Prima settimana di questa esperienza idroponica, sembra che nonostante i primi giorni abbia avuto alcuni problemi ad iniziare a sviluppare le radici, ora sembra che tutto stia andando per il meglio e le piccoline hanno iniziato a svilupparsi molto bene, spero che grazie a questo sistema DWC di Mars Hydro sono sicuro che avrò successo, e anche soprattutto ad i nutrienti di qualità di Terra Aquatica che mi hanno già dato risultati fenomenali in terra ma sono sicuro che in idroponica me ne daranno molti di più, spero di continuare la collaborazione con loro e che mi diano altri nutrienti poiché sto iniziando a finire le bottiglie con i loro stupendi prodotti, tutto questo grazie a tutti voi che mi sostenete e mi seguite! Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.

Day one of the 12th week, cutting off the nutrients I feel like it is time to flush. And what I did wrong in the beginning of this grow, was that I placed the plants too far away from the light the first 4 weeks of veg or so. My thought was too make the plants stretch taller in the beginning, but disregarding the par, the ppfd I realized too late that the branches did not get what they needed for length. These plants could have been much larger just for growers information.

Day 85 - Starting week 13 and this is by far going to be one of the longest grows I’ve had to date. Going to give her some straight pH’d water tomorrow but still not sure when she’ll finish up. Thinking about 2-3 weeks left but could be longer. Day 86 - Looking really bad today, waited a day longer than I should of for water but gave her 2 gallons of 6.6 pH water today. The buds are getting pretty heavy and causing her to lean quite a bit so will be hooking some of the stem yo-yo’s to help keep her up. Day 87 - Looking a lot better today, leaves are perked back up for the most part. She’s definitely starting to fade and hopefully she’ll make it another two weeks cause the buds are for sure not ready yet. She’s to big now to really pull out every day for pictures so just leaving her in the tent unless she needs water. Day 88 - No really update today, just letting her go to try and use up all the nutes in the soil and leaves and by the looks of her, she’s using them up quickly. Looking forward to her bulking up her remaining couple weeks. Day 89 - She’s still dying off and buds are swelling massively. Can’t really explain the smell coming from her right now but it smells good. Checking trichs all the time but still a few clear in there and pistils are still popping like crazy. Day 90 - Almost the end of week 13 and thinking she’s gonna be chopped sometime during week 15. Gave her 2 gallons of plain 6.5 pH’d water today so she wouldn’t completely wither up on me. Other than that, not much else happening. Day 91 - The end of week 13 and she’s still plumping up. She’s definitely starting to fade out on all the fan leaves so I’m hoping she’ll make it another week and a half or so. If she’s gotta go longer, I’ll let her go as long as she needs to. I’m hoping I didn’t start flushing her to early.

Week 2 Mr.B's Six shooter so this one is doing fine, still no water needed since last week, literally no maintenance required, just spraying the soil with 0.25 ml / 250ml organic amino acid concentrate. You know how canna boost smells like soy sauce, well this one smells like that kinda except when i open it my whole basement smells like a chineese wok restaurant lol . Six shooter looks like i got three phenos , this one is an indica pheno looks like , let's see how she grows ! added cal mag to the foliar spray, once only this week, on day 5. amino spray on the soil is daily, until the 10 day mark. still only going to be plain water and secondary nutrients like CO2 and micronutrients . that's the plan anyway. VPD tappering off towards 1.1 as humidity is creeping down from a high of 42 to the high thirties now. going to plant my in soil ppm reader before i water for the first time since transplant lol... maybe not even this week ! low maintenance? will update 🚀

Fifth week of flower and it was time to defoliate the indoor units as they were starting to get bushy and block exposure to the lower bud sites. Quick work with the bonsai shears and they were ready to soak in the sun. I left the rooftop plants alone as I believe having additional leaf mass enables them to withstand temp and environmental fluctuations better. Whether or not this is the case, it was an experiment.

Plants taking to the technique very well imo. Particularly the back right one, which has created a almost perfect dome shape. I did miss a watering and they didn't like that atall. As I usually wait for the soil to be dry before I water again, so if I miss a watering, they get extremely dry. All the leaves dropped down completely vertical, I thought it was all over, but they bounced straight back with the next watering. 🙌 The plant has now been topped twice, once to creat the initial + shape, and again to split each stem of the + into 2. So each plant now has 8 main stems.

Estoy esperando conseguir la malla scrog para instalarla, dentro de estos días debería llegar. La planta madre tangie recuperada total con brotes nuevos será un placer disfrutar de nuevo esa querida tangie😋

So after further review I found that the Big Bang is an auto that REQUIRES a dark period throughout its flowering stage and doesn’t do well under 24 hours of light🤦‍♂️🏾She lost almost every leaf she had but her branches are still strong and she’s trying to survive. I’m not too worried about it, I can always give it another run. As far as the crystal candy I’m contemplating on cutting a single branch now while the terpenes are cloudy and then cutting the rest when Amber just to experience the difference in high first hand.
