They get wider, bigger, and firmer. They are already starting to smell very tasty. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above). Unfortunately I found a couple of single trips that tell me that the trips still haven't completely disappeared. Since I'm not a neem at this stage I will inject more oil and the lady has already finished over half of her cycle, I will let her run like this and the newcomers will be treated again 👍. So I hope that at the next round all of them will finally be gone. I had the problem more than 5 years ago and it took a long time until everything was ok again and there was no animal left. hello! We are nearing the end, the flowers look good and feel like they are getting fatter towards the end. I'm still fighting the heat and trying not to exceed 30 degrees in the closet. Compared to the previous plant I harvested, the current plant has less pollen but is more compact .. I wonder how the differences will feel to me. The pH of the water ranges from 5.8-6.2 and in addition to relieving the heat I cool the water to 20-25 degrees. The lighting is on maximum (250W) and I lowered it to a distance of 45 cm from the top.

Достаточно слабые ветки у растений, но за счет того что они буквально порвали мой бокс, держали друг друга :))) В этом цикле использовал наши русские удобрения от Simplex и Plantators. Так же использовал микоризу BigFoot в виде чая давал раз в неделю, и подключал так же Delta 9. Цикл от семечки до полного харвеста с сушкой занял ровно 3 месяца. Я очень доволен результатом. Hello growers and welcome to week 6. I expect Queen Citronella to gain a lot of height this week. I will be doing the measurements shortly, but first I wanted to share some news! Queen Citronella has a new home, she hasn't moved in yet, but I'm working on it today. I will also be rearranging all the other grows and starting some new things off! I am not sure if I have mentioned it anywhere but I am using a 1.2m x 1.2.m x 1.8m tent.. I have just got a 60cm x 60cm x 140cm tent and a 300w LED. Her Majesty I hope will enjoy her new quarters. Day 36: I have lowered the light to 30cm above the tallest plants. Day 37: It is done! Queen Citronella resides in her own palace, while the rest of the plebs squat together in the communal living area. I have reorganised and moved my 4x4, mounting the carbon filter and duct fan properly in the center. Setup a 2 x 2 with a 300w LED and put the lights for both tents on the same timer (for now). I will measure and photograph Her Majesty a little later, including photos of her new home. Day 37: Added media. Height: 31cm. Fertigated 2l. Day 37.5: Alright she is really stretching fast, she grew almost 5cm in a little over 30 hours, A thought has just occurred to me; I could, if I chose to, put the Queen on a flower cycle at this point. Now I did want to do a full grow of clones, however we're talking something like another 2 weeks of veg then 2 weeks for cuttings to root, then I'd want to veg them for a few more weeks, maybe 2, 3 or 4? So that's 6-10 weeks before I start flowering. Then at least ten weeks of flowering, A week to dry, and at least a fortnight to cure. We're talking 20-25 weeks before I get to smoke it, that's six months! I probably wont be able to grow in the summer due to the heat. Now I already have the one cutting which I am hoping will root soon, which I can take forward, but I also have two more seeds. So, regretfully, I think I will change my plans. I will flower queen Citronella, starting on day 43. I still intend to do a full tent of Super Lemon Haze clones, but I think I will postpone that adventure until September. So this is now the final week or final five days of veg, she will spend the bulk of her last week of veg under a different light. We wont get much data on vegging (unless there is a significant change this week) but it'll be a nice trial run flowering with an LED light for the first time. Exciting! I am still waiting for the Epislon F1 seeds from RQS. I set their pot up today, inoculated, fed, and sowed some Dark Opal (Purple) Greek Basil and a liberal sprinkling of chamomile. I am going to germinate all five seeds in jiffy pellets and then put them all in the same 40l Day 38: I have realised Her Majesty was too tall to flower in this little tent so I snapped her neck a bit. I installed a photometer app yesterday and discovered I was blasting Citronella with 75 DLI so I raised to light up until canopy level was 40 DLI. The LED is pretty good. The HPS Dual Spectrum bulb in the main tent must be on its last legs as output was around 40 DLI for optimally positioned plants and 30 least optionally positioned. I could do to buy a new bulb. Identical replacement is about fifteen bucks, best one is about fifty. For that I could get another one of those LEDs which seems like better value. At the moment though I really need the heat. So I am thinking identical replacement. 4 days to flower cycle! Day 38.5: Replaced crappy old Dutch barn reflector with a much nicer angel wing model. Installed a significantly larger carbon filter into the main tent which has significantly increased air flow. The main tent vents into the bottom of Queen Citronella's tent, and from there and unfiltered duct fan in the far top corner exhausts it out. The exhaust pipe goes up the chimney. Why have I reorganised and moved the tents again so soon is because I was wasting power heating the little tent with the LED light, but the main tent has excess heat. Well this setup is working a treat. Citronella is sitting in a balmy 23-24 degree wind tunnel. Check out the little video of the changes. Day 39: I think her majesty likes her new quarters. It's going to be weird seeing her square in a few more days. We are 2 days into a "dry spell" I'm simulating for all my plants. Day 40: Dry spell ended. Fertigated 6l. Day 41: Fertigated 3l. Citronella's penultimate day of veg, she is going 12/12 from lights out after next. Photos taken 10:00 9/2/23. Current lights out is Citronella's last 6 hour night! Day 42: Start: Have performed pre-flower LST, HST, and defoliation. 24 hours to flower cycle. Day 42: End: photographed immediately before first 12h night. End of week summary: Huge week for Citronella. I think this LED light is pretty good. Change of plans regarding the grow and preparing her for flower. Let's see how she does.

