Day 23 The third week of flowering is complete. Most of the height growth is finished. Time for a radical defoliation. The girls look great. Unfortunately, Kush has formed hermaphrodites on the flowers in the shade. I hope that I have removed them all. The lamp will be raised to 100% output in two stages.

This week has been good for these little ones, the runoff was a bit high for my liking so I gave them more water before feeding to help flush out their medium and introduced the bloom nutrients as they are now entering flower. Got one purple looking ones, one green ones and one mixed that is leaning more towards green in terms of colour profile. I remember before when growing these strains I was disappointed in the fact they where not all purple. Now I know and don't care to much. Nothing crazy on the smells so far, hoping they get real juicy and tasty in the next coming weeks. The PH has been harder to lower when the nutrient solution is mixed, it takes more PH down to get ti to the 5.8 that I''m aiming for. Hopefully they explode in growth in the next few weeks.

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. Here's the link for anyone using quantum boards, it has different spectrum calculators. It's been really useful setting my light up so big thank you to HLG (even though I have a Geeklight) and a thank you to the GML show on YouTube for bringing it to growers attention (I love that weekly show, so much info and perspective) https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/blogs/calculators/converting-lux-to-ppfd Hope everyone's staying safe and growing 😎

Plant has been getting straight pH balanced water this last week and minimal nutes. It is showing some slight nute burn so I let off a bit and raised the light canopy about 6”. I discovered that what I thought was a calcium or potassium deficiency was actually a rookie grower error by me. I have an RO system that I use to water all my strains in the grow room including this one, but when adding nutes to the water, it takes too long so I had been filling them up with well water. When I had originally tested the well water, I must had used a faulty testing agent as after testing it this last week, I was showing a pH of 7.5 vs. my RO of 6.2. Thus, every time I was adding nutes (multiple times a week) I was significantly fluctuating the pH between regular feedings and nutrient additions. To make matters worse, when I originally thought it was nute burn, I flushed each plant with well water and likely caused additional stress. Anyway, I have since learned that the well water needs to be treated, I only utilize RO water the last few days and plan to do so over this next week. Also, I have turned off the CO2 system as I was starting to see signs of heat stress on a couple of the strains (not this one). The literature I have reviewed suggested that these strains might be able to handle heat closer to 90F but it was also causing issues with high humidity so when I added a dehumidifier, it pushed the day temp to between 90-92F and the overnight temps were not getting low enough (maybe 85F or so). Maybe I could leave out the dehumidifier, but I was getting rH of 70% and didn’t want to risk any bud rot or mildew growth. So for now, I have turned off the CO2 and am getting high temps of 81F with 60% humidity and overnight temps of 74F and 50% humidity. The Future #1 has shown the least signs of stress and is fattening up its buds very nicely. Over the next few weeks I will start monitoring the trichomes for a nice milky color for harvesting.

All the same from my diary from Thc Bomb exempting the pest ....the pest where fine on my obi-wan until I put end-all on my Thc Bomb after its 👀 liked to move into my obi-wan so obi-wan add the same little treatment with end-all For this week fertilizers I’m gonna go 1/4 of recommend strength for hydro ...I do have sign of little over fertilizer on her but I’m not worry I always been pushing my fertilizer really high when growing indoor and never add bad results , just need to know when to give them a little slack/ brakes 😉 Need theses thing gone before next week 😡 the pleasure of growing outside

Auto Opium week 8 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debbie., in the 80 with low humidity Auto Opium is thin and spindly, branches continue to bend so I added hoop supports. I sure hope she makes it to the end in one piece. If necessary, I remove the colas and chuck into the freezer.. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Thank you @DivineSeeds Thanks for the visits, likes and comments, I appreciate all the plant love💚. Have fun & love what you grow 💚 Sending you good vibes of love, light, and healing 💫 💫Natrona 💫

Week 8 Flower The last week of flush for these two. They were taken down on Day 56, after a 16 Day flush. I think Twin2 could have finished at 7 weeks, but of course I hadn't planned for this, or I would have flushed sooner. So she was taken to the originally planned 8 weeks. Twin2 has also foxtailed quite a bit, from only slightly higher temps and also because she's having a last attempt at catching any pollen in order to reproduce. Although the pots were slightly damp still when I harvested, it is best to take them down when they're dry. The only reason I didn't, was because I knew I'd be too busy the next day, and there were plants in veg that were desperate to be thrown into the flower tent! The pics do make them look wetter than they were though. Their fan leaves were taken off and they were each hung in seperate boxes, where they'll dry as slowly as possible for between 6-10 days. I dont suffer with very high humidity, so I'm able to do this without any issues. When I feel it is too humid, I simply burp the box for the first day or 2 once a day. The slower the dry the better the buds will taste/smell. Once she's dry enough she'll be trimmed and jarred for curing. It's going to be a pretty tough one for keeper pheno! They both have similar but very different smells. By that I mean, they both smell very floral and sweet, but T2 smells extra sweet (although definitely not as dense). That doesn't mean T1 doesn't smell just as nice. Hers buds are thicker and more dense, so even though I've favourited T2 in the pics, I think I'm leaning towards T1 still. But in all honesty it's still down to dry weight and the taste test! This can all be looked forward to in the harvest update! It's been a seriously fun diary with these two twins. I'm definitely glad I separated them. Do you think you'll attempt to separate them after seeing my experience? Please let me know! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

Things picking up now. Set up my in tent camera so that I can monitor the grow room and temps from my Phone! Great little gadget! Makes my work a lot easier too. More pictures of the girls shortly. My instagram had been deleted for no reason exactly, I don't know. So if you could take a moment to follow the new one; flavours_uk Would appreciate it a lot as I post more there than I do here. Thanks and stay tuned! Biggest Stardawg girl is 25cm tall on Day 29. Also updating on Youtube. Stardawg now 31cm tall on Day 31, impressive growth. DAY 32: Done some slight LST and leaf tucking to expose the bud sites to more light for more tops as I can tell pre flowers will soon start to appear.
