Feels like it snowed on it over the last week, full of cristals. I think it needs about one more week and then it's ready for harvest.

Both plants looks pretty but they are showing some yellow/brown spots on fan leaves, so i guess the nutrients are too strong and decided to give them half of the recomendation. Also added some Hesi Boost hoping it is a good idea. Just now i can feel their smell, it is nice but not strong. I have no clue about when to harvest them but it seems like at least two weeks more. 😸

09/14 gave big pot its last strongest feeding at 1930 dropping those numbers big time this week. Watered small pot. I need to take readings and see if I need to do a flush or not by six the small pot was droopy it was a hot one today fed it 1060ppm 09/15 watered small pot this morning measured runoff at 399ppm so no need to flush that one will check small one tonight when I water small watered small pot 09/16 fed big pot this morning 1280ppm fed small pot 1110ppm 09/17 watered both big in morning small at night. 09/18 fed both this morning 1190ppm trying to not have to water when I get home at night. Little pot wasn't dry at all but oh well 09/19 watered both this morning 09/20 fed both 1160ppm

🌿 Cosmic Noodles — Week 6 Flower (Week 10 from Seed) ✦ Context & Run Setup 12/12 from seed. Autoflower expression under controlled flowering conditions — a hybrid rhythm between speed and structure. What we’re seeing now is the result of early structure + stable environment + precise feeding. And also… one lesson plant that deserves respect. ⸻ ⚠️ The Overwater Plant — A Necessary Decision This week, we made a call. Not emotional — responsible. One plant, previously pushed through intentional overwatering conditions, did not recover. Root zone remained compromised, oxygen exchange was limited, and overall plant vitality continued declining. What we observed: • Persistent droop and lack of turgor recovery • Slowed or stalled bud development • Increased risk profile (humidity pockets, potential for rot/microbial issues) At this stage in flower, the plant wasn’t just underperforming — she was becoming a liability to the room. So the decision was made: ✂️ Harvest early, remove risk, protect the ecosystem. Yield was minimal — but that was never the point. This plant served as a living case study. 💡 Key takeaway for the community: Overwatering is not about “too much water” — it’s about lack of oxygen in the root zone. Once that balance is lost for too long, recovery becomes unlikely. Respect to her. She taught more than she produced. ⸻ 🌱 The Rest of the Garden — Absolute Explosion Now… the contrast. The remaining plants are doing the exact opposite. They are: • Vigorous • Structurally stacked • Visibly happy ✦ What we’re seeing: • Bud sites fully formed and stacking aggressively • Dense, symmetrical structure across the canopy • Leaves holding a deep, healthy green • Strong transpiration and daily drinking rhythm These girls are not just growing — they are driving energy exactly where it needs to go. ⸻ 💧 Water, Feeding & Plant Demand Current intake: • 1.6 – 1.8L per plant / 24h This tells us everything: • Root systems are active • Transpiration is strong • Environment is dialed ✦ Parameters: • Temperature: 26°C • RH: 60% • EC: 2.0 • pH: 6.5 • CO₂: ~1000 ppm This combination is creating: → Efficient nutrient uptake → Strong metabolic activity → Continuous flower development They are eating, drinking, and converting. ⸻ 🌸 Bud Development — Where It Gets Beautiful At ~Week 6 flower: • Calyx stacking is now visibly dominant • Buds are transitioning from formation → mass accumulation • Structure is tightening, weight is coming in And the key detail: 👉 The plants are still pushing fresh growth, not fading early → This means the engine is still running strong You’ve built a system where: • Energy is available • Environment supports it • Genetics are expressing fully That’s why they look like this. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Size & Structure • Average height: ~1.2 meters • Even canopy with strong tops • Light penetration still effective This is the sweet spot: 👉 Big enough to produce 👉 Controlled enough to manage ⸻ 🔍 Why They’re Thriving (While One Didn’t) This is the real lesson of this week. The difference wasn’t genetics. It was the root environment. Healthy plants: • Oxygenated root zone • Stable wet/dry cycle • Consistent nutrient availability Overwatered plant: • Oxygen deprivation • Root stress → reduced uptake • Cascade effect into weak growth Everything above the soil is just a reflection of what happens below it. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Coming into the next phase: ✦ Expect: • Continued bud swelling • Increased density and weight • Possible early signs of fade (depending on feeding strategy) • Higher demand for stability (environment becomes critical now) ✦ Watch for: • Humidity control (as buds thicken) • Airflow through the canopy • Any signs of internal moisture pockets We are entering the “everything counts” phase. ⸻ 🤝 Closing Words To everyone watching this journey: • Day one supporters • Silent observers • Question askers • Even the doubters This is for all of you. To the community, to GD, to the sponsors, to the genetics — thank you for being part of this process. Because this isn’t just a grow. It’s: → Learning → Sharing → Improving together ⸻ And to the garden… One plant taught us a lesson. The others are showing us what happens when everything aligns. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. week intel: its time to harvest top buds! because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. its crucial to get uniformed buds in terms of quality that you let the lower buds to get some extra air and especially light! then the pop corn buds quality will reach the top buds. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