Find her good I think the flowering Time will be long ! Changing light in the week for 300w ! The plant looks good the leave looks a little bit down and wet !

I'm doing an organic soil grow using Purple Cow Organics for the substrate. For germination and seedling phase, I'm using their Seed Starter mix. Once they are ready to focus on vegetative growth, I will transplant them into 5 gallon fabric AutoPots using Purple Cow's Indicanja soil. This is a "water only" soil that I will be attempting to use without feeding much additional nutrients, except for Bloom City Cal-Mag, since I will be using RO water. My tent has CO2 enrichment, so I will be using ~25% higher DLI levels starting at week 2 or 3 than are typical for photoperiod grows. I will adjust as necessary based on how the plants react. #2 and #3 emerged from soil after 2 days (August 22). #1 and 4 took two extra days to be fully emerged with open cotyledons (August 24). During germination, I had VPD set to 0.5 kPa. PPFD was 200 and DLI was around 13, with an 18 hour light cycle. CO2 levels are between 1000-1400 ppm. I included a video showing and explaining my AutoPot and AirDome setup and my general plans for this first grow.

Topped again today. These plants are exactly where I want them to be at this stage and look in perfect health. These two surviving clones are now at the front and right in the timelapse video. Had to go out of town for a week which is why there was a little standing water in the video. Don't usually do this but was rushing before heading out for a few days. Will be interesting to see how these clones take to the additional nutrients in this harvest. The mother was only fed Vitalink A & B for the entire cycle without any additional feed and is a beautiful smoke. Looking forward to seeing what feeding with the entire Vitalink range can do with these great RQS genetics according to their recommended feeding schedule. Happy growing!

She started out rather slowly, and waited pretty long to get into preflower. After some patience feeding and doing foliars, she turned into a behemoth! I can’t even count the number of times I had to defol or the amount of larf I had to remove. She produced a massive amount of semi-dense, fragrant, and frosty buds. Not the craziest I’ve ever seen, but very nice for lower THC genetics. Smells of strong earth with undertones of sweet berries and skunk.

The little Gorilla Punch might still be the smallest in the tent, but she’s showing real power this week.🥊💪 Her stretch is completely done now, and she’s focusing all her energy on bud and trichome development.🌸✨ The structure looks really good nice spacing between the buds, healthy dark-green color, and no signs of stress or deficiencies.💚 She got one feeding of Orgatrex and the rest of the week only RO water with CalMag. The environment stayed perfectly stable at 24.8°C and 55% RH under the Spider Farmer SE5000, controlled by the AC Infinity AI system.🌡️ She might be compact, but she’s clearly the furthest along in bloom. Bud sites are stacking nicely, and the first trichomes are starting to sparkle, looking promising already 😎🔥

F week 6 Really strong reeky smell. I made an 8 hour mid flush with Flash Clean caused by nutrient lockout.

Noticed the seedlings starting to get light green and we started peeing the forever homes that day. We placed soil 5gallon pots in the tent with plants to insure a smooth transition as those roots burst thru the decomposing pots. They got placed in pots Sunday and on full veg nut schedule... by Tuesday..... They we’re thriving! Very satisfied this week!

The end of week 9 of flowering arrives with no major structural changes, although the colas continue to thicken slightly, and the leaves are slowly taking on reddish hues. It seems unlikely that they’ll complete the full color transformation before harvest, but the visual progression is still beautiful to observe. No nutrients have been added this week—only filtered water through activated carbon, with the pH maintained between 6.3 and 6.4. This flushing phase helps to remove residual salts and fertilizers from the substrate, ensuring a cleaner and more natural final product. The trichomes are now showing a more pronounced milky coloration, though there are still relatively few with amber heads, indicating the plants haven’t quite reached full maturity yet. My plan is to wait until week 10, though I might harvest slightly earlier depending on how the trichomes evolve over the next few days. The aroma has become intense and complex—fruity, spicy, and fuel-like—suggesting a rich terpene profile with strong character. I’m genuinely excited to taste the outcome of this grow; after all the care and patience invested, anticipation is at its peak.

What can I say about this plant, it spent most of the day in the shade, if it had the same conditions as dos si dos, it would eat it for breakfast in terms of yield... 450 g of dry matter and some popcorn... I am very satisfied with but the plant didn't get nearly as much sun as it needs...it didn't fill up, but it wasn't empty either, the heads are nice and fleshy...when I picked it, it smelled like lemon or KeyLime as Barney says...but no on citrus, but really lemon combined with some heavy stench, I can't wait for this miracle to work for some time in the jar... Next year we will see it in its full glory, so let's try to get a one kilo and a half dry from it alone, that's a bit of a challenge for me...but with this kind of genetics and this kind of variety, I don't think it will be a problem in 100-150 liters of soil for this kind of monster... this year my plants were in 40 to 50 liters of soil and almost each of them produced from 450 to almost a kilogram of dry grass
