LST. 29 Aug - all plants watered w/2ml/L seaweed & 3ml/L flower powerfeed. Learning to control humidity & temps. All progressing. More LST done today but forgot an overall picture! Biscotti Mintz showcasing its strong genetics. 30 Aug - going well! 31 Aug - turned lights from 70-%50 as maybe, maybe(?) too intense…just felt instinctively to do so. No yellowing but don’t look 110%? 1 Sept - all watered w/ 3ml/L liquid feed, 1L each. Also raised lights a little (5cm) to get better coverage. Looking good. 2 Sept - going well. Seems like plants enjoying 50% light @50cm approx. 3 Sept - progressing further. Moved plants 5-10cm closer to tent door so far plant was under light a bit more so more even. Will maybe up light to 60% commencing week 2 of flower tomorrow. Will water tomorrow having top dressed with organic dry medium bloom nutes to help keep P levels up since low in Powerfeed I’m using.

🗓️ WEEK 2 / DAYS 8-14 (flo) 💧 To tackle this week, I've increased the EC to 1.8, PH is nicely oscillating between 5.9 and 6.1. Her thirst is definitely increasing, as she's now drinking about 2.5 LT/day. 🌱 As early as day 10 of flowering she was already clearly showing preflowers – much earlier than any other photoperiod strains I've grown before, I'm really impressed! The plant seems to have undergone a complete metamorphosis and has become absolutely beautiful; you can really see it in the video I took on day 14 flo. Around mid-week, I did another round of defoliation – nothing too extreme, but it was necessary to improve air circulation and expose more of those preflower sites to the light. In terms of stretching, she shot up from 29 cm to 42 cm this week!

The room is short of Space, but buds are well growing. I had yellow marks starting on the leaves and I decided to add a bit of calmag, it looks like it might be good. I had to cut off few leaves, and I have reorganize the disposition a bit for more homogeneity. All looks good.

Been a bit of a strange plant the older gelato..small bud sites hoping she pops but I don’t have much hope for her it’ll be a case of ‘quality over quantity’ I think but that’s all good she smells amazing so frosty and sticky! The smaller gelato is still in preflower I took all the undergrowth away so she’s recovering from that but she looks good too!

Hoping these girls start to bulk up soon. This is all organic- just being fed with water, glucose, and the Gaia Green soil bloom nutrient top dressings every other week. Goal is to see what I can do with bare minimum and then press the yields with nutrient feedings in the future. Anyone with organic growing experience - these look normal size for where we are at in flower? I know we have a month or so to go but the roots seem to be pretty compacted at this point in 5 gallons pots. I think I’d go to 3 - 10 gallon fabric pots for next grow. Let me know what works best for you.

Got all 5 sprouted with in 3 days under sf4000 , beast of a light. Humidity was around 80, 90% Planted straight into 5 galon pot about 😎👌😎

The video is probably the quickest update 😄 My next run; i plan to be less of a Variety King and finally use my SCROG net. The beans I'll be running to scrog are Royal Cookies and El Patron (both RQS), if anyone has any experience with those strains? I'll be running a smaller Apple Fritter and Blue Cheese auto too... hey, I have very discerning terp-buds, ok?!