I'm just getting around to uploading for the week of 9/5 Unfortunately I haven't had the time that I hoped I would when I made the video, but I'm glad I made it so I don't have to remember everything😵 Went in and defoliated inner branches Top dressed with Down to Earth Minerals 4-4-4, Good Girl got about a cup (as did all the other photoperiods) but Problem Child got 2 since she's such a heavy feeder. I decided to do a granular because of how much rain we've been getting, I really don't need to water and I didn't want to swamp them. And it also saves time. Problem Child is continuing to improve and Good Girl is flowering like a champ.

March 1, 2024 Day 15 A new week and a lot of changes. We are talking watering, nutrients, lighting and RH. First, let's discuss the look of these girls. They have extremely broad leaves and the yellowing was definitely a nutrient deficiency. The tops started turning a very light yellow. A sure sign of a deficiency. I'm not sure what it is though. Nitrogen or Cal/Mag? On of those. I think. They are both 3" tall now and are starting to really stretch. This leads me into the next topic. Nutrient regimen. Today started the Advanced Nutrients 3 part base at 2 ml/gal each and Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal/Mag extra 2 ml/gal. They also got another dose of Recharge. That being said, out next topic is watering. I have changed up the watering to 500 ml every other day starting today. I'll keep a close eye throughout the day for any over watering issues, but I don't think there will be any. I have the moisture spread well throughout the entire container. No runoff so that's good as well. It means I haven't over watered for such young plants. Now for lighting. The light was dropped last week from 29" to 27.5" but this morning I made some changes. I increased the light intensity up from 30% to 40%. I also raised the light to 28" from the little baby plants. This all increased the light intensity to a happy level. DLI: 22.7 mol/m²/d PAR: 350 ppfd Distance: 28" Finally we are looking at RH. The goal for this week is 60%. With the higher light power level the temp will increase. In turn, the humidity should hover around 60% to 62% with the temp closer to 78°. However, I would like to keep it at 77° for the whole veg stage. That's all for today. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73° RH: 60.3% VPD: 1.09 kPa March 2, 2024 Kind of running into an issue with feeding and watering. The containers aren't as moist as I would have hoped and I'm starting to think the nitrogen levels are still low. I think I'll increase the whole regimen by 50% and double the Cal/Mag. I'm also considering feeding 250 ml on off days. For this week, I'll use nutrient water and no plain water. I'll switch to every other watering, next week. Just until I can get them to catch up. They are both still very yellow. As for lighting, it's perfect. They are both reaching just right. Perfect praying. I will most likely increase the power level to 60% next week to match the middle/ late veg stage. I'd really like to be at 100% power by the middle of flowering. Other than the yellow leaves they look healthy as can be. Super broad leaves and strong stalks. I have fans running in the tent for circulation but nothing is directly hitting the plants. That will hopefully keep the stalk malleable for training which will start when they can reach the edge of the containers without folding the plant in half. I would like to see maybe 5" of standing stalk from the base. Much easier to water when the soil is free of too low hanging branches. This time around, I will do my best to keep these well defoliated. However, I don't want to go overboard. According to FastBuds, the buds are super dense and the branches need to be supported and spread out for air flow. They didn't say anything about leaf coverage. I'm guessing they will be super busy as it goes with most indicas. We shall see though. I may ask for help from the community for defoliation. I'm no good at it. At least not with autoflowers. I feel I'll have a lot more control with photoperiod, but I like the autoflowers. I have plenty of photoperiod seeds, just haven't had the space to grow them. Some day, I'll grow some. Probably a better idea to grow them sooner rather than later. Maybe I'll run them after my Sour Diesel/Blue Dream run. That will be after the competition I'm joining around 4/20. Those will be autos as well, so it should go pretty quickly. Update: I decided to water in 250 ml after all. I didn't water at the base though. I feel that is crucial in not overwatering the young plants. When I water the 500 ml tomorrow, I'll water the base. It seems to be working. Also, I am wondering if I should do a foliar spray with the nutrients just to help speed up the nitrogen intake. I'll have to research if I should or not. