Day 53 of flower. I have been flushing them for 1.5 weeks with ph adjusted water. Also keeping an eye on trichoms and I have got lots of amber now. I will be harvesting at the end of the week (Friday).

Here comes the first Preflower Update

Day 63 in flower…gonna harvest this 6k hps room this weekend got water last time today gonna be bone dry by this weekend…cut all fan leaves off and hang for 7+ days in same room

Day 21 flower: they were thirsty. Work had me away a few days. So defoliation and 1750ml of H2O. Ppfd set to 725. Day 22 Flower. These flowers took almost 1 gallon of H2O. That’s with no run off. Ppfd is set to 750. 6.49ph water. The soil was dry after 2 days. So I am going to have to watch the water. 1 more week and then we apply the bloom. Day 23flower also added my heater and they are bouncing back. I amended the soil. My ph meter died so I over night ordered a new one.. Day 25 flower. Ok def moisture and temp. Side note I was not home for due to some medical stuff. So today ph set 6.5, more water.3500ml with no run off. And the plants looks way better. Also temps were drifting close to under 60. So temps at 77 and humidity 55. I also think when I started I never really saturated the pots the most water I ever gave was 1/2 gallon twice. So I think from the start I was battling a 1/2 dry pot.

Holy! Gorilla Cookies has really changed since last week. This plant is the size of a small child now, the buds are massive. There is a lot of fading and dead leaves becoming more prevalent. She is definitely coming to an end but still not seeing amber trichomes. Humidity is back down to the 50s and I’m checking for mold every day.

Settimana fantastica, i fiori si stanno gonfiando ad una velocità incredibile, ci sono tricomi ovunque e i pistilli posso dire che mi sembrano decisamente più lunghi delle altre volte, credo dipenda dall'idroponica. Sto notando che va tutto molto più in fretta, avrei potuto tranquillamente tagliare una settimana di vegetativa e avrei avuto gli stessi apicali ma semplicemente più bassi, la prossima volta le giro in fioritura prima da tenerle più basse, ho rischiato la bruciatura da led sugli apicali più alti. Però sono veramente soddisfatto, gli advanced nutrients mi stanno regalando grandi soddisfazioni, le premesse sono di un raccolto assai abbondante, non vedo l'ora! Manca un mese scarso!

Was such a pleasant harvest from start to finish, no issues at all. A tip for next time would be to have the SCRoG lower as I couldn’t really tuck any node sights this time round, smells absofuckinglutely amazing from 3RD week bloom onwards!

Pistils are out, floral sites are forming, and the stretch is starting with elegance. It’s possible they slipped into pre-flower during late veg without me catching it, they were so stable, compact, and lush that I might have missed the subtle signals. Either way, they’ve entered bloom with full confidence. Both phenos are incredibly similar in structure and size, making them a joy to manage. They’re compact yet big, stacking nodes tightly while still filling space. The leaf color is deep and uniform, the formation is textbook Haze, and the inner node spacing is perfectly balanced for light penetration. ⸻ 💧 Feed & Water Adjustments We’ve tweaked the recipe this week, retiring Aptus Start Booster and introducing Aptus Top Booster at 0.25 ml/L. Current Feed (per L): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml The soil is already enriched with slow-release Aptus pellets, which explains why EC in solution is lower (0.6) while the medium’s own EC is holding steady at ~2.0. They’re drinking well, 1.5–2 L per day — with irrigation happening around 25% dryness in the pots. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions & Upcoming Changes The room is running hotter than ideal at 31°C daytime, 25°C night. RH is stable at 50%. CO₂ sits comfortably at ~700 ppm. A dedicated AC unit is on its way and should be installed next week, which will help dial temperatures closer to the sweet spot for flowering. Soil temperature is at 25°C, supporting strong root activity, while PPFD at the canopy sits between 760–780 µmol/m²/s depending on plant position. We monitor these numbers carefully to keep photosynthesis at optimal efficiency without stressing the plants. ⸻ ⚙️ Why We Measure Everything • PPFD: Ensures plants receive the right light intensity for maximum photosynthetic activity during each stage. Too low = underpowered; too high = light stress. • Soil Dryness: Prevents both overwatering and underwatering, protecting root health and microbial balance in living soil. • Soil EC: Tells us nutrient availability inside the medium, helping us adjust feed without guessing. • CO₂: Works in harmony with light intensity and temperature to push growth rates without causing metabolic stress. ⸻ 👑 Remembering the Queen Super Silver Haze isn’t just another cultivar, she’s an old school heavyweight, a cup-winning legend with a long legacy. Growing her feels like growing history. There’s nostalgia here for me, a personal connection to the magic this plant has delivered over decades. My hope is to see her express that classic SSH magic, the electric haze high, the silver sheen on the colas, and the unmistakable aroma that once ruled the cups. ⸻ 📸 Studio Shots & Natural Growth Of course, I couldn’t resist taking them to the studio this week. Under the lens, they shine, vibrant greens, symmetrical structures, healthy posture. No training yet, letting them express themselves naturally as they settle into flower. Day 72. Slug pallets applied, bamboos instaled , ground cleared from other weeds and all left to Mother Nature again ;) Girls are very healthy, don't check strains even, love all of them ! Hope not a lot hermies comes out .... Happy Growing !

We have successfully made it through week 5. The Runtz genetics continue to show strong growth—this plant literally grows before your eyes every day. As soon as some shoots are removed, the plant starts developing even more vigorously. The only one that seems a bit neglected is the third plant in the last row. This week, I’ll try to weave the main shoots into the net more effectively. I suspect that due to the varying plant sizes, it’s not getting enough light. None of the three plants have shown any pistils yet, which I personally think is a good sign, as it allows them to focus on growing in height and width first. There are still slight mineral deficiencies visible in the leaves, but I am counteracting this by increasing fertilizer and using foliar spray.

Very happy so far. Been growing nicely. Topped mid week and will be adding in some tie down spots in the coming week for some LST. Daily checks for PH keeping it just about at 5.7 the entire week.

Week 7 This lady is filling out nicely. She looks like she has at least 2 weeks left at this point. Her tent mate only has a week or so. Cooler internals; 5.9pH 350 ppm 66F I can’t wait to see this plant really chunk up in the next few weeks.

Been on 12/12 for a week and I am seeing a little stretch and signs of preflower. I moved her to the back row corner to pair up similar sized plants for even lighting. Spread her branches out a little in hopes that a few more of the lower branches will fight their way to the top. I am excited about all of the girls but I have especially high hopes for this widow.
