I started this run with two plants but during Week 9 (57 days: 49 vegetative + 8 flowering) I had to remove the one on the right due slow growth (issue started after I topped her).

Third run begins.
πͺπ¦Cookies Gelato by RQS, my first time with photoperiods.
I created this diary at the end of January but due some problem with the new drip system (too ph oscillations), I decided to go back to my first love: the DWC.
This time, however, I decided to build my own DWC, taking into account the negative aspects that I find in the expensive DWC of various brands.
This tank has about 50 liters capacity and on the bottom I have inserted a metal tap that will help me with the solution changes.
The lid is made up of two parts, the upper one on which I made a hole in which I inserted a 2 liter planter full of expanded clay and the two root riot;
the front part of the lid is magnificent because it opens and allows me to do a quick check of PH and EC.
This time I'm going to count the days from the germination date. I'm going to VEG for about 40 days, then switch to 12/12 for about 70 days.
I plan on topping the plants during week 4, then defoliation + SCROG during week 5, switch 12/12 during week 6. Then lollipopping at the end of the stretch.
In this run I will use my new MARS HYDRO TS1000 2022 (already have one with 2021 MOSO driver), bought a few days ago to test the latest model with the proprietary Mars Hydro driver. I'm sure there will be further improvement in my performance πͺ.
No sponsor for me yet, what I have is what I bought but I hope someone can help me to bring my crops to the next level. I'm planning to buy a new 90x90 tent and a nice 300/480 watt lamp would be very nice. Crossed fingers! π€
π±π±π±π±π±GERMINATION STAGEπ±π±π±π±π±
- 20/2/23: seeds in a glass of demineralized water, 2 drops of rootbastic and 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide for 24 hours, then in root riot;
- 21/2/23: seeds under TS1000: 100 cm distance / 33% dimmer = 50 watt;
- 22/2/23: first Cookies Gelato sprouted;
- 23/2/23: second Cookies Gelato sprouted. - Got some gift from RQS, really appreciated.
I'll consider tomorrow as 1Β° day of veg for all 2 seedlings. I'll switch 'em to 12/12 after 40/45 days of veg.

Moved the plants into their flowering space, will probably veg for another week as I am slow on the lighting.
Wondering, at this point, if I should just flower at 25w each..
End ppm and ph at 400 and 6.5 respectively, start at 720 and 5.8

Iβm just so thankful for these plants and the harvest in a couple of days (hopefully)! I had a little too much fun with the photos π the joys of the simple life LOL
Iβm flushing all with plain water at this point and watching closely for them to ripen. I also cut off all the tie downs.

Plants continued to mature this week and all the buds are getting fat they will have there last nutrient feed this week in prep for flushing and harvest next week.
The Lemon Zkittles looks and smells amazing looks amazing. Nearly all the plants look and smell the small, good genetics and breading.
The Cxx is again a very stable genetics and flowered and smells exactly as the last grow did. Good genetics.
The Peyote Cookies and Shishkaberry also grew well and similar, good genetics.
Afghan Kush amazing buds and very earthy smell.classic
The gorilla cookies had a rather large variation in pheno types but all look amazing and each will be a pleasure to smoke.

We had approx 4 inches (10 cm) of rain this past week which is a lot for this area. Soil has a lot of moisture but not too wet. Excellent growth in veg stretching a fair bit and starting to show signs of early flower development. Preflowers with resin: smells like sweet floral and bubblegum. Need some sun and heat.

Nothing much to say about my grow this week. Gave he a flush with pH 6.0 to kick off the week. Day 86..... Gave her a feeding today a whole gallon. Ive been doing some research and maybe I'm feeding my plants a little too much nutrients. So from now on I will be feeding a lot less and the next day I will feed just plain water. So my plants will get nutrients every 3 or 4 days. I also bought a few advanced nutrients supplements which I'll be experimenting with. Day 87... Gave her a feeding today of advanced nutrients Nirvana and voodoo juice and pH to 5.9.
Day 88.....gave her a 2l feeding today of nutrients. Also defoliated some of her big fan leaves.

The blueberry smells lovely but what I want is ripe seeds to start a true feminized plant lolβ¦I love the blue berry cross I canβt wait for some ripe seeds
