Man, that Skunk Apple runtz plant is giving me some trouble. It's still really small and hasn't grown much at all. I think I might've messed up a little because the leaves are looking kinda rough. Hopefully it can bounce back. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.

14 days on the auto watering system and the girls are looking happy. Everything survived well and my reservoir size was just right. They are looking a little hungry, but nothing s fresh mix of nutes shouldn't fix. Things are starting to look frosty. I'll Be pulling all the Larfy bits this week to optimize my tops.

We have 3 clones, 2 just regular clones taken in veg and 1 clone a few weeks later once in the early budding of the flower. Will be a good side-by-side visual comparison of the benefits of monstercropping. They have been kept at a minimal photosynthetic rate for 3-4 weeks under predominantly blue light 💙 to try to shorten internodal spacing. (Yes it could be faster) No rushhhhh. Starting diary at week 1 germination but in reality, they are fully stabilized and at least a month old. Just to get stuck right in I decided to super crop the base of the stem early hoping it creates a strong knuckle. This may backfire incredibly, only time will tell. Also topped it too, never topped a flower bud before but oh well, if this wee plant survives it's gonna be something. Initially, I wanted to start it in a regular pot as this creates a solid rootball base before upsizing it to air-pots.

So close. I'd say another week maybe 2 and then we harvest. Im going to start checking trichomes tonight. They smell absolutely lovely. My entire house smells if I open that tent for a second. They each have their own distinct aroma and the resin is definitely there. I started feeding unsulphered blackstrap molasses with every watering. Just 1 tablespoon per gallon. New experiment. If anyone has any experience with molasses feel free to drop a comment and we can chat about it. Im interested in trying new things to make the final product better. It's always a learning process in everything we do. Thats the fun of it at least for me anyway. Thanks for checking in!

Sep 27: lots of buds remaining and I did a big defoliation to expose the buds to sunlight. Lowered scrog net during the defoliation. Oct 1: the remaining lower buds are almost ready to harvest. Likely this weekend. Oct 3: harvesting for buds and mostly for extracts. Today was 1520 g wet buds and leaf. Toal wet of 2870 g which is equivalent to about 640 g dried. Nice.

Things couldn't be better. The buds are getting nice and meaty. I snipped the very top to backbuild it and make it gain mass

F50 Day 50 of flowering Humboldt Sour Diesel SD2 smells like vaseline/engine grease and tire burning with an oil/kerosine spill. The smell will get in your nose whether you like it or not and the smell has a thickness to it. SD3 smells like sweet oranges but mostly engine grease. A warm aroma,very pleasant. The buds are firm.

Day 57: #1 has been successfully transplanted to a 10gal smartpot. We used ocean forest soil and happy frog mixed at a ratio of 1:3. It has higher p&K and were getting ready for flower Day 59: #2 is still in the 3gal pot of happy frog. She isn't showing any signs of nutrient deficiency or stress and because of size restrictions I think I'll leave her in this pot. Day 61: watered with real growers recharge today. 1st time watering since transplanting #1. And she seemed to be okay. We have decided to start watering every day and not for run off.i cant get a good routine and sometimes they get bone dry. So to avoid that we will water a couple cups every day and allow 36hrs of drought 1x a week. Day 63: Pulled the girls out for a photo OP tonight 😁 also we watered #2. Then we did a mild defoliation because the new optic 8+ arrived today!!! The entire tent is set for flower!! I will be starting flower tomorrow morning and also be taking clones from these girls as well so we can get some good info logged on how the Choc mint clones too! Die Woche ist sehr gut verlaufen, ich habe gestern die überschüssigen sonnensegel entfernt das mehr Licht an die unteren Triebe kommt, die Lampen auf 60cm Entfernung gehalten bei 40 Prozent Licht Leistung. Como las veía familia? Yo las veo verdes, sanas y con muy buen ritmo, no olvidemos que pueden llegar alcanzar un 25% thc y eso está crazy 😝. La temperatura mínima son 17 y la máxima esta en 27 , la humedad la mantenemos por encima de 50%. Esta cepa es resistente aguanta bien los cambios de temperatura y el trasplante ayudó a mejorar su ritmo. Las pasamos a 12/12 esta semana y pronto empezaremos con la floración.
