We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... Las plantas se ven bien, hice una pequeña defoliacion para sacar las hojas grandes que hacian sombra directamente sobre otras ramas. Ademas quite algunas de abajo que me complicaban un poco a la hora de regar.

Muy contento con el resultado! Quizas podia dejarlas unos dias mas, pero tambien se vienen las fiestas y sin marihuana no esta muy bueno jaja Ahora a secar y esperar esos resultados

Day 92 (September 16th): so I’ve realized a PH issue in the soil… unfortunately it’s too late to make a drastic change, but I’ve lowered the PH in my water to try and level her out until harvest. This would explain my multitude of deficiencies I’ve been having. Still not sure how to better manage soil PH but you can be damn sure I’ll do my research so it won’t happen again. Soil is hard haha. Day 94: starting to see more and more amber trichomes. This will likely be my last week of flower. Should be ready around day 100. Let’s see what happens! Day 97: So I’m starting to think I was wrong… these may have more time than I thought still. I’m definitely okay with that. Hopefully they continue to produce and thicken up.

Hey guys week 2 flower check in, Flower nutes started. She's stretching.. around 6-7 inches of stretching within the first week had to Defoliate the lower canopy again to keep good airflow and to promote upwards growth, appears to be working. looking forward to keeping you guys updated in the upcoming weeks. :D

This week, sun pattern shifted. current spot only has light until 5 or sometimes even 4 pm. I seen a massive jump in size this week. One of my steaks lifted a tiny bit, just had to add 2 more for support. Now she will grow as the shape of the letter L I want to see one last push before flower 🌼 . The top of the main stalk cola. I'm still confused on, why it wants to flower but just conting growing in size. Almost reminds me of growing sunflowers

Rainbow melon has exploded with vibrant green branching. Seems like a new node every day beautiful plant structure going to start low stress training this week.🔥

Bueno como podemos ver las genéticas me tiene muy sorprendido son unas genéticas muy buenas, son muy resistente al calor y se adapta bien a nuestro clima

Day 78. Visited outdoors garden. Girls in ground grows way bigger than in pots. Biggest strain Lemonade Og. Same as indoors all Whiteys almost finished. My friend does this run, i had no time, all they got is my soil mix and fishmix by biobizz in veg. Those Autos are really good, but all so different, pattern stays the same indoors vs outdoors. Indoor girls can't get back. This is 4sure my last attempt in mixing outdoors with indoors, girls never loved it at mines. One Whitey is almost done, she needs just good flush for a week plus, in two weeks both Diesels will go aswell. Lemon Og is the long runners, but like i predicted, they grow huge plants, just not in this run ;))) Ill give a go for Whiteys and Lemon Ogs indoors one day soon, despite my promise not to grow Autos ... ;)))) Maybe i give FastBud a go vs them. Have big respect to theirs products. Day 81. Had too easy 3 night shifts, even was answering grow questions ,))) So ... Came home and did what i had to do - Great Flush. As suspected Whiteys are smallest, fastest to flower and fastest to finish, one will be chopped in a week. Lemonade OGs are bigest, but latest to flower. One Diesel has really nice colours, but its DEFICIENCY ;))) Anyway, can't get my issue, maybe its not light shock, maybe my roots don't get same airflow as in greenhouse, where they basically stand on two planks with good gap in-between and even after. For next grow ill buy trays .Always doubted do i need them, but sometimes i do, so its time for upgrade. I wanted to get answers and made proper flush. Each plant got 50 Liters of water 7.0 ph and after that : 80 ppm, 6.2 ph , 1Liter for each plant to reload soil ph. Future will show, or maybe will confuse me even more ;))) I am not expecting any harvest from those autos, i gave away more than 20 plants, those where left purely for taste, but to crack why my plants from outdoor don't grow inside, i would love to. 08/26/2020 2nd week of flowering and temps are down in soil to 68° going to be 56 tonight. Put a video of her sister plant. These girls should go another 8-9weeks but our first frost date is around the 10th of October hope for a warm and dry fall. 08/29/2020 got her tied down, snapped the center branch so I tied her stem upright. Gonna give her one last dose of blood meal (12-0-0)before week 3 starts that should be good for the next 4weeks, and 2 tbls of (4-9-3) so my last feeding will be (16-9-3) for the stretching fingers are crossed🙏

She is still small but lots of flowering. Her ruderalis side is really showing. Have to watch out for that next time. Not so much fan of that. 🤔 so no🌲🌲🌲for me 😔 but love her shape.

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing fast, stretching long and I'm constantly tying down branches to maintain an even canopy. There's also a stronger scent of lemon already in the tent. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 3L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----prior 4 weeks updates ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. Lost a branch end with 3 nodes accidentally whilst tucking away so now I'm super careful. The Sativa dominant strain is stretching nicely and bends easily. Minor defoliation of lower branches and fan leaves continues daily. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ................................. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - Thermo/Hygro meter

Hello Diary! The third week of vegetation and Green Gelato enters the pre-flowering phase 💪. It can already be seen that she lags far behind her Hulkberry roommates in terms of height, so I will have to lift her closer to the light soon😬. Due to the high summer temperatures, the temperature in the box is also high😓. As I mentioned earlier, my small farm is located in a small room in the kitchen so it’s hard for me to keep the heat out of the space. But given the LED light, great MIGRO, that doesn’t produce too much heat, everything is still within acceptable limits😀. Humidity is also good, given the third (last) week of vegetation and ranges around 55-60%. The distance between the branches is also significantly smaller than in the Hulkberries, so the branches are much denser and with much more leaves. Green Gelato develops more in width than in height. Due to the higher temperature, she didn't drink as much water as I expected. I don’t have some default watering schedule, I give them water when I see the pot is lighter and the surface is dry. All in all I am very pleased with how it is progressing, the plant looks satisfied and healthy. I still add Cal / Mag preventively at each watering, 1.5 ml / L. Also in the third week of vegetation she showed her gender. 06/07/2020. Day 18. Watering. I prepare 7-8 liters of water, I think this is the optimal amount for watering all three plants in the box. I added BioBizz as scheduled for the last week of vegetation, Bio-Heaven, Fish-Mix and Acti-Vera 2ml / L each. P. H. I regulate with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 09/07/2020. Day 21. Photographing and measuring plant height. After taking regular photos in the box, I take a few more photos on a black background. Vegetation is over, starting tomorrow I will change the light regime to 20 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness. Given the temperatures, I will put it dark in the middle of the day when the outside temperature is also the highest, I hope that in this way I will prevent the temperature from rising to an undesirable height. This week wasn't as bad as last week 😊 Nights were cold 😰, but not to much rain 😿 and a few hours of sun 😍 Temperatures in the greenhouse were medium : during the day 20°C 💀; min temp 3.5°C ; max temp 31,7°C 😤 Cookies Gelato has turned completely purple 👍👍👍 I defoliated the plants 😙 and had to remove budrot (especially in the Cookies Gelatoes)😨 I took the prettiest Cookies Gelato outside for a photo session in my garden 😍 Probably these will be the last pictures of the plans, before harvesting ! 👍😄
