Entramos en una fase delicada por lo que añadí un deshumidificador que se enciende cuando se apagan los led. Más adelante añadiré otro ventilador y mantendré el deshumidificador las 24h. encendido.

Moved the grow to the basement which caused my plants to have to readjust to the new environmental norm. It's quite a bit colder down there so I used a flood light to bring up the heat outside of the tent and had a few days of 24 hour light cycle to warm up the tent's interior environment. Once the air and reservoir warmed up enough, the plants started happily eating and showing me how much they love their new home. ✌️❤️🏡

Eccoci ragazzi, qua sono passate già due settimane.. Ho voluto aspettare per vedere se la situazione della resina migliorava, ma purtroppo ci sono un sacco di fiori ma poca resina e odore.. Non capisco se il problema sia il fenotipo in se o forse sono i nutrienti che ho esagerato? Eppure la ragazza sembra mangiare nel giusto modo.. Speriamo nelle prossime settimane in un miglioramento altrimenti sarà destinata ad avere poca resina?! Staremo a vedere... Probabilemnte sarà stato qualche mio errore ma vorrei davvero capire cosa ho sbagliato.. Vabbe ragazzi mi dispiace xke la ragazza sembrava davvero promettente.. So welcome to Week 9 of the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Autoflowering grow! Unfortunately after two years of due diligence- I was finally infected with Covid 19 so I have gotten really behind with this diary. In Week 7, I switched from the Grow to the Bloom fertilizer at a rate of 2.5 mls per gallon. I am still watering every 4th day at 3 litres per plant or 0.75 of a litre per day per plant. This strain seems particularly hungry/greedy so by the end of Week 7, I’ve decided to fertilize with every watering instead of every other. I’m not increasing the dosage of the fertilizer but the frequency in which it’s being given. Other than that the plants are doing fine through Weeks 7, 8 & 9 with the buds fattening up nicely, loads of wet to the touch resin and a super strong smell emanating from the tent even when it’s closed! That’s it for the past three weeks, Covid sucks and thank goodness harvest is just around the corner! Apologies for not offering up any further "mom’s tip of the week" but I’m just finishing up this diary for kicks at this point. Thanks.

The new pH-meter showed 8.1 in my regular tapwater, way too high. So now the buds has started to grow again, they were purple earlier and now since she got water and nutes with right pH-level, the buds are turning back to green. And I also added some more nutes to her menu, 2018-02-03 Added some pics of the grow room after I cleaned the floor and putting the girls back in, and also added a video of the reality of a grower having some problems with too high pH-level. Since I'm still a novice growing cannabis I learn new things everyday, and hopefully the next round will be more or less perfect - perfection needs practice.

24/08/25: Today was the day! After checking the trichomes, I’d say the ratio was around 1:4 amber to cloudy, with no clear trichomes left in sight. Pretty much the perfect harvest window and I am super happy that I kept them a little longer since I didn't detect any pests/mold whatsoever while trimming! 😁🤞🏼 I went for a wet trim this time so I can dry them in DryFerM bags, which I’ve heard a lot of good things about and am excited to try out. The trimming session intense since I had to cut a lot of leaves and the smell was really strong! Both plants surprised me with a strong diesel/fruity aroma that I hadn’t noticed as much before. The Sativa-leaning pheno is fruity with fresh lemon terps, while the other leans into those spicy, earthy notes with even more gas, which I love! The smaller plant also developed some beautiful purple buds, which I never had before. All in all, I’m very pleased with how this first run with autos turned out, especially since the two phenotypes ended up so distinct in both looks and aromas.

Plants are 5 weeks old and I decided to switch to flowering for week 6. Plants are all in good shape and the screen is in place to train them to fill the tent. I will be changing out the veg bulb this week and installing the 1000w HPS bulb for flowering. I’m still playing with the light rail speeds and pause times but I seem to have it dialled in now I think. I will also be doing another water change and adding flower nutrients sometime this week. ****Added 7 gal of fresh water to the reservoir on day 38. Added full strength Remo lineup for flowering to the 7 gal added to reservoir. I started to tie down/tuck the larger branches to the net as well.