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 60.9% VPD: 1.10 kPa March 3, 2024 So I realized that I need to compensate for the complete lack of nutrients in the soil and bumped the feed from 2 ml to 3 ml for all the nutrients except for Recharge. They got their 500 ml watering today. The bases were watered as well. A tiny bit of drooping, but they were just fed and the water needs to seep in. Plus the lower half of the containers are still fairly dry. So that should certainly spread down and even the soil out. They also haven't recovered from the nitrogen deficiency completely, but I'm sure that will come with time. They aren't slow, at least not that I can tell. They seem to be growing at a decent rate. They are both the same size and nearly identical. Even down to the nitrogen deficiency. What's interesting is the 2 Banana Purple Punch's don't seem to be as hungry as these two and they didn't show signs of it until just yesterday. But I'm pretty sure I caught it in time. Nothing to worry about... I hope. Lol... Anyway, I had to raise the light and inch. They are starting to stretch and I'd like to keep the DLI at 22.7 mol/m²/d for the rest of the week. But I may also mess with the light mid week and increase the power up to 50%. I'll probably have to raise the light, but then next week I can move right into 60% and increase the DLI. I'll decide over night. Might be a good idea. Getting the extra power down to the plants so they can grow like mad. The environment has been nearly perfect for the last couple days. The RH is spot on and hasn't really moved much at all. The temps have been comfortable at 77° during the day and 70° for lights out. I plan to keep it that way for the rest of this week. Next week, I'll decrease the temp a bit and drop the RH to 58%. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.5° RH: 62.1% VPD: 1.11 kPa March 4, 2024 Lots to do today. Let's start with watering. Both plants got their 250 ml where I don't water the base of the plants. They are still pretty yellow, so I may increase the Grow base nutrient a bit. I really need the nitrogen deficiency to catch up now. This time is absolutely crucial for growth and I know they aren't growing at their fullest potential. Hopefully the boost from tomorrow's feeding will show improvement overnight. I may even do a light foliar mist as well. Something to get more nitrogen in the leaves. Maybe I'll do it with just the base grow nutrient. Reservoir instillation is coming next week. So I really need the containers to have a bit of runoff when I install them. I may have to do another 500 ml after tomorrow as well. The containers just aren't moist enough yet. Hopefully it will be fine by the end of the week. As I mentioned yesterday, I messed with the light today. I increased the power level up to 50% and dropped the light about an inch for a new intensity. DLI: 27.2 mol/m²/d PAR: 420 ppfd ( totally on purpose 🤣) Power: 50% Distance: 27" This is prep for next week as the light power will be increased to 60% and DLI increased. The goal is to get the light down to between 24" and 26" from the canopy. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.0° RH: 62.0% VPD: 1.14 kPa March 5, 2024 Both plants are looking really nice. They are both still a bit light green though. I'm sure in time, they will both be growing like mad in no time. They are getting close to the edge of their containers. Right on que. In 2 days, they should be big enough to install the basins. Hopefully the roots will be close to the bottom where the wicks can work their magic. I watered in 500 ml today. I decided that I needed to increase the nutrients as we are coming to the end of week 2. So now I have all nutrients at 4 ml/gal except the Recharge of course. I may increase that for next week. I'm not sure that I've caught up to the nitrogen issue though. That's still a concern. I really want to do a foliar spray, but I don't know if Advanced Nutrients are foliar compatible. I had to move the light up a half inch today. It's not much, but I'm keeping the PAR at 420 ppfd until next week. The environment is spot on for the week so far. 78° and 60.5% humidity for the day so far. As for last night, temp at 70.7° and 62.5% humidity. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.1° RH: 61.9% VPD: 1.14 kPa March 6, 2024 Both plants got watered 450 ml today. That's what was left in the jug, so that's what they got. I did end up watering the bases as well. I need moisture throughout the soil ASAP. The light green is still there. So I'm not sure they have enough nitrogen yet. I'll definitely be increasing the nutrition dose again at the start of next week. I didn't mess with the lighting today. I'll check it tomorrow and adjust as necessary. The environment is looking great as well. It's a bit warm out today, so the tent is hovering at 78°, but the RH is still at 61% wonderful! Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.9° RH: 61.7% VPD: 1.15 kPa March 7, 2024 Boh ladies got their watering today. I started with 250 ml and waited an hour to add the other 250 ml. I also increased the base grow nutrient to 8 ml from 4 ml as well as Recharge. That was increased from a quarter teaspoon to a half teaspoon. Both plants are still showing signs of nitrogen deficiency. So the increase in grow nutes should do it. I'll also be able to water in a liter pretty soon. It won't be tomorrow, but maybe the next watering after that. We shall see how things go. Lighting is fine still. I didn't move anything. The plants aren't tall enough for the intensity to increase. Either way, tomorrow I'll be increasing the power and intensity. They should love the change. Especially at this age. The environment is also spot on still. I'll be decreasing the humidity down to 58% tomorrow and will keep the temp the same around 77°. It should be perfect for week 3 of veg. I expect the flowering stage to start in a couple of weeks. Maybe a week and a half. At least that's what I should be expecting according to FastBuds. I'd also like to note that both plants have been rotating all on their own. It's intriguing how they are doing that. I'll have to start rotating in a couple weeks when they get bigger. Unless I have to run a net, then no rotation obviously. Still super interesting. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.5° RH: 61.6° VPD: 1.13 kPa

