Hello, my wonderful green-thumbed friends! Welcome to the Week 5 veg report for our fabulous P.C.R.s. This week has been all about new beginnings and meticulous care, as we continue to nurture these beauties towards their full potential. Let’s dive in! New Home, Sweet Home This week, our P.C.R.s made the big move to their new 3x3 tent, and boy, do they love it! Under the bright and consistent light of the ViparSpectra P2000, these plants are set to thrive. The P2000 is a game-changer, offering a full spectrum that mimics natural sunlight, ensuring our plants get the best light for every stage of their growth. It’s like bringing a slice of the sun indoors! Leaf Love and Clones We also took some leaves and cuts this week to encourage bushier growth and to propagate new plants. Each cut was carefully treated with Clonex Gel, a rooting hormone that gives our clones the best start. Think of it as a nutrient-packed smoothie for our cuttings, providing all they need to develop strong, healthy roots. To keep our new clones happy and hydrated, we used Clonex Mist, which is like a gentle rain shower, supplying essential nutrients and promoting robust root development. It’s all about giving them the TLC they need to become the next generation of thriving plants. TLC and Maintenance With the move, I made sure to maintain the optimal environment inside the tent. Our TDS is holding steady at 410, with a pH of 5.8 and a temperature of 21°C for watering. These parameters are crucial for nutrient uptake and overall plant health, ensuring our P.C.R.s have everything they need to flourish. Why We Do What We Do Understanding the importance of each step is key. Solid start to flower for these ladies... Starting this grow diary now and filling in as much as I can from the ~8 weeks before this point. I'll keep updating from now 'til harvest. Struggling to keep the heat down so had to rig up a styrofoam cooler "AC" I found on YouTube, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpqUr6bEYOs Keeping the DIY CO2 generator running full blast while the lights are on and have some side-lighting led bars in the works that I'll have installed later this week. Drip system has been working great, dialed back the feedings so I don't overwater and can give the top layer of coco a chance to dry out a little bit. Heavy defoliation tomorrow to clean up the canopy...

As you can see from the pics she has entered her death cycle. I saw a lot of the buds tightening up this week and she gaining some density.

Decided to do 1 more week veg as I'm waiting for tent space thought I'd be ready lol Done a defoilation again and stripped bottom stems. Switching tomorrow 12/12

All flowering now starting to really take off the blue dream is flying they all have stayed short bit hoplyy the stetch will give a bit the gorilla melon is in its own tent now to continue veg to fill a 3x3

Everything's going smoothly so far. Doing a defoliation tomorrow and getting rid of any lanky branches. This should be my best crop yet with photoperiods. It should be noted that there is a difference between defoliation and lollipopping. I didn't realize there was one until last month.

Hello fellow growers! 🌱 Despite a few bumps along the way, I'm thrilled to share that my contest journey is officially underway. After some delivery hiccups with the controller, the third attempt was the charm – it finally made it to my doorstep! 🚚💨 The initial excitement hit a snag when I faced issues connecting the controller. 🤔 Thankfully, the fantastic support team guided me through the troubleshooting process, and voila! 🛠️ My controller is now up and running smoothly. As I eagerly await the next stages, I haven't ventured into using the light adapter just yet. Stay tuned for updates on my growing adventure! 🌿

Grow diary 11 stage 5 Days 41-50 During the week she had some training and I removed the damaged leaves. The whole grow has suffered from me not getting the watering schedule sorted. This westcoast hasn't started with the pistils yet but she can't be far off. Hopefully I haven't done to much damage.

Had a good week. Started flowering. Julie and Jen had some lime green new growth but i upped the nutes and today they look much better. First pistils showed up on Julie and her canopy is coming along.

Well, still endless white hairs at 73 days. However they are starting to tighten up good now, and trichs are starting to pick up. Hopefully I can take them down in within 7-10 days. Just tossed 2 GDP(Big Head Seeds), 1 Gelato(Broken Skull Seeds), and 1 Exodus Cheese(Green House) in the tupperware for next round, will be a bit uneven with the diff phenos but I'll weed out the best one and run that x4 next time around.
