Day 42 week 6 Feed a bonide mixture 2nd time in a week. Pest have gotten worse but trying to manage persistently. Growth seems to be picking up. Added a 2nd mars hydro Cree 128 as I got a new flower light. Trying to get them used to the new lights and a better ppfd range as I was using the wrong measurements for the past year of growing around 75 umol range … surprising yeilds though with knock off lights in those conditions looking back on it. Next grow will be smooth hopefully lol Day 47 Top dressed 444 Gia green 2 tbps Alfalfa meal 1 tbsp Kelp meal 2 tbsp Crab meal 2 tbsp Asomite 1 tsp Gradual humid acid 1 tsp Glacier rock dust 1 tsp 1-1.5 tbsp of em bokashi bran .5 mykos gruanual mycorrhizal fungi Also sprinkled some langbeinite on I’m thinking there’s potassium deficiency in the soil mixture with this long veg and haven’t feed much potassium. Leafs showing some signs of it. Added 1 inch mulch layer of rabbit compost/ wood chips and spread some clover seeds underneath. Finally got my silica in the mail so soaked it all down with 3ml or 3 grams of 1 gallon of water split between each plant sprayed into soil evenly. They are already feed so this way just to get everything started under the new mulch layer. Will spray bonide on plants to continue with any pest issues leftover.

Growing well for her first week of life. Planted straight into her 20L airpot with new compost. No perlite added.

Week 5 - Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 82 during the day and 72 at night. It’s been creeping up and down for the past couple of weeks. I’m thinking of ordering a T8 Cloudline from AC to really suck that air out… I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop and wow, just wow. Already popping with some long stems and big heads! These girls just keep getting better and better. They are also really starting to show their pheno differences, and similarities. 3 of them have very similar terps, and slight variations, and one is distinct in both smell and look.

Here is a video tour of my back yard jungle. I am in the process of a huge clean-up now that the plants are ripening up and the buds are getting heavy. I'll post some photos tomorrow once the work is done. Some of the fan leaves are coming down now to promote light penetration and air circulation... don't want mildew.

1/15 Day 85 from flip, which is about day 71 of flower. I think both are ready for the chop finally. Looking around the tent today I noticed most leaves up at the top were crispy and falling apart, so I went and trimmed all those off. Looking at trichomes for pheno 1, its pretty close to 50/50 clear and cloudy, but I’ve noticed the amber is really starting to come in. Pheno 2 is more cloudy than clear, and also with a decent amount of amber showing up. I don’t want a large amount of amber trichomes and think it’s about perfect right where it is, so even though both still have some clear I think it’s time to call it. Tomorrow will be chop.

Seems to be going well. Short and tight plant.

