Aug 2: Mimosa Shot is hitting her stride now. She didn’t like the cooler temperatures as much as Sunday Punch EV, for example, but she’s loving this hot start to August. Aug 3: done with force flowering and will now just leave her in the yard. So, back up to 15.5 h of daylight here now. Still using far red light at dusk. Aug 6: Mimosa Shot has stretched again, likely mostly due to 3 days of hot weather.

Back to the 1000 wt as temps here are modest for July atm. Still 1 plant not flowering like the other 2. I will be patient as it’s overall structure looks amazing. Slowly easing into the process not as much anxiety about every little thing. Changed my light out for my lower power 600 wt led instead of the 1000wt TMLAPY. Maybe not the right move i really don't know what to do b/c i have tip burn and my tent gets a bit hot in the low 80s when its in the 90s here in Illinois. I have an makeshift cooler w fan and some fans and my exhaust fan system which im pretty sure is under powered and overall and bad beginner purchase. I will upgrade as soon as i can financially afford to. Also had flooding issues in basement which is always an adventure, i eventually need a better way to get my grow tent up off the ground b/c water does get in there sometimes. Doing everything in my power to avoid mold and have fans and filters and cleaning, but again this may have been a beginner mistake and i may have to find a new home for the tent for the next time. Also I definitely had been under watering the girls and came close to one of them dying and have to remove some yellow leaves at bottom, they all look stable now. 1 out of 3 plants has a darker color and looks fuller and healthier w less tip burn but it is shorter only has a couple of hairs where the other 2 are going full on into flowering with so many hairs and growing much taller. Possibly stunted the growth... Anyway the word of the day for this week is TIP BURN. I will submit a question to follow. i recently uploaded a video that should show all 3 plants w the tip burn.

This was an easy grow, and had some amazing results. This is some of my best homegrown to date ❤️ the ladies were easy to manage, no PM, pests or disease. The root balls were enormous, wasn’t much soil to recover. They got heavy in the end from the weight but managed to stay upright for the most part. They were big stretchers , prepare for that, scrog was a good way to go but some of the eager beavers got away from me, which ended in some massive colas. Overall easy to grow, no surprises and you won’t regret the results! 10/10 ❤️👊🤤

A week on everything is going ok. The mutant is still hanging in there doing its own thing with growth. The other two are coming along nicely, the smaller one is very uniform and has good structure to it. The bigger one is just a beast! Growth is rapid and the shape is nice. She drinks a lot more than the other two. Getting the second light was a good idea based on the umol m2 (572 with both switches on).

I added kelp fertilizer to the water twice during the week. She is about 3 inches tall. I have had her under a dome for these past two weeks. The Mandarin Squeeze sisters are growing good. They got a solution change today. The colas are bulking and getting a lot of frost on and around them. She has not started smelling strong yet. Great day at the growdiaries.com communauté 🌞🌱🌱🌱🌞 À peine à 7 heures après l'avoir mise dans le verre d'eau que la voilà déjà au fond du verre d'eau. 💦🌞🌱😜 08/15: depuis 24h dans le verre d'eau Hr: 70% T°: 23°C et toujours rien aucun germe, l'effet loupe du vere ma permit de voir que la graine s'ouvrait comme un moule, le germe devrait pas tarder à sortir. normalement d'ici 24h le germe devrait être apparent. normalement je met +/- 5 jours pour faire germer une graine! j'hésite encore quand à l'utilisation du waterfarmer car je doit tamponé les billes d'argiles aisi que que le rockwool chose que je n'avais pas anticipé, pour le rockwool ça semble plutôt simple: trempé 24 h dans une solution ayant un ph entre 5.5 et 6 pendant +/-48 heureus (merde j'ai oublié d'ajouter du root juice et du canna start à ma solution). Pour les billes d'argilles ça deviend plus compliqué faut les nettoyer et les tamponer meme celle de chez plagron (je suis très étoner qu'ils n'aient pas tamponés eux même leurs billes destinés à de l'hydroponique. en faisant deux trois recherche j'ai trouver des billes déjà nétoyer ayant un ph bas mais pas précisé sois disant près à l'emplois. on verra ça demain à l'arrivé du colis. dans tous les cas si je n'utilise pas le waterfarmer, j'utilserai un pot en geo-textile de 15L (lightmix/coco/perlite/humusLombric/guano/trichodermas) 3 portions de lightmix pour une de coco et d'humus, le reste lire la notice :D 23:03: je vois le radicule sortir fébrilement grâce au verre "nutela" 😂 qui ont un fond qui à un effet loupe , le waterfarmer sera pour le prochain plant :(, lesson a retenir, se documenter avant de faire quoique soit! 08/16: la graine à germer 💚 et la graine s'entre-ouvrait je voyais le vert/blanc des cotelydons dans l'ouverture. Going into week two I did a reservoir change and added 1 tsp of GH Floramicro, Floragro and Florabloom for a total of 3 tsp of base nutrients instead of 3 3/4 to try and combat the yellowing of the leaves. Iv also added 18 ml of B-52 to help alleviate the stress this girls experiencing. May increase nutrients dependent on leaf colour and how much water/nutes are used over the next few days. I will also be adding in some benificial fungi + bacteria and some calmag. This will happen over the next few days as I dont want to shock her. After adding the calcium, magnesium and iron the yellowing improved significantly. As you can see in the video from day 13 though the roots are a little brown. I did add RAW microbes and im wondering if the browning is just a stain. If not though, being new to this I don't know if this amount of browning is something to worry about just yet. On day 13 I removed the plant dome as my humidifier finally arrived. Nice bonus is my temps went down since its a cool mist humidifier. As of day 13 I'm running at 60% RH and 23.5 C. Any comment to let me know your take on the root browning would be awesome. Thanks for following.

