Green gelato is an awesome strain that keeps evolving. A real pleasure for the eye to see. Royal gorilla isnt showing so much progress.. going a bit slow. Is like half the progress of Gelato. And they have exactly same conditions. Going to start using more supplements at the start of next week. Was hoping to veg only 4 weeks, nut feelslike ii will have to double atleast.

These ladies are in full flower and progressing like a dream. The colas on them are chunky to all get out. And to think they've barely begun the flower period is mind blowing to me. I'll go in this week and do a good cleaning taking out some of the crispy leafs on the under canopy. Over all though Happy Growing.

In the end I was pretty happy and surprised about the dense and hard buds! Especially when I think about the way we had to move this plant in a setup that was completely crap except the LEDs.

What else to add to that already mentioned above? we have reached the end of the cycle, I will smoke it shortly, it is drying in a WEDRYER bag that I recommend to everyone (photos and review in the coming days). I followed the nutrition program provided by Royal Queen Seeds and did not notice any signs of excess or deficiency until the plant's nature discoloration after the final flush. I will evaluate the fertilizer difference when the other honey creams have bloomed as well. I didn't really like the capsules as I had to keep them still for days between irrigations and the color of the water was not the best to see if you don't have a continuous oxygen pump. For the rest, a very simple and resistant variety, a nice yield overall, considering my cultivation size. 9 out of 10 for this variety, but I reserve the right to change the vote after the smoke report: p 😜

Week went again very uneventful. The plant does what she is supposed to be doing (gaining weight) :). Still lots of new pistils appearing overnight, I am checking the Trichomes daily, however, everything remains milky, with only very little % of amber trichomes. Once amber colours start increasing I will start flushing.

10/29 Week 9 and she is doing great Continue to keep an eye on the trics not there at all yet Increased her light by moving a plant to another tent and focusing the the 3 LEDs on her. Time to change the nuets she is entering the home stretch. Dropping koolbloom increasing Peak and fish shit/recharge leaving bloom nuets as is just for now. The plan is currently to shift nuets to organic-ish and then just go on water only through finish, couple of days. Will continue to runoff twice a day so all salts continue to be removed. The idea is to allow her to finish clean without starving her, see how it goes. 10/30 Biology should be established, dropping recharge reducing fish shit she is ready to shift. Adding Organic Bloom nuets, strong dose initially (15 ml/gal) then 5ml/g from there. Cocotek reduced today gone tomorrow. See what happens shall we? 10/31 Nuets switched A single feed of heavy nuets and bugs then listed feeds twice a day to runoff as a flush - this is to see if any advantage, watching buds closely, still building, trics not ready still far too many clear of course. Harvested on week 12 exactly. Was a little worried about bud rot during the early drying phase but it seems it just came out a little less bright green than I am accustomed to as there is no sign of rot after drying has completed and curing started. Don’t have a working scale anymore but my eye scale is legendary and I’d say probably got between a half oz and 3/4 of an oz, but would be shocked if it were over 1 oz. My best guess would be around 18g. Tried a small bit tonight right after I transferred to a jar for curing, nice hashy flavor with some pepper undertones. Smells very fruity in the jar, but definitely can smell the flavor without consuming too. The buzz is pretty nice. Balanced and relaxing but not too sleepy, definitely still functional. Seems it’d be best for lazy afternoons, winding down after a long day, or even laid back social events. Overall very happy with my first grow experience and excited to use what I learned next season.
