10/18, day 74 While only getting a tiny bit taller, the colas are bulking up, trichomes are developing, and the colors are amazing. She's so pretty! We're starting to take more stemmed leaves off in preparation for harvest, and they are ready to come off, with beautiful yellow fading. There are sooooo many reddish-orange hairs, and it seems most of the tops are being taken over by purples now. 10/21, day 77 Violet's leaves are turning brown and beginning to curl now. When looking at her trichomes, it seems there is not as much amber today as there was yesterday somehow. Every time we open the cabinet, it seems she has changed. 10/23 day 79 Violet has been exploding with trichomes the last couple of days, and I'm just like WOW!! Upon doing more research on trichomes and their development, I found an article that explains things so nicely (Link: https://www.greencultured.co/cannabis-trichomes-overview/ ) In this article, I learned about the three different types of trichomes: bulbous, capitate sessile, and capitate stalked. The stalked being the tall pretty ones we like to see, which also contain the most resin. At a certain point, the short sessiles develop into the stalked, increasing from 30% to 80-90%. This is kind of far down the article in the section titled "Latest Cannabis Trichome Research." It also explains that the stalked trichomes contain 16 cells while sessile trichomes only contain 8, so the stalked trichome explosion Violet has been having is doubling her medicinal value. I believe that her increasingly strong smell is a sign that this is good information, so I encourage you to check it out. I do not know them, nor have any arrangements with them, I really did just find the article that helpful. Oh, Violet, our time together is going to be over soon!!

happy with plants at this stage. cant wait to see them bulk up. they are starting to smell a little now the sour lemon tart is alot more pungent than critical orange punch at this stage.

This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

May 27th-29th Trellis net is getting full and plants looked good, could’ve flipped to 12/12 but my smart self completely forgot about that flowering stretch so I vegged them till I saw a “good height” lmao I know but it’s my first grow leave me alone lol

11/30 - 12/5: The bigger Zenzations has the beginnings of a small apex flower. Both Zenzations continue to look great, but the big story is the turn around the Black Jacks have made. They've tripled in height in 2 weeks and have nice, long lower branching. Both Gorilla Girls are stretching well now and have huge fan leaves, so I think they've still got some stretching to do. I dialed back the lights to 13 hours of daylight on the 4th. 12/6: I fed them today.

The Ztrawberriez Auto is very resistant has a great sweet strawberry smell throughout the garden. As you can easily see from my grow question, I was initially afraid for the plants due to the high temperature in the greenhouse (as soon as the sun shone ~40 degrees). It turned out that the plant seemed to like it and rewarded me with beautiful buds with purple tips. Growdiaries won't let me delete the question otherwise this would have happened long ago... She finished very quickly and took just 70 days from seed to harvest. All this confirms that fastbuds is the right address for autoflowers. I'm already looking forward to the next run. Day 65. Girls are okish, calmag mini def is still after me, now even Gorillas show off some reddish leaves stems, hope they just cant keep up with speed and amount... In flowering its bad to have unhealthy plants, so CalMag today and full bloom tommorrow eve. Girls started to drink really fast. Control garden is my joy now, Outside Cookie is a pity tho.... We shall see.... In plans to raise lights back to 60 cm from canopy, girls stretched a bit, need to adjust and i just cant wait couple more weeks till first round of defoliation :))) hope to do it on day 18 of flower latest.. Canopy is too packed, need better air and light. Thinking to get heavy artillery out, epsom salt dresing :)) thats my last hope to fight that reddish-violet and make it green again. It takes two weeks to kick inn, but works always for me... Day 66. Girls are happy, hungry and in full blast. Control garden has such healthy green its hard to describe... Cookies on other hand streched as f@%k, will have to lolitop them really high, so no proper grow and small harvest, taste is the only thing that can save them... Worthless for now.... All girls streched like 5 cm in one day, they loved CalMag. Lights been raised like 7 cm. Lets see... Day 68. Changed plans a bit, girls got silica acid with plain water and they loved it! They are happy campers and grow really fast, now only to have patience till defoliation. Girls are super packed, will have to care about them 2x more than avarage, thinking to plug in conditioner, but its still coldish weather outside, so hope to last two more weeks without that beast, no tv or orher aplaincies while this beast runs :)))) Day 68, evening. First time checked my girls after light switch to flower and i am lost, will they make it? Canopy height is like 30-35 cm, they had small lolitopings on lower levels during vegetation ( see week 8 first video just mute it, they where striped like this on week 5 as well) in video its even hard to see, but its jungles!!!! Have one fresh air fan, double fan set with carbon out, inside two standing fans and powerful conditioner, will i make it with only defoliation or should i clear them hard aswell? Never growed such low and dence plants before. Please advice or show diary to read. Plus a 30 days old Incredible Bulk, almost no feed, no germination or transplanting, straight to soil and no direct light above. Hope you will see this same strain grower :) Peace.
