Esta semana tocó la poda de los apicales y primer nudo dejando solo 4 nudos por planta. Por lo que parece tienden a grandes hojas e internodos cortos. Esta semana también aumenté la potencia del lumatex hasta el 75% unos 220W. Empecé con 100 W luego fueron 150 y ahora 220 , así hasta cambiar el fotoperiodo a 12/12h. Entonces al 100%, 300W. Con 26 dias de vida ya tenian suficientes nudos, ramas y tocó hacer el apical y la poda del primer nudo a todas dejando 4 nudos por planta, 8 ramas secundarias. Terminamos la semana con la nº5 con manchas en las hojas muy feas. Entiendo que tengo que tratarla diferente al resto por lo que la regaré menos y dejaré secar más entre riegos al menos un par de veces.

Last week was very challenging, two girls got really tall below the white light, while the other two below the blurple spectrum ended up being smaller and bushier, both looking fantastic. Last week I also probably went too far defoliating the shaded smaller girl which stunned it a bit for a day or two but its flowering vigorously again. Although the unexpected stretch which led to uneven light coverage overally the platns are looking solid, smelly and sugary :)

Une fois la plantule sortie et d'une hauteur de 2 ou 3 centimètres je la prend délicatement et la place directement dans son pot définitif. Je préconise des pots allant entre 10 litres et 15 litres pour des autofloraisons cultivées en intérieur. Le pot aura été préalablement préparé (video dans diarie) avec 30 grammes d'engrais greenhouse feeding biobloom et 30 grammes de greenhouse feeding biogrow, soit l'équivalent de 3 grammes par litre de substrat. Je dépose donc la plantule dans son pot définitif je recouvre un peu de avec de la terre je tasse légèrement et j'arrose pour garder le substrat humide pas plus Je place ma lampe led 300watts à environ 90 centimètres de la plantule avec un cycle de lumière de 24/24 pendant une semaine. Au début de la semaine 2 le cycle de lumière passera en 20/4 grace a un programmateur car c'est pour moi le cycle de lumière qui offre le meilleur rendement pour une autofloraison. Jour1: léger arrosage Jour2: léger arrosage Jour3: la plantule commence à être plus vigoureuse mise en place de la ventilation pour augmenter sa masse racinaire et léger arrosage Jour4: arrosage avec un litre et demi d'eau ph6.3 à laquelle j'ai ajouté 0.9 gramme de greenhouse feeding enhancer (soit 0.6 gramme par litre d'eau) Jour5: aucune technique spéciale Jour6: aucune technique spéciale Semaine agréablement calme sans problème ni carence apparente Que la force soit avec vous !

The past week I've been trying to identify problems with my climate and feeding. Three out of two plants (so also one of the XL Runtz) stay behind with exactly the same problems. I've been ventilating more to get cooler air into the tent. This seems to resolve some of the issues but has cost some development. Reason enough to call off the battle. The playing field was influenced by me as I'm still getting to know 'the rules of engagement' with growing autos indoors. They are way more sensitive to influences than my usual regulars. So I'm using all this info to tune my tent, for climate, and the soil for nutrients. So the next run will be more stable. Still, these strains completely amaze me with how fast they put out these buds. It is almost alien in 6 short weeks up to now. Considering my options for summer. Dealing with temps in a hot attic, or start growing some plants indoors and transfer to outdoor when it gets too hot. The jury is still out on this but the invasion of Ukraine could play a role in this as my government keeps pumping Russian oil and gas for our energy needs and Sunshine and me stand solid in our support for a free Ukraine. This week I started with some nutrients. Only 1/4 of the recommended dose. Tried some LST for the first time as well as some defoliation. I just hope I didn’t do too much.

The girls are moving along nicely just watering with water ph to 6.4 this week as I top dressed with Gaia green 4-4-4.Spider farmer Se7000 dialed in at 30 percent and to the ceiling.Noticed some minor deficiencies Day 12 and check soil slurry 50/50 soil/water and the ppm was at 780 lil high at this early stage and the culprit.Going to work on lowering that a bit this week.I did add a top layer of fox farm ocean forest as well which runs a little hot with nutrients rather than the pro mix.I have to remember with these beautiful auto flowers less is better :)

Day 50. All grow got busted heavily, for few last waterings AT LEAST pH was way off. When I caught it instead of my presumed 6.3 it was 5.7 . So damaged leaves and delayed smaller harvest. Very sad , especially when I am forced to leave ASAP. Guess I'll delay my holiday for few weeks more ;)))) Outdoors girls beaten by frost, so no hope from them too. Worst time to put them out ... Live and learn ... Mars SP150 is back ! I need more Watts and she helped to veg 5 girls for my friend already. I took light back a bit , anyway his girls are in greenhouse already ;))) Happy Growing !!!

Starting to ripen a lot this week and put on more size on the buds, she is getting near the end very happy with how she is going, swapped my light schedule back to 20/4 for last few weeks, Started giving her some PK also.
