Great week. Plants really starting to grow now. Transplant did great . Started LST and leaf tucking. Starting to smell strong already. Great genetics, plants are healthy and I'm really liking this FC-E6500 from Mars hydro. Thanks everyone

Disaster strikes, I find bud rot in a couple of the biggest colas of the centre plant, I remove the colas, salvage what I can, i now understand I have too little airflow for the number of plants in the tent, I am vigilant with looking for more bud rot, which I find in the biggest colas of the small stout indica plant, I presume its mostly indica from its shape, I remove, salvage and begin to dry what I can save I install another more powerful fan on max speed with acoustic duct to keep fan on max speed, I install another fan to blow across the plants 5oo, humidity drops, everything looks good again to go forward, no further signs of bud rot

This time we end at around day 66 and I think it’s a perfect, gorgeous fade. Nugs are rock hard and terps and resin are dripping.

This week I flipped the switch to 12/12

: This week there hasn’t been much change; everything is progressing steadily. I continue to follow the BioBizz feeding schedule carefully, making sure to always adjust the pH of the water between 6.3 and 6.5 to keep the plants in their optimal range. I carried out some defoliation to improve airflow and prevent humidity build-up, which is especially important given the limited space available in the grow tent. The light has been set to maximum intensity to give the plants all the energy they need for flowering. At this stage, there’s not much else to do except remain patient and wait for the buds to fatten up into large, healthy colas.

This week pheno #1 dealt with some moisture issues and nute burn. The white widow stretched 5 or 6 inches this week. While pheno #2 has turned into a very healthy bushy runt.

Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. Week 10 and just finished up week 4 of flower. Girls filled in nicely this week and are really starting to frost. The smell is sweet almost berry like. Definitely have some nice sized colas forming. Excited to see if they keep their sweet smell at harvest.

I purchased these seeds along with 100+ others (individual seeds, not packs) in late 2006 and early 2007 by sending Western Union money orders to the UK in birthday cards along with my seed order. My only recourse was crossing my fingers and hoping that my seeds would eventually arrive. What I found was that the “Buy it Now” option on Seedbay turned out to be pretty reliable. They used to have a Nirvana 4 pack deal for a very reasonable price ($50, I think). European seed producers at the time were very guarded with the lineage in their crosses, but the common thought was that Nirvana was taking known elite Dutch cultivars of the time and breeding them with a Skunk #1 male and producing ‘knock offs’. AK-48 was AK-47xSk1, Blue Mystic = Blueberry x Sk1, Bubblicious = Bubble GumxSk1, Jock Horror = Jack x Sk1. The point being, there ended up being a lot of variation in packs, but also some keepers were there to be found. I did some growing at that time, but ended up buying a ton of seeds that I never used. As a daily user for almost 30 years now, self sufficiency made/makes a lot of sense. A couple years ago I decided to get back into growing my own herb after being disappointed and underwhelmed with the quality of flower from the dispensaries.
