Huge plants, a bit late to flower , and not as frosty as other GHS genetics but I got a feeling they will surprise me in the end.

Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I did some HST bending. The branches are starting to recover and straighten out after the HST now. I still have some issues with pale leaves and a few spots here and there. I’m going to try adding some Dolomite Lime with the next watering and think that should help with the paleness. I’m also going to up the amount of CalMag and Mammoth P to see if that helps with the spotting. I’m not sure if I should see the spotted leaves recover or if the spots will remain. I suspect the spots will remain on the existing leaves regardless of what I do at this point, but hopefully no new spotting will develop. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. Day 71 - Starting week 11 and this is her final week. She will be getting chopped on Friday. She’s still has quite a bit of white pistils but just about 100% of the trichs are milky with about 30% amber so that’s telling me she’s ready. I’ve never tried the 72 hours of darkness before harvesting but because I need some room in the tent, I went ahead and took her out and placed her into a dark cabinet until Friday. She’ll have decent airflow in there so she should be ok until Friday. Day 72 - Nothing new to update as of now. She’s just hitting her first 24 hours of complete darkness. I’ll give her a quick peak tomorrow and see how she looks and then will give her 24 more hours and chop her on Friday. Day 73 - Just a few updated pictures before chopping tomorrow. It’s been almost 48 hours of darkness and I’m not seeing much of a difference in her but she is definitely smelling REALLY strong.

Tricombes mainly milky, some half milky, no amber yet. Pistils are starting to turn orange, white is still the prominent pistil colour at the moment. Couple of leaves are starting to yellow but all up, apart from a slight nute burn the girls are doing nicely. Smells like blueberries, rosemary and chives.. thank Christ for the carbon filter!

And just like that, the ninth and final week of flowering has come to an end. After months of training, adjusting, observing, and patiently waiting, the girls have finally reached the finish line. Unfortunately, the last week wasn't entirely stress-free. Humidity became particularly challenging, reaching levels much higher than I would have liked this close to harvest. With the flowers now at their densest, this naturally made me more cautious about potential mold and bud rot. One bud on Planet of the Grapes caught my attention, as it appears to be showing either some localized damage or the early signs of bud rot. I have been monitoring it very closely, and thankfully, the surrounding flowers still look healthy and unaffected. With harvest planned for tomorrow, I don't intend to take any unnecessary risks—if the affected area looks any worse, it will simply be removed during harvest. Now for the good news: the girls have finished beautifully. Trichome development is right around where I wanted it to be, with most plants showing approximately 15% amber trichomes, although naturally there is some variation between cultivars and even between individual flowers. Some are slightly further along, while others could probably continue for a little longer. Nevertheless, I have decided to harvest the entire tent together at the end of Week 9. They have matured closely enough to one another that a synchronized harvest makes the most sense, especially since I would rather not set up a second tent purely for drying. Looking back, it's satisfying to see how much the garden has changed. What started as four relatively small plants eventually became a completely filled canopy of heavy, frosty flowers. There were challenges along the way—yellowing leaves, summer heat, stubborn humidity, light adjustments, deficiencies, and branches eventually becoming too heavy to support themselves—but the plants kept pushing forward. And now there is nothing left to adjust. No more chasing the perfect light distance. No more canopy management. No more wondering how much they will stretch or how large the flowers will become. Tomorrow, the scissors finally come out. After nine weeks of flowering and a lot of patience, harvest day has arrived. 🌿✂️

Last week on nutrients , going on flush next sun , the 8 ball kush seems to be the happier strain with the 5 part salt nutrients , the blue OG is doing ok but the 8 ball is the chunkiest

Super Lemon Haze (SLH) Final dry yield came in at 13 oz (≈368 g) of finished flower. All buds were fully trimmed using a bowl trimmer, producing a consistent, clean finish across the harvest. Trim weight was not recorded. Drying was carefully managed to preserve terpene profile and smoothness. Final product smokes exceptionally well — burning to a clean white ash, indicating a proper dry and cure trajectory. Smoke is smooth and easy on the throat, with no harshness. Flavor and effect are true to the cultivar: a classic Super Lemon Haze profile, with bright citrus notes and a clean, uplifting smoke. Overall quality is high, with good structure, even dryness, and excellent burn characteristics. A very successful harvest both in yield and quality.

Week Three (Day 14 to Day 21) Their height is between 12 and 17 inches. Explosive growth in Day 14 through Day 21. Required careful light management. Some are growing approximately 1 inch per day. We put stakes in the containers to support future growth. OG Kush autoflower doesn't like to be topped or fimmed. Autoflowers in general prefer no topping or transplanting. The stakes will allow us to support the plant and side branches. Plants continue on their Feed / Feed / Water regime. During week three they received one feeding of 750 ppm at 6.3 pH and a second feeding of 950 ppm at 6.1 pH. Plants have shown no sign of nutrient burn or stress. The 950 ppm feeding probably could have gone a bit higher like 1050 or 1150. The side branching is excellent. Highly recommend adding side lights to tents as they help develop side branching. It's all about lumens. Middle of the week some cannabis plants began to develop some pistils.

Looking happy. Just a few more weeks.

Nothing peculiar so far, just buds getting bigger ✨ ✨ lots of flowers on two of the girls so my expectations are getting higher, let's hope for a big harvest 🤞🏻

Day 50 (22 of flowering ) flowering is really bloom ing now, i’m playing a little with lamp distance cause is a 100 watt non dimmerable so i hope to increase light to bud, they need now. Now she really needs a lot of feed. I give 1 lt every2 days. Day 51 (23 o flowering ), another 1 lt full. Now she’s eating 1 lt every 48 hours, and when she need it anyway. But she need à lot more thème before. Day 53 I had to supercrop this branch that was too close to the heat ventilation. I hope it will save the branch and increase maybe that bud. Today another 1 lt of feeding, and I think that from the end of this week is going to need more. Let’s go!

Day 42 – the girls are deep into flowering now, and they're looking amazing. Buds are really starting to fatten up, and there's a noticeable frost forming on the sugar leaves and top colas. The smell is getting stronger too – sweet and fruity from the Zkittlez side, but with that strong, earthy undertone you’d expect from Gorilla Glue. Ive got some problems on the leaves because i forgot to water it . Stretch has pretty much stopped at this point. They've settled into full bloom mode and are putting all their energy into stacking. I did some light defoliation a few days ago to help with airflow and get light to the lower sites – seems to be working well. Feeding every 2–3 days now. Smell is picking up quickly. Can’t wait to see how frosty they get in the next week or two

I have bought different nutrients to use in this grow and honestly I must say terpinator , W-8 and massive as flower boosters along with coco a and b as the base nutrients is fucking class I have never seen bud growth like this in 2 weeks of flower and the smell is so much stronger and sweeter usually buds won't smell like that till the 3rd week

The purple lemonade is flowering nicely the buds are showing purple already and the gorilla cookies auto is flowering it has very tight node spacing which will mean bigger and fatter buds my tent is smelling great at the moment it will intensify as they grow
