been such a great week, temps perfect, humidity is low enough (could be lower) but is what it is! i am going to start flush next week for my girls that are ready! Beautiful.... a lot of LST made her like a snake. She would be very tall otherwise. Crazy...... a lot of rain by the way the temperature is getting low.... but it seems to be good all the things :) I am not sure about her height may be even 100 cm over 🤪 Day 111: She looks like kind a strated the flowering cycle I mean the greenish tops I need to force her to flower shit weather UK it will be too late so I decided to do it manually covering her first 36 hours and then every day to get less than 12 hours light or smthg like that l. 🙄 So in case she started it helps her to go on if not then she will. I am sure she started 🙃

Notes for flower week 9 (12/15-12/21, days 56 to 62) Watering Days. All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio, or combination, of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates. These are/will be DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added-in larger, then smaller, ratios while the "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 128/58 (last feed was day 124/54) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 251ppm) mixed with 402ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.0 (7.13 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I am making a new feeding standard for all my plants) I got ~20 cups of runoff (~27 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume increase as well as previous knitting needle aeration. Runoff was tested at 6.15ph and 1800ppm (6.21ph and 2100ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.4,6.48,6.39,6.42 for an avg of 6.42 (6.42 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 6.8 to 7.0 ph as I'm still liking where the ph is finally at. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 6.8 in +4 days (132/62). I expect I will run 400ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again, but no more HP2. I expect to start flushing her out with lower nute levels from that next feed point. Day 132/62 (last feed was day 128/58) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 277ppm) mixed with 397ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Top soil tested at 6.42,6.45,6.34,6.33 for an avg of 6.385 (6.42 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 6.8 to 7.0 ph as I'm still liking where the ph is finally at. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 6.8 in +4 days (136/66). I expect I will run 400ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again. Im flushing with these lower ppm feeds through harvest.

Buds are looking good and building good. I am amazedthinking Ihave another five weeks of flower. Looking forward to this. Backed off the nutrients a bit. I think I will taper off even more and let the plant use up what is left. Did a bit of defoilation, plants look better. The buds are stinky, as much care I took, my arms still endedup smelling like buds. I kept smelling the buds on my arms for hours. Gotta love it. Freed up some room in the flower room and rearranged the plants. Adjusted the height so the canopy is even. Now all the ASD are now under the lights. Happy days. Thanks for looking.

This girl it is a very resilient client has only received mistreating him from me I have them all tied up like a bouquet of flowers came in then no space to breathe and no place to move because it has such an incredible stretch and growth that it was taking over the light of the entire tent despite being a back up plant that I put in the same planter with another string that I thought I was going to lose her this one is very strong and I have not allow her to develop properly so it is very Bushy plant I am not sure if it’s me or is the strain of plant nevertheless it has a very vigourous growth thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

Day one of week five! 19th September! Small amount of defoliation today as some leaves had been laying on the soil and were turning yellow. Other than that the girls look good I think. A little more LST but think Ive got a good even spread so far.. 🤞🏼 Nutes gone in today Biobizz: Grow/Bloom/TopMax all at 1ml per litre.. Day 3 of week 5! Update 21st September: Nutes gone in again today BioBizz Grow/bloom/Top Max all at 1ml per litre... Starting to see signs of filtered water deficiencies so CalMag going in on next feed @ 1ml/l. Wasn’t sure if my water filter was much cop but looks like it’s better than I thought. Wish I’d gone with my gut and started the CalMag earlier! Other than that I’m giving them a couple more weeks of veg and then we’re going to flower 🌷 all being well 🤞🏼❤️ Day 4 UPDATE: 22nd Sept. More LST to keep things all the same height and encourage more new growth sites.. Hello. My Royal Gorilla auto continues to bloom. The smell is so cool . This is smell number one of all my grows . So exotic fruity and sweet smell. I water in the same way: every day to prevent salting. The plant genetic amazingly nice - very fast flowering time. I think may be one more week bloom and 3-4 days to clean the plant. Fertilizers RQS Organic Nutrients are great and enough for full cycle. I added some more extra food from GNHE and HESI

Changed watering to every 5 days water until runoff they seem to enjoy it. Signs of Thrips I believe so sprayed them with neem type spray hoping that does the job. Continued with LST and ponytailing. Defoliated a very small amount. Hoping that both Banana’s go into flower next week.

Okay so after 48 hours instead of 24 of darkness. These ladies were begging to be chopped with how much more intense the smell got. Cheesy , sweet , skunky , and a floral incense kind of scent. Made lots of finger hash just getting them off the plants , already smoked. I’m about 75% done with chopping all the major tops. This time I decided to cut off the branches and dry on an eight tier 24” diameter rack off Amazon. All 8 tiers are full with gorgeous top colas. I’m drooling. Can’t believe just how much bud this is turning out to be. They are dense , and oozing. Not going to get a wet weight because this is just too much. But holding the rack it’s like 20 lbs or more. My scales don’t go that high. Lol. Gotta say it, I think my buds look 10 times better than the advertisement photos g13 lab’s mozzarella. My 2 cents and honest opinion. Please do give me your opinions. I know I didn’t show the full grow because life gets busy. My next grow I want to control the humidity and heat levels a bit better. Or just humidity and run co2 to withstand higher temps. I have every angle of the grow under my tips now. It feels amazing to have this kind of harvest after the dedication these plants received. I’m Convinced…. rdwc with a water chiller , is by far the best way to do hydro. When it’s dry I’ll add the final weights. My nutrient reg is this. Jacks 321 , botanic are cal mag plus, hydroguard,PK booster is flower fuel(purple can off Amazon) and unsulfured molasses. If you don’t have an ability to keep water at 70 degrees then only use jacks hydroguard and cal mag. You’ll still do well but that molasses , that sauce is the boss.

Day 42 first day of the week I turned the Growers Choice ROI-720 up to 30% its using 216w at 240v. Day 44 pictures were after some simple hand bending lst. This week we've seen alot of growth in all the plants. They need water about ever 4 days and between all 4 they take a gallon and a half untill the get a little run off out of the bottom. Roots are starting to come out of the bottom of the pots. Day 44 I noticed some spots on plant bs leaf I think it was from a nat or something I saw in the tent. And same day plant d has very slight yellowing on the tips of the newest growth. Think it's a deficiency of some sort, I'll look into it. Day 45 Transplanted into 5 gallon fabric pots with fox farms ocean forest soil. Didn't water today because the root balls where still pretty moist. Raised light to maintain 24" about the canopy. Day 46 Watered all 4 plants took about 4.25g of water. PH 6.3 @ 73° F. Day 47 Think I shouldn't have watered yesterday plants A, B, and D are drooping. Plant B has some light brown/yellow spots on the middle growth and very slight yellowing on the tips of the newer growth. Plant D has different spots dark red/brown almost burnt orange on middle growth and yellowing on the tips of the leaves. Weird how plant C just doesn't care what I do to it it just keeps getting bushier and wider leaves, never yellowing or drooping. Day 48 None of the plants were dropping the evening, and the spots and yellowing havnt gotten any worse. They grew alot since I measured yesterday.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. FBT2309 is flowering well. She has a sweet flowery aroma at the moment. She is growing under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in the Gen1:11 nutrition. She is coming to the end part of bulking. I figure she has about 2 weeks left roughly. She has a nice frost, and is looking great. The organo-mineral nutrition is a bit tougher to grow in. The flavor has been amazing from other grows. So it's worth the extra effort.
