So far this setup is pretty great in the sense I haven't done anything with it :D Will probably be doing my first tank emptying soon as it looks like it's starting to flower. Didn't do any topping or use any scrog net. this is really a set-and-forget grow. Let's see how the setup behaves during flowering though and if any problems pop up

Gorilla cookies has grown a lot. She is 18 inches tall! I took a picture so show viewers how much growth she has up under the main cola area. I decided that I needed to do a LST on her and tie down 4 of her stems. If you look at the pictures, you can see the LST really opened her up a lot. Looking at the weather this week, we are going to have a lot of bright, sunny days. That means I will have to water and feed my plants regularly. It will be nice to have a break from all of the rain that we have had. I bought some "Fruit Fly Sticky Traps Fungus Gnat Traps Insect Trap for Plants Kitchen Indoor Outdoor White Flies Mosquitos Fungus Gnats Flying Insects Houseplant Gifts" off of Amazon that I really like. I don't know if anyone else has a buggy problem, but it seems like every time I get a new bag of soil, there are little gnat like bugs flying around. I tried to show my viewers how many bugs the sticky traps caught. I am very interested in how my FBA Gorilla Cookies is going to grow --I usually buy 3 containers of FoxFarm nutrients but for this grow I am using Miracle Grow. I absolutely fall in love with Gorilla Strawberry! Amazing strain ! I see 5-6 phenotypes 1. Is small indica dominant with very fast flowering 2. is dark purple I have never grown a strain with such a beautiful dark purple my favorite 3 is very resinous with big buds and looks like the main photo of Gorilla Strawberry on fast buds web site 4 Is with bright pink pistils 5. Smaller plant with very thin sativa leaves and very thick main cola 6 is a giant sativa dominant with very broad branching, which is just starting to throw flowers and I guess it will grow for at least 11 weeks Compared to Gorilla Zkytllez seems to me Genetics is a bit volatile However, they have one thing in common with a crazy amount of resin and a wonderful sweet fruity scent. I can not stop sniffing buds very pleasant smell I feel like a junkie :D I could sniff this all day But there is one minor problem for me . While one phenotype begins to bloom and needs Bud Ignitor for a larger number of flowering sites, another could be ready in about 2 weeks and needs overdrive to compaction the flower... When I compare phenotype number 1 and phenotype number 6 looks like a completely different strain, the only thing they have together is a large amount of resin and a wonderful smell. But that's just a problem with my growing style, because I mix fertilizers in a big bucket for all plants equally and I don't have time to mix for each one separately Finally, there is a photo of a thick stem that I probably burned when watering with fertilizer

Day 5 : The Apricot was still stuck in its seed so I decided to remove it. I broke one cotyledon during the process. Hopefully, the second seed was still in the paper towel and was already out of the seed shell. I replaced the plant 1 with the plant 2. The root of the plant 2 seems more developped than the plant 1. So in the end, I guess it's a good thing I broke the cotyledon of the plant 1 because the plant 2 looks stronger. Day 8 : The plants in the soil developed pretty well so I decided to get rid of the back-up seeds and took some pictures before throwing them away. They were all out of their shell with nice root, great seeds! Hello Folks been a hot week this week so an ongoing battle with temps and humidity...😐 Week # 2 from switched lights, the girl is really stretching and exploding with growth. I must say Renaissance is very sensitive to light, nutrients as well as Ph fluctuations so I really have to keep an eye on this one. The plant B (used to be in middle), developed balls so had to be discarded, is now been replaced by the White Widow Pheno #2 ... All the girls, including this one, have been flushed twice this week. I am waiting for a few more days, then will defoliate all the girls again. Right now she is stretching and I am just adjusting her accordingly and LST ongoing. She is healthy I would say and I am hoping for a colorful garden given that no unnecessary fuck up occurs... ✊

👉The spread of the nutrient issue seem to have halted. The damage is done and can be seen in the yellowed sections of some of the fan leaves. The majority of the issues are also in the brightest areas under the lights. I had raised the lights to 23" and moved one of the ceiling fans to blow on the top of the plant more. I still have some burned tips but I am not worried about that too much. The frost is very thick and the aroma is getting stronger, a nice sweet funky stank. Touching the flowers leaves more of a lemony solvent scent. The frost extends out on some of the larger sugar leaves quite a bit. The colas will be long and dense. 👉The nutrient mixture was made to be in the high end of the recommended range of the Mid Bloom week 8 mixture on the General Hydroponics Drain to waste feed chart. I have increased the frequency of H20nly irrigation events. The EC isn't spiking, but it does climb slowly. The pH of the run-off stays pretty consistent in the target range. The fertigation logs are in the pix for each week. I started blending week 8 to week 9 and will be at week 9 and maybe 10 by next week.
