Hello my friends 👩‍🌾👨‍🌾, This 2 weeks vacation and remote growing was nice, Except 2 points - light was 35% so the plants stretch up too much this week - I've founded perforated leaves on the #2, I don't know If it's leaves problem or bugs, I'll check tomorrow with my Microscope . The bottles was enough for a week with litle plants, with biggest plants must to use an other way. I've put my lamp @50% and plants close around 35 cm. Next week I'll work a bit on the plant, topping, training, to prepare my scrog🌲🌲 And return to manual watering. The soil look a bit too much watered, I'll stop watering for a couple of days. A step back recently: Started a final flush (2 days in), and decided to start feeding her again - thanks to some great GD input! 250 ppm at re-start and will work my way to 500ppm? She's still rockin' along - like nothing happened. She topped out at 350 ppm without tanking PH, so she is stable here. PH is now swinging down fairly quickly last 12 hours. Drained off 1/3 of reservoir and get reservoir down to 250PPM. 5 days later, major PH swings down again. Mixed another fresh reservoir. I am using Zero Water 5 gallon system, and just realized the PPM coming out was 100, and PH at 3! If I am at 100 today, that means these filters have been shot for a while, maybe since start of my PH issue. There is also interesting information about when zero water filters reach their expectancy. They put out fishy smell and otherwise. I will be watching my filters more often and taking more notes since this ZeroWater 5 gal system is really the way to go if you are only growing a plant or two. Filters are a bit spendy but when you take time, gas, convenience etc. its a no brainer (if the water coming out is zero:) - I get about 15 gallons per filter (175ppm from tap). Day 70. It’s been about a day since new res change. Steady Eddie at 250 ppm and 6.2. I’ll let her drink the bucket down a good ways if things remain stable with a drift down. I doubt it though, 5 gallon is fine for 12” autos but at 2’ she really needed 8 gal. Time to up the R&D on the cabinet! Also checked Zero Water again and filter is now putting out 200ppm of 3.0 water. New filters installed! Hope she finishes soon, the top of her canopy slowly getting cooked over the last 10 days. 8" of light distance is too little. PPFD 2000+ at the top, but leaf temps are in the upper 70's. Gotta hit a decent DLI on these lower buds - without nuking the top nugs, right?! As the week concludes, she’s in a fresh bath, at 250ppm @ 6.0 and running stable again. New water filters installed so zero water variable removed. Last serving of half+ teaspoon of GH dry KB ripening, and will reduce ppm by 25/day until I reach 10-15%. 1-2 day flush, if at all.

Another easy week for the Runtz ladies ❤️ I’ve been watching closely and counting down, they are getting so close but could still go a little further without getting too much amber. I’m trying to time the harvest to go along with my other strain I have going as I have no other space available 🙈 I switched to straight PH water the end of last week, and they have gotten three feeds with runoff since, there will probably be 2 more. They are taking less water now, or rather, it’s lasting longer now. RH was dropped to between 48-50 % and temps have been between 76-79 degrees, and about 69 degeees at night. An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. Next to thanking Santa Maria for her healing, we would like to thank our friends here, all who shared their kind words, advice, and attention. I had made a video to share my thanks on video, but every time I got very emotional. You guys have no idea how tough this year was. The gorilla is real easy to clean and sticky and cristally. Day 15- 4/10/21: Welcome to the first day of the 3rd week.... Happiness.... big one. They look amazing.... really so some changes: Lamp is set to be on 150W approx 60% of the full power..... enough..... they love this ViparSpectra XS2000.... So Do I..... Himidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation is fine every 2 hours switched on for 5 min.... Watering like 0.06 l per day.... Started some fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family /before someone ask why I use BioBloom and Top Max in veg just beacuse lol/ And... Epsom salt.... Ratio can be found just scroll down.... And yes, I do it on Tuesday and Saturday except the Epsom just 1x a week the rest then 2x for now. All of them are beautiful and the first LST has been done basically just bent them to the right or left haha for now except Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry because they are basically just 2 weeks old so too young to be trained. I assume Blue Berry has a little funny deficiency but I am sure she will be okay anyways I will colour her back lol with some magic nutrition 🤣🤣🤣 I am happy ;) As you can see 2 of them are smaller /Afghani Gold, Spliffs Strawberry/ because they are younger: planted 1 week later as the first germination failed. Pictures sYs everything so not much more to say... ;)

Chop day. Super sticky and frosty. Smells like candy and gas with some earthy hints to it. Definitely recommended. Was a pretty easy growm

The final Week, before harvest! She has some massive towering buds! 2.5 gallons of water is lasting this plant 5-6 days before drying out, and ready for more.. She was harvested instead of being watered!

Showtime.... The ladies are officially in flower... this is so exciting... I could’ve flipped them 3 Weeks ago but a long strong Vegetative phase a give you big colas and a large yield... Stay tuned

She is looking good haven’t watered in a while as the continuous rain helped. I’m doping she can gain more height in the next 2 weeks as I intend to flower her into the dry season.

These girls are doing well still. Responded well to their training and recovered from their topping. All is well but haven't watered in a week. They just don't need it!

Aug 9: defoliated again to remove lower branches and shaded fan leaves that can prevent air circulation. She is doing great with the buds thickening fast. Starting to get smelly too. Got the UV lights out today. This helps Edmonton in August or September be more like California in June or July. Maybe not that effective but that’s the idea. Second year using the UV lights and worked great last year. Aug 10: UV lights going again today.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week 19 for Queen Citronella, this Super Lemon Haze by Green House Seeds. Planted as a Christmas gift to myself on 25th December 2022 it is now 1st May 2023 and we are on day 128. This it turns out was Citronella's last day living! The smell, oh god the smell, it's just the best. I will update the harvest when she has dried. I tend not to bother with wet weights as I don't really see what the point is, but I can tell you there is absolutely more than 500g here for sure. I am expecting 150-200g when dry. I accidentally dropped one of the smaller branches and it made an extremely satisfying "thud" when it landed.