Oct 3rd, - start of week 9 in flower; Panama Red, Honduras x Panama get a visit and a feeding tomorrow - (ford) Pink Kush (Bahia black head) get a visit and phood tonight as well. (Bahia Black Head is being Flushed this week, no food) - Alaskan Purple is simply putting on a Huge display after being so quiet all year long. Pictured bottom branch is over 9’ long… 4th - applied the Milk treatment as planned. White Powdery Mildew has been knocked out on this plant; Alaskan Purple. Its also completely stalled Mildew on two other grows. (2-part Milk / 3-part Water. 3.25% fat content is what the Gardener references used for hard vegetables: 7-10 days as req’d 5th - fed Panama Red and Honduras x Panama. (Black Tuna gets Chopped Sunday) 6th *** its a great story, and I’ll keep it short here. - LEGACYMARKETFARM gave me an opportunity earlier this year, and I want to give a shout out to them so people can see the High-Level that they are working-on. Andrew bought some seeds at auction that were created and bred by a Famous and Notorious grower; Charles Scott. aka the original Reeferman. Andrew provided me with a wonderful palette of seeds to work with, as I adopted many of his growing targets and patterns into my own efforts this year. One of the Seeds I could only shake my head at; “TOM FORD Pink Kush x Vanilla Frosting” wtf is this was probably really close to a direct quote. There was Nothing online beyond Pink Kush… and One of the seeds was Germinated. Here we are 6 month’s later, I’m planning a harvest, and looking up tentative flowering times, and Lo and behold, the exact Seed I am growing, is now on-sale from Reefermans former employer: Old School Breeders Association. The exact Strain… Kinda freaks me out that I’m at the head of the Line, but there was lots of useful info on the site, and she stays outside for another week or two now thats for sure… Please help me celebrate this great discovery of info, and give Old School Breeders a Look, they have some amazing Genetics at work there. 🇺🇸Grow Journal🇺🇸 – Mother Gorilla – Vegetative Stage – Week 4 The plant has recovered from last week’s defoliation, although I have noticed a slight decrease in its vigor. I believe this is normal, but it’s still progressing and growing. Environmental Conditions • Humidity: 70% • Temperature: ~78.8°F • pH Level: Still between 5.8 and 6.2; it had slightly increased, so I adjusted it back down to 5.8 • VPD: Still between 0.4 and 0.8, which is fine Most of the heavy work was done last week, so this week has been more about maintaining progress. I’m continuing to train the plant using the SCROG method, carefully tucking branches underneath the net whenever possible. I also did a light defoliation to maximize light penetration for the new developing branches that are forming new growth sites. I’m still waiting for my new nutrients, which should arrive this week. That means I’ll finally be able to switch to a proper nutrient solution. So far, I’ve only been using Formulex, which has worked fine, but I believe it’s now time to transition to proper vegetative nutrients. Regarding the roots, they still seem to be developing well (secondary rootlets). For now, everything is going smoothly. The plant has recovered from defoliation and, most importantly, from topping. I will continue training it carefully, and we’ll see how it evolves over the coming week. Looking forward to next week—we’ll keep a close eye on the progress. See you next week! Constantes environnementales • Humidité : 70% • Température : ~26°C • pH : Toujours entre 5.8 et 6.2 ; il avait un peu augmenté, donc je l’ai redescendu à 5.8 • VPD : Toujours entre 0.4 et 0.8, donc tout est bon Le gros du travail ayant été fait la semaine dernière, cette semaine est surtout consacrée au suivi et à l’entretien. Je continue tranquillement le palissage avec le SCROG, en replaçant les branches sous le filet lorsque c’est possible. J’ai aussi fait une légère défoliation pour maximiser la pénétration de la lumière sur les nouvelles petites branches qui forment de nouveaux sites de croissance. J’attends toujours mes nouveaux nutriments, qui devraient arriver cette semaine. Je vais enfin pouvoir passer sur une véritable solution nutritive. Jusqu’à présent, j’ai uniquement utilisé Formulex, ce qui convenait, mais je pense qu’il est maintenant temps de passer aux engrais de croissance. Concernant les racines, elles ont l’air de bien se développer (radicelles secondaires). Pour l’instant, tout suit son cours. La plante a bien récupéré de sa défoliation et surtout de son topping. Getting closer to the end and it's showing. Upping the BioPK still a little bit. I think they'll be ready in a day or 10. A couple more rounds and I'll start flushing. Even though everybody keeps telling me flushing has been scientifically debunked, I dont really feel comfortable not doing it. Any comments on that from you guys?

Looking great in here. Although had a bit of an insect scare but hopefully under control. But the planted are easing into flower nicely and sites available for flower are slowly covering up with pistils. Progress is good. Mammoth p being added to the mix every 3 or 4 days. It’s my first run using mammoth p but I’ve read good things about it. The potg and one of the PMs are currently battling for number one spot in the tent with the gelatos. The Cherry and other PM aren’t far behind😍😍😬 Update..... all of them just racing now, out and up looking super healthy and super happy. They will also get a little more room to grow in the next couple of days but alas upwards can go no more so I’ll give all the girls decision within the next two days also. This stuff if you’re unfamiliar with it, encourages the plant to stop all vegetative growth immediately and simply focus its powers on flower development. I’ve read good things about it but haven’t used it personally before. Decision idea shelved but 1 purple Majik and the POG are growing talllll. I’ve managed to give each plant a little extra space to grow and allowed better light coverage across all plants. A wee bit of bending may be needed but let’s hope not, I do hate breaking these poor girls necks😱😢 The girls responding well to new set up canopy is looking full and healthy the CG in particular is making a great show fast, not to Say that the PM aren’t moving quickly too, they are 😍😍😍. I think once the POTG has decided to quit stretching it’s also really going to fill out. But all in all great. Very happy with everything in there. Current favourite, and the shortest, is the Cherry Garseeya, she just way cool.
