Despite some variations in their development, they continue to progress steadily. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 46: Provided a feeding session with a nutrient strength of 1.64ms and a pH level of 5.7. After tying down the tops yesterday, the plants exhibited upward growth again. ⏰ Day 47: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.6. This also is the day that marks the final topping session, bringing the total number of tops to 16 for each plant. The plants have responded well to the previous training, and I'm eager to observe their continued growth with the mainlining technique. ⏰ Day 48: I provided the plants with a feeding containing a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.7. ⏰ Day 49: During the evening feeding session, I maintained a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.6. Additionally, I removed another set of fan leaves to optimize light distribution among the tops. ⏰ Day 50: The plants received a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and a pH level of 5.8 ⏰ Day 51: During the evening feeding session I provided the plants with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. ⏰ Day 52: Administered a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. To ensure optimal light exposure for all the tops, I removed the last set of old fan leaves and did some more low-stress training on the other 2 plants in the tent to align their heights more closely with the WCs.

Time to put them in there new home, I'm using around 45l of living soil per pot.

July 20: 31 inches with a 16 cola manifold 👍😎. Definitely growing fast and has now pulled ahead of the 16 cola Bruce Banner Fast which is at 30 inches. Hot again today so a bit more water and a couple of mistings with hose water to cool off a bit and provide some humidity. One tomato plant that I realized had a potassium deficiency responded well to a potassium silicate foliar spray. You can learn some cool stuff growing dope. July 24: still growing fast and maybe starting to pre-flower which is fine cuz I’m starting the force flowering in a few days. This is just 12 h of darkness to get this photoperiod to start flowering. Yes, it’s a photoperiod plant from Fast Buds. And it’s awesome. Did another lazy compost tea which is just 5 gallon pail of water that’s sat out overnight to degas, two handfuls of mature compost, some molasses, kelp and Humic Blend, and finally a couple handfuls of shredded coco coir to give the bacteria some where to attach and grow. Leave overnight, maybe stir a couple times, but that’s all. 24-48 h maximum as you don’t want it going anaerobic (and stinky). After tea, she and the other girls got a nice top dressing of barley and Power Bloom with minor amounts of oyster shells (for calcium) and Azomite for trace metals. These are bloom nutrients in anticipation of the start of flowering this weekend. This has been the hottest 90 day period ever here in Edmonton, and lots of other places too.

So this lady was the biggest of all and the fastest. The smell is very nice, sweet and lemon. Was very easy to grow, all natural, only good soil and water.

Another week down week 5 flower has brought huge gains in bud growth the structure of critical kush is awesome. And the best bud production is yet to come this should be a healthy yielding plant stay tuned !

Wow transplant went well and there taking nicely had trouble adjjsting my watering. Any advice on how Much to expect to water 5 gallon pots!? Thanks!

Auto Banana Kush is growing good under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. She was a pain to get started, but is off and running now. I did have a minor ph swing but I corrected it over last day or two. She got her first lst today, and her root tips pruned. Beginning of week 7 in flower, only two more weeks left if they ripen like they did last time. Plants are beginning to smell, develop triches and fattening up. They're not going to get any taller but compared to my first grow they're double in size. It's getting really intense. I'm in there every day checking humidity (on the no defol side) and I'm starting to struggle keeping up with the feed. During lights off I've found the plants eat the most food. I topped up the res, added 25% more PK. I try to keep the plants at 700 ppm and in the space of four hours it dropped to 600 ppm (towards the end of lights off). I stopped directly loading with Calcium Nitrate and instead used a regular calmag. I'm about to go overboard with Calcium Nitrate again and bump the ppm up to 1k. Will see how far the ppm drops the next day. 17/02/20 Update: The plants are beginning to smell a lot more, it has that kind of fermenting pungent smell from a red paw paw but applied to a mango. Very sweet, it literally smells like I'm growing some kind of tropical fruit. Still struggling with the feed, I added close to 40g of calcium nitrate and the plants still dropped the ppm lower than when I boosted it. I find it really frustrating that Dual Fuel only sell as a pair. Part 2 is amazing for late flower. Potassium sulphate and Magnesium sulphate, it's the perfect PK boost and I don't know anyone other nutrient like it. The other PK boosters always have too much P. 18/02/20 Update: Still battling my plants and the efforts to keep up with them is still frustrating me. Ran out of potassium Sulphate and bought Bio Diesel Rhino K 0-0-15 as a substitute, talk about expensive but I was desperate. 19/02/20 Update: Uploaded how I pump calcium into my plants this late into flower. They eat more than what I showed daily. That's 100+ ppm of Ca everyday! I don't know how much pectin this plant has now but the Brix would have to be through the roof compared to my first grow. 20/02/20 Update: finally got the feed right for a twelve hour period. I'm using two times the amount of K any bloom booster recommends and I'm probably using ten times the amount of calcium easily. I'm also going to feed as minimal N from now on, I'd cut it out completely if I could but I rely on Micros for the macro nutrients. Spent $65 on that bottle of potash and I used a third of a bottle for one nutrient change, think I'll stick to using powered water soluble potassium sulfate. My main concern is that I won't be providing enough iron with the little Micro I'm giving it. Going to throw a couple of rustry nails into the res. I'm about to do a top up...dropping the Micro super low, putting minimal part 2 in. Along with all the fulvics, humics, kelp and other acids my ppm only sits at 244. Which gives me plenty of room to load up on calcium. Top up the mag cause what was in the part 2 wasn't enough then load K. 21/02/20 Update: The plants finally stalled and took a breather yesterday. Didn't upload any photos cause it looked the same as the day before. By the end of the evening it looked like the explosive growth started back up again and the photos from today will show it. The ppm was creeping up not down this time...finally over feeding them. Dropped the extra loading of calcium and potassium to regular bloom phase levels and bumped the chelators up instead. Update 22/02/20: plants aren't eating what they were. Ppm is remaining stable at 800. I won't dilute the res just yet. Still holding off to see if it goes up again. If it goes down I'll refeed the same formula as last time that has reduced calcium and potassium.

Weather has been solid so far. Lots of sunny days ranging from 75-85 degrees, keeping things smooth. Really enjoying this grow and looking forward to the coming weeks.

Has she really grown over a foot this week???????????? She's a nice bush now.