Great easy cultivar to grow, even with the pythium issues in the higher temp DWC. The harvest was very resinous, the terpenes are amazing. The final weight should be pretty good, plants are finishing dry, I'll post dry weight when known. Thanks for hanging out and watching this girl grow :)😎

Week 7 Flower - Notice that the tops of some of the Tops are pretty hard. Think they got a bit cooked by the LED... Hifi 4G & Blueberry Pics are missing from this week...I thought I had taken some footage, but seems that I got distracted. Work has been nuts so not surprising that I gapped on that. Hifi 4G is needed more support. Looks like a blue ribbon chaos around it. Blueberry looks fantastic.

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. Now we are in week 8. Plants stopped growing. I will let them grow two more weeks and then I will at least harvest two of them. Depending on the trichomes I will keep the other two for 4-5 weeks more, because I will be away ... traveling lets hope that the sun is coming out again and that the buds get bigger and bigger in the last two weeks. BTW I stopped giving any type of nutrients, just water.

05.04.21 Anfang der 3ten blüte Woche.Hab mich jetzt dazu entschieden das biegen und binden ein zu stellen natürlich halte ich weiter die Blätter unter dem netzt aber ich erlaube den Ladys jetzt durch das Netz auf zu steigen hab ja noch genügend Platz nach oben(hoffe ich). Das Wachstum is immer noch ziemlich stark ich denke mal das wird sich diese Woche auch nicht wirklich viel dran ändern und sie zieht vom trinken her stark an hab anfang der ersten woche 1x 4l mit Zusätzen gegossen und das hat 7 Tage gehalten bin jetzt an Tag 15 und muss alle 4 Tage 4l giessen gutes Zeichen denke ich mal..... 06.04.21 hab heute nur Blätter unters netzt gesteckt und schon von meinem nächsten Grow geträumt..... 07.04.21 wieder ein Tag vergangen und mehr als Blätter unterm Netz halten und hier und da mal ein Blatt entfernen war heut auch wieder nicht los... 08.04.21 heute war mal wieder bewässern dran und das tägliche Spiel Blätter weg stecken sonnst war nix weiter..... 09.04.21 hab das gefühl das das Wachstum anfängt sich ein zu stellen und Blätter hab ich heut wieder unters netzt gebogen was das hoch drücken der Blätter betrifft sind die Ladys ziemlich stark und eigenwillig gehe 2x täglich runter drücken unters netz werde nächstes mal eine kürzere Maschen weite fürs netz nehmen dachte 10 cm ist genug platz aber 5 cm pro Kästchen sollten sicher auch reichen das macht das spiel mit dem biegen und binden sicherlich einfacher und lässt die Blätter besser an Ort und Stelle Ach ja und ein paar Blätter hab ich heute noch entfernt ist aber auch bald mal Ende mit Blätter entfernen ich will sie nicht zu stark stressen... 10.04.21 Blätter unterm netz halten knapp 2 Std einige Blätter entfernt die von unten gegen die buds drücken sonnst war nix.... 11.04.21 hab heute wieder mal nur Blätter unters netzt gedrückt und den Pflanzen beim wachsen zu geschaut die Woche lief super bin echt stolz auf mich das ich die Finger so gut von der schere lassen könnte die letzten 21 Tage hab das netzt mal fast voll bekommen obwohl ich zu geben muss das die Masse die da wächst mir angst macht vor schimmel im späteren Verlauf des grows....

She's looking great! Slight smell but the pistils are long white n wispy 😋😋 any minute now she should be doing her thing. Gave her the last set of nutes last water. 12/15: Lowered the lights a little bit and installed a new fan to increase airflow. Starcandy is the garden star..she's be the best producer and smells wonderful...can't quite put my finger on it yet..a little less fuel nose than the last ones....more of a sweet smell. Skunk is stating to bud up pretty quickly now, but has no malodorous emanations as of yet. Starcandy x Gelato is still very much in the lead and frosting up very nicely. Starcandy x Strawberry Cheesecake smells killer....just wish she was bigger. Pineapple Express is starting to fatten. She has very thick pistils and smells just like she's supposed to now. Strawberry Pie doesn't seem like she's gonna stretch much... 12/16: Fed today. SP is frosting up already ..still no stank from the Skunk..
