10/18, day 74 While only getting a tiny bit taller, the colas are bulking up, trichomes are developing, and the colors are amazing. She's so pretty! We're starting to take more stemmed leaves off in preparation for harvest, and they are ready to come off, with beautiful yellow fading. There are sooooo many reddish-orange hairs, and it seems most of the tops are being taken over by purples now. 10/21, day 77 Violet's leaves are turning brown and beginning to curl now. When looking at her trichomes, it seems there is not as much amber today as there was yesterday somehow. Every time we open the cabinet, it seems she has changed. 10/23 day 79 Violet has been exploding with trichomes the last couple of days, and I'm just like WOW!! Upon doing more research on trichomes and their development, I found an article that explains things so nicely (Link: https://www.greencultured.co/cannabis-trichomes-overview/ ) In this article, I learned about the three different types of trichomes: bulbous, capitate sessile, and capitate stalked. The stalked being the tall pretty ones we like to see, which also contain the most resin. At a certain point, the short sessiles develop into the stalked, increasing from 30% to 80-90%. This is kind of far down the article in the section titled "Latest Cannabis Trichome Research." It also explains that the stalked trichomes contain 16 cells while sessile trichomes only contain 8, so the stalked trichome explosion Violet has been having is doubling her medicinal value. I believe that her increasingly strong smell is a sign that this is good information, so I encourage you to check it out. I do not know them, nor have any arrangements with them, I really did just find the article that helpful. Oh, Violet, our time together is going to be over soon!!

Week 1 of flower lights have been switched to a 12/12 schedule Back pot is plastic so she was fed nutrients 8/5 because it takes a little bit longer to dry up

So as some may have read and seen, this plant have been growing weird and crazy. But I like it! Today is day 38 of flower for the top half of the plant. If you look close, due to the extreme stretching, the bottom half(circled in blue) didn't start flowering until one and a half to two and a half weeks after the top. So that's gonna have to wait and finish(maybe). I'd be surprised to see it all finish at the same time. But she's looking good!

Welcome to the beginning of our Lemon Cherry Gelato journey in the 12/12 seed run — an experiment made with curiosity, community, and creativity. 🌼 Germination Summary Seed Source - Zamnesia Seeds Seed Count for This Report : 3 seedlings selected for documentation (More were germinated; only the standout ones were kept for reporting.) Starting Method: All seeds began in a CannaKan germination system for observation. At around the 36-hour mark, early root development signs were visible. Seedlings were then placed into: • PRO-MIX soil (all three Lemon Cherry Gelatos) • Some under small humidity domes • All in consistent environmental conditions shared with the entire tent Emergence Within approximately 2–3 days, all three Lemon Cherry Gelatos broke the surface with healthy, uniform vigor. Well I thought she was close to harvest but she decided to have another growth spurt. I’m glad I didn’t chop her! There was lots more bud growth this week but that’s stopped now and I haven’t seen white pistils for a couple of days so I think she’s close. The pistils are turning amber slowly, there’s still only a few here and there so we’ll wait and see. Happy growing.

Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. These are very sticky and very smelly I’m probably going to do 1 or 2 more nutrient feedings until I flush for 7 days. Then I reckon I’ll let them druy leave them in dark for a couple days and then chop chop. Very suprised with these tbh and ready to nail the cure 4/13 start of week 7

5/6/25 the trichomes on this plant are spectacular and special. The cameras not picking it up very well but they shine so freaking bright. brighter than other strains. She also has a very unique smell. The breeder mentioned that thesr equatorial photo periods that show autoflower traits have a unique high as well and i wonder if thats due to the unique smell/ terpenes shes

420Fastbuds FBT2310/Week 3 What up grow fam. Weekly update for these stunning girls. Up to this point they've been growing picture perfect . Not really doing anything special besides still feeding nutes every other watering 500ml. I'll double the feed this week taking it to 1000ml/1 liter per every other day. Not seeing any burn signs from introducing nutes so will keep that the same strength. All in all Happy Growing

We’re officially in the final week for my Strawberry Gorilla Automatic from Fast Buds! 🌟 This beautiful girl has had a very quick flowering phase, but looking at the trichomes, they’re right where they need to be so no complaints! She will be flushed throughout this week and then harvested and hung up to dry next week. I’m super happy with how she’s developed!😋

Progressed as expected in the last 7 days. Will be using the Vitalink nutrient range on this grow as their prices are so much lower compared to other nutrient ranges available in the UK and there's a global cost of living crisis thanks to corporate greed, so it will be interesting to see the results when using what they recommend. BTW - This grow should have an asterisk next to "Wedding Gelato" I'm almost 100% sure I haven't mixed the seed up with any other, but can't rule it out entirely. I am stoned all of the time so it's a possibility. I guess we'll find out when she flowers.

Had them, in a glass of water, for 2 days, then planted them into small pots.

Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

As I predicted the weather last week guess what?... it was a cold and wet week. My main issue its yellowing of the wedding cake. think i as to do with the cold weather as she is the close to the door. I allso burned then a litle with the foliar. The instruction clearly say it may burn withe heat and light aply at night. Guess what?... it was midday.... Black Cream Its Growing Good. Couckush its a litle bit burned. Growing good.
