The plant grow so fast you could almost see it happening. It was resistant to drought and handled anything I threw it's way. I highly recommend this strain. The best grow techniques are main-lining or topping, from my experience.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la octava semana de floración de estas Gelato 44 de RoyalQueenSeeds. La temperatura que estuvo entre los 24-26 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos. En cuanto a las plantas las veo verde sano, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Its was great to finally grow my own weed , i felt really good and im so happy with the result , my best choice was to get a experienced guy to help me trought the way , it definitely saved me a lot of time and mistakes , thanks to @bengrowerbr instagram . Now i have two headbangers already flowering on my grow , those are not from any seedbank but they are looking great , i will give her a diarie as well , thanks for being here and lets get medicated!

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is by far the bushyist plant with the most branches she also didn't stretch much and is packed with bud sites ,

Lemon Cherry Gelato will need a little more time before she is ready. However, the buds are already covered with trichomes and also very sticky. Buds smell very sweet and lemony, with the classic Gelato aroma. 🍋🍋🍋🍒🍒🍒

Lights to 11.5 hrs, temps dropped, light raised, let's finish! I think next week it's time to cut them. More branches are falling over from #2 (back right) and it's yellowing nicely. #3 (front right) could use 2 or 3 more weeks but I don't think I will take it that long. It's a low yielder but its structure is very sativa. Smells good. #1 (back left) and #4 (front left) smell roughly the same, #1 makes very heavy branches and dense tops. Its looks are deceiving, hiding its yield under big leaves. Thanks for the interest. I hope your grow is as lucky as this current one. It has been really fun to experience the different phenotypes of SSH. Stay tuned for the harvest report. Hopefully I can take some better pictures.

There is not much to tell this week :) A few came to the flowering tent, 2 are still in the vegi phase for 2 days and then come last to the flowering tent :-) The Blue Cheese and the Kosher Tangie Kush smell very good and how they should 😍👍 It will be difficult to choose 2 mums :-). Beginning of week... This plant has been growing for over a month now. I didnt expect it to come out this amazing.. So now I am creating the grow diary lol. I flipped it to 12/12 this week. She was just going to be LST'd but the top had broke off while making adjustments to the LST one day earlier on.. Damnit.. She's still gonna make some dank ass nugs tho! After 3 - 4 days of 12/12 she has already begun her stretching! End of week... She has stretched some this week.. Not very much in my opinion.. But some for sure.. Not many pistils yet.. Some but no nugs building yet. When you cruch the leaves you have defoliated from this girl.. They have a more danky smell.. Its crazy.. Different than other strains I have grown.. I didnt expect leaves to carry different smells also!

Very good week, used tie down method day 19 and they bounced back well within a day, started there veg feed today day 21 by adding fish mix, roll on next week.

Watered a gallon between the four of them this week (goal to maintain moisture in the beds.) found mycelium growing on top of the beds today, a great sign for soil health! The runt is still runty; if one of the seeds in the solo cups overtakes her in growth, I will probably cull the runt and replace her. Going to be topping in the next day or two, deciding if I am going to do a full “mainlining” run or just top them. TBD

now everything is complete. yesterday i took the gelato to the flower tent, everyone looks great :-)

Another week closer.... So glad we are almost to the end, the heat out lately has been a killer, added another fan to the room it helped a little .... The girls are drinking alot ..they are at the point were the ppms dont drop but raise as the water goes down.. do to not taking up nutrients as they were when growing earlier, so in turn the last few weeks I start to drop in ppms ...I never have noticed a difference by keeping them high all the way to the end I like to drop the last few weeks ....if they are not using it why feed them it...... everything else is going great Until next week, smoke a fatty , help out your fellow grower.
