We often said the bigger the pot the bigger the yield...not in this case..or in my case. Here are the datas with 12 differents seeds of Baby Boom and different pot sizes and fertilizers: Pellets: 25L: 21,96g 18L: 18,3g 18L: 14g 12L: 10,5g 10L: 16,2g 10L: 12,48g 6,5L: 9g 6,5L: 12g Liquid fertilizer for automatic strains: 25L: 25,66g 6,5L: 11,5g 6,5L: 8,2g 6,5L: 7,5g Average is quite the same, but I think I will use medium sized pots for outdoor session (between 10 and 15L). Small pots gave me the best ratio. Even with pellets or liquid fertilizer taste depends on the genetic. I found too much different plants, some going to the ruderalis side, some but few to the Blueberry side I wonder, and the other one will be the Northern Light side. It's a great automatic strain for beginners...and for beginner in smoking, too. Effect is not too strong, but gently surprising. Uplifing at the beginning and becoming more fat after the time. I recommand to smoke this strain. It has not so much taste by vaporisation. Update: absolut strong and fruity pollen...nothing to do with the flowers: so good

Here we are day 55 for our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid. I would immediately like to say, do you notice anything by any chance? I said day 55 and we're pretty much ready. The leaves are turning yellow regularly, I have removed the fertilizers, the pistils are ripe, the resin is out, there are all the signs for a harvest which should take place towards the end of next week. The plants were born on April 6th, I repeat on April 6th for those who cannot grasp the concept. Most certainly Watermelon Candy and Wurlz will be harvested around June 6th, guys...8 weeks...not even 9 or at most nine weeks. If you're good at math, you do it otherwise I'll lend you some fingers. For topping lovers it means that if you want to do topping on autoflowering plants they won't finish in biblical times, according to my calculations even doing topping shouldn't go beyond three months, like an autoflowering from the previous generation. Why am I talking about the previous generation? Because these have certainly moved forward with speed, I have seen them grow and above all swell the flowers like I have never seen them do. As for the rest of the resin and pistils, everything is really in place. I want to do a terpene inspection soon and evaluate the ripeness for the harvest. Not much to say, probably i overfeed gorilla a little,, for the week 7 to the end i ll dim my lamp to 75% of power (150W) and the reason is bill cost:D

Day 65 of flower, not sure when to cut her down yet, but she's looking well!

Last week went well. Not much happening besides watching her fattening up daily. Had to up cal-mag another.5 mL per gallon because I noticed the start of some minor spots on a couple of the top leaves. She is drinking a decent amount. About a gallon and a half of water every other day. The buds are getting big and I am going to get a decent yield. Until next time happy growing to everyone!

25.05. 🌿 Day 25 – Stretching Begins! The plants have noticeably stretched since the last update — a clear sign that they’re moving deeper into the vegetative phase. The vertical growth is picking up pace, but they’re still looking strong and well-balanced. Despite the rapid upward growth, structure remains solid, with thick stems and healthy leaf development. The 19L pots and BioGrow feeding seem to be doing their job — no signs of deficiencies or stress. Light distance and environment are being carefully managed to control the stretch and keep the plants from getting too lanky. Week 5 - Day 39 - 20/03/20 Coming along well, grown 12/13 inches since last week. Plants hit 28" to 31". I tied down the plants and spread open the centre of each pot, as you'll see from images, flowering well. No issues, no problems with nutes l, recovered well from a light flushing,. Doing a 4ltr feed per pot every 2 days, however I'm only feeding nutes once a week, followed by straight water feed. Sticking to pH.6.3 ;) It's beginning to hum, let's see what's happens next Day 42. Some plants showed signs of nitrogen deficiency. Push more nutes more frequently rather than a single nute feed a week. Watering plants 4lrs a pot to ensure there's some run off. Feeding once every 2 days.

Well it’s week 6 and the c4 is looking amazing :) , her buds are developing well and she has really started to take in a nice purple Colour on the budding Sites and the leaves :) . Her smell is starting to dominate the grow room atm , allow all 6 plants are the same age she is most definitely the most advanced into the flowering phase .. I can’t wait to see what next week brings :)

This girl really is coming along beautifully her buds are bulking and she producing more of a smell every day! This week I have been diluting/flushing the reservoir by just adding water at ph 6.2 before I do a full reservoir change for the full flush. Im hoping to see her really bulk up during these last few weeks. Happy growing 🌱

By the start of the week I’ve noticed magnesium deficiency on plant A and B, so I started adding Biobizz Calmag on Froglord’s kind recommendation. Otherwise I started slow defoliation process and I’m currently removing around two leaves per day. Plants definitely grew larger than expected but I’m not mad :D. They’re taking a bit longer, but it should be worth it. I’m expecting harvest on plants C and D soon.

Hello Growers & Tokers! Ladies suffer no stress from being topped. This is the last week of vegetation so I defoliated them before making the switch to 12/12. Taking away the big fan leaves from the middle and cleaning the bottom of the plants. As you can see these leaves are thick so taking them away will definitely give more light penetration. I take of the first node off and on the second and third node; I take off the first and second nodes. I also bent to top branches of one because she was a bit taller. No need to add support yet but I'm it'll be necessary throughout these next weeks. Take care out there and happy growing!
