Week 10 Flower — The Beauty Before the Finish This week marks a very special chapter in the Eternity Grow Cup. As we approach harvest, the garden is simply glowing with beauty. Every corner, every canopy, every branch tells a story — and this week, I’ve taken the time to slow down and capture that story as best I can through the lens of my camera. All the photos you’ll see in this update were taken with care and intention. I use my Sony camera in full manual focus mode, and I don’t just snap and go — I spend time with each plant, each angle, waiting for that perfect moment when everything aligns. These are not just photos to document — they’re my attempt to reflect the feeling of the room, the energy of the grow, and the soul of each plant. Just like with the videos, I don’t shoot randomly and decide later. I record what matters, and what I record, I use. It keeps me focused, organized, and deeply connected to the process — and I believe it helps me tell the story more clearly, whether through stills or moving pictures. But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. Looks so beautiful and smells even better, so in love with this strain, has surprised me a lot, I would love to grow her again, very nice plant, maybe not the best in yield but quality is assured. 🤤💎🌱

Just got these cuttings and they’re 2 weeks old in living soil. Gonna wait a couple of days then repot in coco with dots, guano, castings and recharge.

02/12/21 The plants are really coming along well - one plant may be a male (see photos for the tall and skinny one) need to consider removing this tomorrow it is affecting the lighting of the plants in its pod because it is so tall the light needs to be higher. Lights at 80% and hung 20 inches away in general. 1ml Biogrow and 2ml Bio Heaven every other day.

So there's a few things going on here. First, im not entirely sure if this is amnesia. I started 3 grows at the same time and have forgotten to label them when i've repotted them. This is the most sativa out of the batch of 3 (others are girl scout cookies and monster skittlez) and its supposed to flower for 12 weeks or something like that. However, this is week 7 of flower (or possibly 8, still finding it difficult to pinpoint that) and looking at the trichromes i have a feeling that she is ready for harvest. I'm hoping you guys can help me out here - so theres two questions id like to ask: - does this look like an amnesia fotoperiod plant? and, - according to the trichrome shots : is she about ready for harvest? thanks!

Day 22 22/07/24 Monday Nothing new to report. Starting to see them beautiful fans appear that's all 😁✌️ Day 23 23/07/24 Tuesday Feed today, giving her straight all nutes Inc flowering nutes. I will update the dose as they grow and develop a bigger hunger. Video updates 💚 Day 24 24/07/24 Wednesday She was doing a climb, so I have topped her today 😁 she's strong I'm sure she will recover well 🤞 Day 26 26/07/24 Friday Plain de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today, 1L. Day 28 28/07/24 Sunday Feed today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. She is showing recovery from topping now.

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

Hi Growmies, This was her last week of heavy feeding. I have already decreased the nutes for the coming week and will probably start flushing her the week after. So that she should be finished by the end of the contest pretty much. Regardless of her age the rootball has shrunk only a little bit. I have also taken her out of the scrog to enable the canopy to open up further and allow more light penetration for the maturation of the buds. This worked actually very well, as the weight of the buds pull the plant open. Thanks for stepping by and until next week!

OMG THE CRYSTALS! Wow first time using any carbohydrates on hydro. I even went with a low dose of 5ml per gal to top it off! The buds grew funky shaped not sure why. But they are really filling in now! And the smell is amazing. Prob 5x stronger then the monther plant that finished flowering in soil not hydro. Pretty good week, no problems. Added a dehumidifier yesterday (Saturday). And also bought a new light. The light should arrive on Tuesday. Looking forward to that because then I’ll be able to spread them out further so they’ll all have as much room to grow as they need. I believe they’ve started flowering, that happened like day 24 when I first noticed the white hairs coming out of the bud sites. They really took off growing mid way through the week. Like twice the growth as the prior week. I haven’t been defoliating per se, I have been tucking & tying leaves down. Many of the secondary flowering nodes have actually surpassed the main cola’s of my plants height wise. Those that did I tied slightly back down. Really wish I could cut a few branches off them without stressing them out. Oh well. Such is the bane of autoflower growing. The new light I bought is a Colofrog 2021 CF 2400 LED w/Samsung LM301H Osram Diodes. From what I gathered online, it’s a better light than the Mars hydro tsw 2000 I currently own. I’ve got my ts 1000 in the tent currently just to get through until the new light comes Tuesday.

this strain is amazing!! I loved growing it, despite very slow growth and very small internodal spaces, it is very resistant to stress and topping!! it revealed itself in flowering with pretty compact buds, a smell of bugs (yes, bugs!!), with strong notes of grapefruit, gasoline... no waste in the taste!! I recommend, I will grow it again

Papaya sherbet what can I say? Has given me a run for my money but the end result is exactly what I wanted. Nice frosty thick: cola beautiful node spacing cannot wait to see how the rainbow melon turns out. Fast buds for life.🔥💯

This week there growing vigorously some plans have gained 6-8 inches in past week!! Had to do some pruning and low stress training to keep the light just right. Went ahead and cranked up all the lights to 100% to aid in flowering as well. Enjoying the features of my new Led setup.Have started to tune the nutrients to support flowering. Taking small steps. There are no signs of stress so far. Finally added a dehumidifier to keep moisture at bay, along with a massive exhaust fan.Still have to be patient and let the lady's tell me what they want. 🙂

2/19 Week 8 She is topping 35 inches despite all we could do to control the Flowering growth. Hate to think how tall she would be if we had not. So down the line most likely some bend and secure on the high buds in her near future. Nuets up a little some PK in the mix seems to be really spurring bud growth. She really does seem to like her accommodations. 2/21 Clean up day! Defoliated bottom of plant as finally we are no longer as concerned with stretch. Can really see her structure now, in particular compared to the FF7 beside her. Continuing to increase the nuets slightly 2/22 New tent setup! More light more room!... well for now

At the start of this week I bought another lumatek light for the 2nd tent and I'm already seeing the rewards. We have a smart meter and it seems the tent cost on average is 5p per hour so why the fuck not get another one eh?🤷‍♂️🏼 I have been feeding the solo plant from the wilma Res so it stays consistent but I'll be flushing them very soon indeed. Aug 9: defoliated again to remove lower branches and shaded fan leaves that can prevent air circulation. She is doing great with the buds thickening fast. Starting to get smelly too. Got the UV lights out today. This helps Edmonton in August or September be more like California in June or July. Maybe not that effective but that’s the idea. Second year using the UV lights and worked great last year. Aug 10: UV lights going again today.