19 May 2021 My Blue Ox baby is looking good! She is growing and her leaves are looking better. I defoliated the few old sickly leaves that were cut when she was cloned and she seems better for it. I fed her half a gallon of chilled 50 degree water with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic 2.5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraGro 10ml, and FloraBloom 2.5ml. The initial pH was 6.50 and didn’t require adjustment. The TDS meter was 768 ppm. She still had plenty of runoff, and the pH was 5.79, and TDS runoff was 2615 ppm. The tent temp was 81 degrees F, and humidity was 42%. I’m pleased with her progress so far, except her branches are still a little too short to start any LST. She’ll get there.... eventually. 21 May 2021 The Blue Ox is thriving! Her leaves look good, and her stalk is starting to fatten up and fortify itself for later growth. She and her tent mate are soon going to outgrow their current home. I’m still on the same feeding chart, so here’s what was given: CALiMAGic 2.5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraGro 10ml, FloraBloom 2.5ml. My pH monitor stopped working, so I used history as my guide. Detailed record keeping wins again! The solution has historically been right on 6.5, and doesn’t need adjustment. The TDS meter was 842 ppm. Runoff was what was expected, and the TDS there was 2588 ppm. I chilled the water to 53.3 degrees F. The tent temp was 78.5 degrees F, and humidity was 44%. I’m still only feeding half a gallon. 23 May 2021 My Blue Ox is starting to grow like an ox! She and her tent mate are going to out grow their home sooner than I can get them into a larger one. I want to go ahead and flip her, but I don’t think my veg tent can take 2 flowering plants. I’ll figure it out. I’m keeping the nutrients at the same stage till I think she needs more. My pH meter is officially dead, but luckily my records are doing me well. I fed a half gallon of chilled (51 degrees F) water with CALiMAGic 2.5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraGro 10ml, and FloraBloom 2.5ml. The TDS was 762 ppm going in, and runoff TDS was 2841 ppm. The tent temperature was 80.6 degrees F, and humidity was 44%. 25 May 2021 Today is the last day of the second week of this diary (6th week of growth), and I’m planning on switching to the flowering stage tomorrow to start off the 7th week. My Blue Ox is getting big, and I don’t want to veg anymore! I will not make the same error twice! I let my 1st plant veg for 10 weeks from seed, and it’s a BEAST! It takes up a whole 48 x 48 x 80 inch tent all by itself!! Never again. So today I fed half gallon of chilled water (46.6 degrees F) with CALiMAGic increased to 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraGro 10ml, and FloraBloom 2.5ml. The pH was 6.6 and didn’t need adjusting. The TDS was 932 ppm going in. Runoff for pH was 5.6, and TDS was 2701 ppm. Tent temp was 79.4 degrees F, and humidity was 53%. I plan to defoliate a lot very soon to prepare for fresh buds to grow. She’ll have to flower in the small tent for 3 weeks then I’ll move them to the bigger tent so they have room to grow.

Pretty good week overall! Day 80, I am posting a little early to coincide with my expected harvest in 2 weeks, and because today I officially started the flush! At this point I am anticipating the harvest between 5 and 14 days from now, depending on how quickly the buds finish ripening up. I am guessing the taller plant has about 75% red hairs and over 50% cloudy trichomes at this point. The shorter plant is slightly behind with maybe 40% of her hairs being red and maybe a third of the trichomes are cloudy. They have made a lot of progress over the past week, so🤞 they will continue that trend. Did a pretty decent defoliation on the shorter plant, due to some fan leaves that were blocking light from the lower canopy turning yellow. I have decided to try molasses with my flush water, hopefully that will improve my final product. One final note is the smell.... it is considerably stronger this time than either of my first 2 grows. Typically I do not bother with a carbon filter, but the smell was so strong it leaked in from my garage and permeated my entire house! So I added filter (and a very strong candle) and it seems to have helped the problem. Super excited for the harvest, will definitely keep everyone posted!

🙌12/12 to bloom.🙌 I changed the light cycle last week because I was tired of the vegetation phase. and a lil bit lazy w and upload - sorry! Some side shoots were removed, then I let them rest for a while (3 days) before switching to 12/12. I can still see the (N) surplus inside my substrate, this will NEVER EVER HAPPEN AGAIN💀 we'll see how this affects flowering 😎 Due to the inner substrate of cheap soil, which has a poor NPK value, I now perhaps have a construction site that can be worked on. The plants continue to look very good, except for the (N) surplus and a little (K) blockage which I can remedy this with some Epsom salts.

Flushing one plant. The other plant i might start flushing next week. Cleaned up the late flowered plant. Defoliated a few leaves.
