I've enjoyed a lot growing this plant, I had to deal at tje end of thr cycle with fungus gntas but she resisted without problems, each day the flowers stink more and more, amazing genetic, I would definitely like to keep on working with this genetic, it's a pleasure to smoke, I recomend you to grow her organically like I did snd you'll see!

Night temperatures were in the 50-60s. This is much cooler than what they are used to as our house is at 73. They need to get used to what mother nature will provide. Our summers are hot and humid. I had planned to bring the plants back in the sunroom but since conditions were similar, I let them stay outside every night. And every night but 2 it rained. I did not water or feed nutrients this week. I am attempting the scrog technique on all plants. I am using a peony cage as the support structure. The cages are about 2 feet high. This may not be enough side or top support as she grows and may have to resort to tomato cages. Took pics May 6,9, & 11 Opium is a vigorous lady. She will be my glamor girl. She is taller and has the typical sativa structure and has space between the nodes. There is not much leaf growth, so I don’t defoliation much. Her nodes are close but starting to spread out a bit. Hot dry week, had a wild storm roll through with tons of lighting, but barely a drop of rain. Added one last layer of netting for support. Removed a few more inner nodes that weren't keeping up with canopy. Did another batch of compost tea this week, spray of LCPT. Will start BT next week as I've seen some cattepillars. Flowering is coming along nicely as well, lots of pistils, and node tightening.

After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

Großartig gewachsen aber zugleich eine Pflanze Überdüngt. Ich war überrascht im Rückblick das schnelle und unaufhaltsame Wachstum. Da ich anfangs nur den Ph wert grob geschätzt habe habe ich glaube ich Anfänger Fehler gemacht und den PH wert ganz locker genommen. eine Pflanze hat die spitzen verbrannt und wächst seit dem relativ dünn und mager, trotzdem wuchsen sie stetig. Somit habe ich mir ein PH Messgerät angelegt. jetzt wird genau auf 6.2 PH alles angepasst. Kann durch den PH wert oder dem Dünger das Problem entstanden sein? LTS hat genial funktioniert und hat bei jeder Pflanze schöne Äste gebildet. es schaut fast schon aus als ob die Pflanzen in Blüte gehen wollen. Ich freue mich auf die nächste Woche!

An Tag 23 habe ich das LST neu angepasst um die kleine niedrig und buschig zu halten. An Tag 24 habe ich fast alle großen Fächerblätter entfernt und das LST erneut angepasst. An Tag 25 erneut LST angepasst. An Tag 27 wurden zu viele der unteren Triebe mit Schatten bedeckt, so dass ich einiger der Blätter wegnehmen musste.

Another round of topping. Tied her all back to spread out for LST. Going to flip to flower next week. Used the Kushman technique and Supercropped all her stems every inch on the way up, without bending. Gives her muscles to flex <3

The ladies have finally made their journey into the final stages of flower and now it's flush time for her. She is covered in blanket of trichromes and smells wonderful like a kid in a candy store. The aurora is very strong and sweet with a hint of skunk. Color is vibrant purple, red, green with nice orange hairs. Can't wait to see how she tastes. Thanks @sweetseeds for the great beans.
