We are about on earth since a month our photoperiod plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. The Black Runtz is a short lady like her normal colored little sister, with a low internodal distance. This characteristic greatly influences the application of growing techniques. In this case it is a plant that responds to topping a little slower than the others and it is best to wait for the branches to grow to avoid damaging the little ones. However, we are at 4 florets and between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we will cut 8. My plan for photoperiod plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the tops to split them, we always pay attention not to damage the new branches growing. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and perfectly in shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I am a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping, my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil at the start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember that cold temperatures make the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer, so be careful to give the right amount and let the plant dry in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. Last week for these 3 remaining Runtzz I flushed them 4 days ago with flawless finish they had 2 feeds of flawless so far 1 more and then we chop them on Tuesday. Will be doing 10-15 days drying in a 3x3. Looking very frosty all 3 of these now orange hairs all curled and looks like they have packed out really well! The smell when you open the tent is heaven!! Just been feeding her water once a week..she continues to swell I will give her some molasses one for the road and just water until week 8.

Hallo dear Growmies, This week, the plan had to be changed again regarding the harvest. As time passed, two other plants also signed up for the chop as the trichs were ripened enough. So we have now 4 ready and one still not. I put the ready ones for 72 hours of darkness in the middle of the week and the lonely one in a separate small tent under a Spider Farmer sf1000. Will wait until she is fully ripened as well.🌱🌞 This is why I decided to make one more week as a flowering and the next report will be the harvest. Tomorrow will start the chop chop.✂️👩‍🌾 They got the last two weeks only PH’d plain water, hoping to increase the quality of the buds. I am still amazed by the autumn colours in the garden. Every pheno has it’s own characteristic. The color, formation of the bud’s, scent on each of these ladies are just lovely.🍁 By the way, it is surprising for me that three different phenotypes grew from the five seeds. It is unusual for this strain. More info follows after harvest. The smell is very strong in the whole house if I open the tent even a little.😎 Is completely unreal and I am so very excited to sample each pheno and share it with you fellows for review. The first 30 days have come and gone. The stretch is finished, and my most favorite time of the flower process begins, where it actually starts looking like real buds instead of white hairs. The final few weeks are here only a few more to go.

I grew two plants and they couldn't have been and more different from each other. One plant grew quite well in my organic amended soil, the other suffered from pH issues and did not like any kind of stress. The plants leaves grew quite different some were webbed especially the ones on the larger flowers. The structure of the flowers on this plant are very chunky fox tail with absolutely gigantic caylex', almost had me thinking seeds. This plant also took almost 3 more weeks in flower than her sister. This plant also had a nice fade with some pink,red,violet,gold colors coming through. Both plant have similar smell with one being a little more pungent and gassy. Now for the normal plant, she grew like a rock star. Hey flowers are covered in sugar and are top shelf dense. She was too down about two weeks ago and is in jars and curing, let me say this though"when Barney's Farm says to use caution they mean it". This plant produced some very strong medicine so much so that I may have found a strain I would grow continually for a year or so. It's that good IMO. The plant did not give me a single bit of fuss 🤗, unlike her sister. Now I have the remaining plant hung up to dry and trim. Can't wait Cheers!!!

Week 1 flowering is just over for our melonade Runtz from Dutch Passion The stretching is amazing, they really doubled the size or even tripled the size. We are adding some bloom nutrients now and lets see the buds starting to appear the next weeks.

Ze heeft niet lang meer te gaan. Ik heb de meest vergeelde bladeren en de schutbladeren weggeknipt zodat ze meer energie in de bloemen kan stoppen in plaats van in de bladeren. Ook heb ik de temperatuur verlaagt naar 22-23 graden Celsius. Na deze week, of misschien vanaf deze week al, krijgt ze alleen nog maar water. Ik zal gedurende de week nog verse foto's updaten dus hou het in de gaten 🧐
