The solo cup Afghani x Mac1 from DNA Junkies is coming to an end. These sticky buds are starting to fade and turning a blueish purple. The smell is strong. Very fruit forward with petrol. Still feeding off the last top dressing.

😍😍😋 still got 3-4 weeks to go is my guess and the serious plumping should begin right about now. starting to get that caked look with trichs. the smell is amazing as well! time to start taking those glamour pics hahah show off the ladies and make them feel special. Might not be obvious to everyone so i'll mention its best to run the 12 hours on at night so the room temp is lower around the tent. It does get a couple degrees hotter in the tent in the summer with the same set up.

The colas keep filling out and getting longer and smell amazing. It's been warmer and more humid outside so RH in the tent has gone up. I added a mini air purifier I wasn't using (no ozone) as an extra precaution against mildew. I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday and realized that the air purifier has a light on it so I got up and turned it off. I was worried that I'd messed with the dark cycle so I left them in darkness for an extra 2.5 hours. My cool tube fan fell off the next day, onto my plants. They look undamaged. I taped it up again and set up a safety wire like the filter and fan have. I need a better solution for next cycle. The buds are beautiful and having an even canopy is great. It's hard not thinking about the end result. The buds still look small compared to the big colas of a traditional grow shape but there's still a couple weeks left. There is some bud formation under the canopy but it's a little light. The tops of the colas are fat but short on the 7 gallon plants and taller and thinner on the 5 gallon plants. I did leave a couple offshoots on that developed in late veg/early flower. By the time I caught them, I felt they were too mature to chop and I thought they helped fill out certain areas. But those ones have fewer bud sites and tend to be just a cola on a branch that shoots straight up which is still good. I do wonder if less crowding would have given me bigger buds, but I think it has more to do with pot size. This is week 7 of flower. I switched to half strength nutes and started adding fancy molasses (18ml/gallon). I broke my pH tester and didn't replace my SCROG net until after I finally watered the next day so the canopy changed a bit. I took the opportunity to rearrange the plants a bit. Crystal formation increased a crazy amount the day after I started adding molasses. I think I'll keep adding molasses even during flush. The CBD Blue Shark has this really beautiful white glow. The pistils are very strong and white and the trichromes reflect back this silver light. The leaves are a nice semi-glossy dark green which gives great contrast. It's just a beautiful plant. The Wedding Cake has a lot more colour with lots of red hairs and some yellow tones in the pistils. The fan leaves are more prone to yellowing and death than the leaves on the CBD BS. The buds seem more structurally dense and are really working on these pyramid shapes that look like delicious orange and green snacks. The buds on the CBD Blue Shark are more symmetrical and kind of otherworldly like some kind of sea creature.

Flushed chopped and almost dry

81th TOTAL GROW DAY, 40th BLOOMING DAY: Flushed suddenly down to 0,4, alternating with pure RO water, 0,03 or so. Dealing with a hot summer can't keep lower temps, sure there'd be more colours if temps were decreasing... But no complains at all, it's a fruity- skunky breath in the air.

Today marks week 8 of veg! For my vision with this plant I plant on letting her recover from her defoliation within the nexts 2 weeks. Then maybe a light defoliation and making the switch to 12/12. Things have been going well for this plant, as you may know she struggled at first! But now shes adapted to the nutrients well and feeding program im feeding everyother day! Water inbetween! Im also not giving the plant a lot of water making sure I do not over water the plant! Learning over here! Ive been enjoy playing and traning the plant getting her to grow big and wide and thick!!! Day 78 - Amazing Buds! WOW! a. this plant's buds just keep maturing! Pistils are going red/orange/brown b. the trichome heads are mostly white, not seeing amber yet c. i cant believe how dense these buds are! Day 79 - she drinks! a. she is drinking 4L a day right now, slowing down a little b. pistils are about 50% colored, and the trichomes are very milky, a few clears c. she is ripening up nice in this flush, many fan leaves are being disconnected by the plant, she is near the end of her life, I am removing many fan leaves per day without force, they just fall off the bud d. the effects are really good, I dried a small bud, and the effects are nice Day 80 - ripening nicely a. the buds are all maturing, pistils turning brown b. the resin is building up on all the buds, the trichome heads are mostly milky white Day 81 - DWC change a. another change out for fresh water, the flush is making the buds so frosty and smell so good! b. drinking about 4 litres a day still, 12/12 hours light is working well Day 82 - real monster plant a. her buds are as big as my arm, and the smell is so intense! b. the fresh water flush is the way to go! Day 83 - trichomes are 90% milky a. she is ripening very nicely, has about 80% brown pistils Day 84 - iced out a. the amount of resin that is being produced is unreal! b. I dont see any amber trichomes yet, she has some time!

Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

I got a new light for these ladies cause it was clear my other lights weren’t doing justice. I went with an affordable option which was a Lumii black 600w HPS light. It made the temp reach 44 degrees luckily I checked on my plant about an hour later and they were looking really sad but they were okay once I moved my tent closer to the window. My temps went down to 33 degrees Celsius which is still to hot PLEASE tell me how I can get This down guys 😭😭😭😭!!! Anyway they were okay before that growing beautifully and very healthy before I got the new light. I can definitely see the different in intensities

I know THESE are autos but you would be impress depending on the genetics of what they're capable of The only thing that really f them up is time They dont go back just forward so yeah Got to be quick Anyways how you doing guys Happy growing thanks for everything

such an beautyful strain! the colors are really outstanding and the scent is incredible! loads of resin production on this one, not the highest yield but insane quality!
